Palien gazed solemnly at Erin, a loyal supporter of the Xantari regime, in the middle of the palace throne room.
"You, Erin, have the great honor of serving the Stronghold of twenty-two planets. By the authority given to me, you are appointed Supreme Ruler of Zaria. Your position is permanent, but can be given to another worthy Syrinx at your request or at the discretion of the Xanthari Supreme Authority.
Erin nodded his head:
"Thank you, Palien. I am very glad to serve Xantari. I hope to justify the trust placed in me."
"Your father Archon was also the Supreme Ruler, and for many years you could learn from his example of leading the colony, but those were troubled times. You have to return Zaria to the regime and foundations of Xantari. We have restored the Hierarchy here, but the mood and habits of the people here still need to be adjusted according to the Code of Thrive. Your position is not only to control the army of syrinxes, but also to monitor how the Queen and princesses cope with their duties. You are well aware that the female part of society should give birth to a child a year from different chosen ones. If anyone shirks their duty, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the royals are always busy. Of course, it may happen that women will become depressed and hysterical from endless childbearing. You have the right to give them a long rest, but not more than a year. I will come to check in fifteen years and I would like to see here no less than thirty royal children from various worthy fathers.
"I would like to understand why it is necessary to load Kamily and the princesses so much? Our guys got wives who will give birth to two children in their lives. This is one thousand six hundred new syrinxes. Isn't that enough to replenish our population?" Erin asked.
"These are ordinary syrinxes - half-breeds, their purpose is to fight and build. There is no elite here that should rule the colony. The Queen can revive it."
"But half of us are such half-breeds. I was born from a mortal woman and so were the Queen and the princesses."
"Elitism is determined by the level and strength of the soul. You should know who Kamily is. Your daughter from her is the elite, like everyone else born by the Queen. My officers are not only great magicians and ship captains, but also spreaders of their heritage among the royalty."

She noticed security guard Rohen in the corridor when she returned with her daughter from a walk.
"Kamily, there are no visitors today, for the first time in so many days," he smiled good-naturedly at her. "It seems that people have calmed down and the problems have diminished."
"Well, come on, tell me some funny stories. At least make me laugh."
They went into the room where there was a crib for their daughter to put her to bed. After making sure she was asleep, Kamily invited Rohen into the living room to sit on the sofa.
"Our kingdom seems sleepy now that the Xantari fleet has finally left us," Kamily began the conversation. "It became quiet and calm. I was so worried about the princesses, but it was all to no avail, they are still pregnant from these strangers, it's even a shame that our guys never became their chosen ones..."
"It's okay, Kamily. We have hundreds of years ahead of us," Rohen reassured her. "Our guys are now happy, many children will be born soon! No one complains that the princesses ignored them. We are all happy with our Queen."
He looked at her with a warm, adoring gaze.
"How are you doing? Does your wife like everything?"
"But I don't have a wife," he modestly lowered his eyes.
"Why not? So many women passed by you and no one asked you out on a date," Kamily was perplexed.
"They invited me a lot, but I refused, saying that I was busy with work and had no time for meetings," Rohen answered ironically.
"I would have let you go, I should have asked."
"No, it's okay, I don't want a relationship with mortal women."
The Queen looked at him carefully: the slender, handsome Rohen, dressed in a long blue toga, looked embarrassed from questions about his personal life.
"But it seems to me that you are in love," Kamily noted.
His eyes lit up at her words, and he began to breathe unevenly and excitedly.
"I don't..., no, not at all," Rohen denied.
The Queen moved closer to him and, smiling, took his hand.
"In love, I see! I took you by surprise."
She giggled playfully and touched his cheek. His eyes blinked rapidly, his star-shaped pupils dilated, crowding out his purple irises.
"Oh, Kamily..." he whispered languidly, closing his eyes.
She began to kiss his face, sending a noticeable shiver through his body.
"How long have you been suffering for me?" Kamily asked, looking at him.
He opened his burning eyes and said with a sigh, grabbing her hands:
"You know that a long time ago... I confessed to you when I was your bodyguard."
"Yes, I remember. I felt so embarrassed by this."
She climbed onto his lap and wrapped her arms around him. He hugged her carefully, smiling blissfully. The Queen began to smooth his shoulder- length dark gray hair.
