The Syrinxes & The Queen Bee

A lonely girl was deceived into being captured by a race of powerful winged mages to give birth to their kids. The hated fate of their Queen Bee was complicated by the appearance of other more powerful magicians who flew to their colony from another planet. Intro  Welcome to the universe of syrinxes - winged vampires, a multi-gender community. For two thousand years, powerful magicians have been in an endless war with the flesh-eaters Zirux, who outnumber them, so they recruited mortal people to help, colonizing 22 planets and forcing women to give birth to half-breed offspring for the needs of the war. The story begins with the first book, The Syrinxes of Zaria. The action takes place on an abandoned colony seven years away by space ship from the main stronghold of the planet Xantari, ruled by five ancient Archons.

Kamily called Lariel by telepathy, and he came to relieve her back pain.

"It's not easy for you. Body transmutation, pregnancy, royal duties, and even growing wings," Lariel lamented, holding his hands on her back. "All in one pile."

"It's good that I have you, my faithful friend. You have so many virtues, don't be surprised that you are our favorite," the Queen praised him.

"I was very pleased that Avilena did not pester me. She has very special requirements for her chosen one. Each princess has her own quirks and oddities."

"What are you talking about? Did she choose someone? Why don't I know about this?"

"You won't like my answer. She has chosen her offender and is now tumbling with him."

"What?" Kamily turned over on her back with indignation. "Amirel only came to apologize and is she with him now? Why did we even save her then? But Palien knew this and did not tell me."

Lariel laughed quietly, rubbing his eyes.

"He also sat like that and giggled. And it's not funny to me at all. What did they find in these vicious officers? Our guys suffer without love and wait for the attention of princesses, and they are scattered on these unworthy womanizers who do not need the fruits of their passion at all. Poor kids will not be raised by their fathers. I'm just furious!" Kamily became incensed.

Lariel was no longer laughing.

"Don't worry so much, everything will be fine! If you are so angry, these officers will remain here and raise their offspring, and I would not like to see them here. It's better to adopt their kids than to tolerate their fathers."

"What do you mean? Why do I need to calm down?"

"You are capable of changing everything with your energy. If you are dissatisfied with some situation, then it goes the other way in your favor. Look back at everything that happened in your life, our whole world bent under your will."

Kamily frowned and turned away, lost in thought.

"Don't worry about our guys. Girls began to secretly come to our city and ask them out on dates."

"And what? They meet?" Kamily was surprised.

"Yes. Several of my friends have already invited girls to live with them, but they are still afraid of their fathers and continue to meet in secret. You were right that they will come to us themselves. Even though their lives will be cut in half, they still want the love of the syrinxes."

Amirel lay down to rest on the bed, resting his head on Avilena's lap. The beauty exhausted him with her irrepressible passion, and he was not sure that she would calm down for today.

The girl stroked his long beige hair, slid her hands over his body and admired his bottomless eyes.

"Why are all syrinxes so beautiful? I grew up among people, and I have never seen such an appearance, all men are gray and ordinary, nothing to look at. I was asked to get married so many times, I refused everyone, I couldn't love anyone. If I had known about the beauty of syrinxes, I would have long ago run into the forest to look for dates. When I saw you, I didn't even think about being upset, I really wanted to be kidnapped by such a winged beauty.

"Why did you scream like that?" Amirel asked grinning.

"For the sake of decency, so that no one would understand how glad I was that I would finally be dragged away for lovemaking from this prison. But suddenly Kamily appeared, invited me to live in the kingdom and gave me a title. I was annoyed that she drove you away and that I would not see you again. Then it turned out that I could demand an apology from you."

"Why didn't you like the local grey-wings?"

"They are also very attractive, but you are a desperate robber, spoiled and daring, an apple of paradise with a wormhole. This got me very excited."

Amirel has never heard such confessions from girls:

"There's definitely something wrong with you! This is the first time I've met someone like you. You was happy about the kidnapping."

"Because it excites! By the way, why are you so concerned about reproduction?" Curious Avilena wanted to get to the bottom of the truth.

"The Source demands so. We have a Code of Thrive given by him. We are obliged to follow," Amirel confessed, warmed by her affection.

"Who is the Source?"

"The spiritual Essence of the syrinxes, our Higher Mind, we are his sons.

He takes care of us from the conception, correcting our appearance. We are all His unique works of art, each is a part of Him and is individual. He can reward us with magical powers for faithful service."

"Why are there so few daughters?"

"These are invited female Essences into His Universe. They are bound by a contract with Him and live according to established rules."

"Am I also such an Essence?" Avilena was surprised.

"Yes. You don't remember this because memory is suppressed. Women don't need to know this at all, I shouldn't have told you all this. The Source may punish me."

Amirel jumped out of bed and began to get ready.

"Leaving so soon?"

"I have a lot of things to do, I'm actually the captain of the ship."

"Can I come with you, I really want to see your fleet."

"You know what awaits you if you appear there?" Amirel looked expressively at the princess.

She shook her hands in confusion.

"Lots of attention from my friends, you won't be able to ignore them, and I won't stop them," he grinned.

"It's totally Ok! I have enough energy for everyone. I want to go!"

"Just don't complain later. You're strange, why did they save you from us?"

Avilena was ready to do anything to learn all the secrets about syrinxes. If she managed to find out such hidden information in a couple of hours, and if she encourages other aristocrats to be frank, what else might come up?

The sight of space and the fleet plunged Avilena into delight, and the officer's ship shocked the imagination with the huge number of personnel and arrangement. This was so different from rural and palace life that the girl walked around and looked at everything around her with a dumbfounded look. Amirel allocated her a cabin and explained how not to get lost on board, and he went about his business, giving her complete freedom.

The junior staff - syrinxes and sirkoi with curiosity looked at her while she poked her nose everywhere, asking about the purpose of this and that equipment, but did not approach her, knowing that the princess could not be touched, and she was very interested in how everything was so harmonious working on such a large structure hanging in space. She was so carried away by exploring the ship that she did not notice how one of the officers approached her.

"Avilena?" A pleasant voice was heard.

She looked around and saw a tall handsome guy in a white tight-fitting suit with turquoise stripes, his blond hair randomly sticking out in short, sharp strands. He, smiling charmingly, carefully studied her with his large amber eyes with shining green sparks.

"Do we know each other?"

"My respects, princess, I am Ramies, a second officer. Is Amirel somewhere nearby?"

"I don't know where he goes. I study everything myself, I'm interested in how things work," she chirped affably and playfully.

Avilena decided to sharply reduce the distance between them.

"I feel abandoned here. Could you entertain me?"

The officer did not expect such a counter-offer and, without hiding his joy, extended his hand to her.

"Anything, my princess."

"Won't he look for me?" The girl was worried.

"Will not. I already told him that you are with me."
