Get- together?

It was Saturday morning, Chenchen's school was off but many government offices were still open today, like the traffic bureau and other civil administration bureaus. Many people can't go to government administrative offices during weekdays because of their work, which is why government offices stay operational even on weekends.

After breakfast, Wei Han decided to get a driver's license as he wanted to apply for a job as a delivery man. Because of his previous mental condition, he was not able to attend even junior High school so he doesn't have any educational background.

It was not that his parents weren't tried before. They were powerful people at that time so getting a graduation certificate was no big deal for them but he was bullied so much that he almost lost his life one time, that's why his father decided not send him to school anymore.

When Chenchen was teaching Wei Han about how to use smartphones, they were later joined by Wei Xue, who explained to him much of the common sense about society in general. Now, he had a much clearer picture about this world's culture.

Anyways from Monday he will start his instant delivery job.

Wei Xue and Chenchen also decided to go with Wei Han to get his driver license.

It didn't take long for Wei Han to pass the test and he got the license pretty soon. When he left the traffic bureau, he saw his sister and son standing outside, waiting for him.

Wei Han smiled and showed them his newly acquired license, His sister hugged him excitedly while his son hugged his right leg.

Wei Xue and Wei Zichen congratulated him for getting a license in his first try and decided to enjoy a rare outing.

Wei Xue took her brother and nephew to look around different residential and office areas along with some of famous destinations all over the city.

Wei Han can cover the entire city with his divine sense so he didn't need to know about these different places but he was enjoying his time with his chatterbox of a sister and his clingy son.

After a while, Wei Xue wanted to buy some clothes for her brother for his work so they went to one of the city's most famous malls that was called Blue Diamond mall.

They only shopped at the lowest floor of the mall that has clothing shops for local and cheap brands. There were even some shops that had clothes on sale.

Wei Xue bought 3 shirts, 3 pants and one suit. They weren't fancy or anything, just simple cheap clothes which cost a couple of hundred dollars. Her brother looked pretty decent in them.

They also bought a couple of outfits for Chenchen too.

After shopping they went to play in an arcade where Chenchen and Wei Xue went wild.

After a couple of hours,Wei Xue noticed a very beautiful piece of decoration that was on display right outside of the arcade where people were taking photos and selfies using that as a prop.

Wei Xue and, much to his annoyance, Chechen went to take photos and selfies too. Looking at them, there was a gentle smile on the face of Wei Han as he watched his sister embarrassing his son by forcing him to take some cute poses.

' This is happiness' thought Wei Han as he looked at his son who was taking selfies with his aunt, while making funny faces. Then Wei Xue looked at his brother who was carrying shopping bags.

Wei Xue then dragged her brother with them and they started taking selfies and pictures but Wei Han was much more cooperative to his little sister than his son.

Whole afternoon both Wei Siblings and Chenchen enjoyed the entire afternoon in the mall.

Before going home, they decided to have some snacks at a cafe that was nearby which had quite a high rating on the internet.

Wei Xue was extremely happy to see her brother, who although he doesn't speak much, was seriously and genuinely enjoying it with them.

It was such a joy to help her brother to integrate him into society.

Suddenly a voice called out to Wei Xue and she turned to look at her friend Xie Qing who was with a handsome man and a very beautiful woman with her.

Wei Han and Chenchen also turned to look and Chechen saw that his Aunt's ugly friend came again to bother his aunty again.

Chechen always gets bad vibes from this aunty.

"Xuexue it's a surprise to find you here!!" exclaimed Xie Qing as rushed towards Wei Xue to hug her but Wei Xue instinctively dodged her hug.

Wei Xue frowned at her friend for her clingy behavior, once a while it's ok but not every time whenever they see each other, especially when it is not even genuine.

"Yeah, it's surprising to see you too" said Wei Xue in a little annoyance but she did not show it on her face.

Xie Qing ignored greeting Wei Han this time too like he did not even exist. Chenchen simply hid behind his father's leg while observing what was going on.

"But it's good that I have found you here Xuexue, I was about to call you to tell you something," said Xie Qing. Wei Xue frowned not liking where this was going but she still asked

"What is it?"

There were no emotions on Wei Xue's face as she looked at her friend. Looking at Wei Xue's bland reaction towards the princess of Xie Family, which is one of four great families of this city, two people who were with Xie Qing had expressions of disdain on their faces and they did not even hide it.

Both Wei Han and Chenchen kept quiet when they noticed this but didn't interrupt. Wei Han observed to know how will his sister going to deal with this situation.

" We are having a get -together with Teacher Guoliang. He used to be our homeroom teacher in senior high, remember? He came to City S for a work tour, and he is leaving tomorrow, and you and many other students are also in this City S. So we have decided to get together with everyone and you were our class monitor so your presence is a must" said Xie Qing in such an excited way that she almost jumped from where she was standing.

Wei Xue just signed, although she doesn't share the same enthusiasm as the person in front of but she is right. As the class monitor it will be rude and disrespectful if she denies the invitation.

"Where is the party?"

"Its is in Emperor Heights"

Wei Xue scowls this time which Xie Qing conveniently ignores.

She is really getting irritated with Xie Qing now. Even though she bailed out from the middle of the party last night and the next day she just appeared out of nowhere like nothing happened.

Xie Qing may be kind and outgoing, but she still has the temperament of a noble family's young miss, no matter how much of a good friend she is, after last night she will not behave like nothing happened. Especially with her who has the status of commoner now.

Like for example, these two people who came with her. Even though she does not know them, she knows about them. Both this man and the Woman are from wealthy backgrounds and when she attended the party last night, other than her there was no other commoner like her.

She and Qingqing both hailed from City B and grew up together which is why she gave in to Qingqing most of the time.

But unlike her who has lost her status and was forced to leave the city, Xie Qingqing came to this city a couple of months back for training and gain experience for her family business.

And since Xie Qing came to this city, she has integrated herself into upper-class society easily and dragged her around with her to expensive clubs and restaurants. And that's how the upper-class circle of the city came to know about her past.

Last night was her brother's birthday. Moreover, he is not even her real brother but a cousin who is the son of her fourth uncle who looks after Xie's family business in this city.

Person she didn't even meet once before.

Subsequently, now they have a get together with their homeroom teacher out of nowhere.

For some reason she doesn't have a good feeling about this. Is Qingqing trying to push her into a pit?
