Another explosion erupts and the building shakes as the explosion takes place. Some of the people were screaming and some were panicking. But as they panic in the room meanwhile outside it becomes a battle field zone. Clara would turn around and look at Artirian and said in a panicking manner "Artirian Umm uhh-- something is happening outside and I think it would not be good if we stay here? Can you stand up?" Clara would look at Artirian in the eyes and Artirian would see her eyes was getting puffy as her eyes would be filled with tears.

Clara was getting worried because she is also panicking and doesn't know what to do next. Artirian would try to get up and as adrenaline rushed up to him he was able to wear his old clothes and a leather armor He then looked under the bed and pulled out his Bokken sword.

The Bokken sword would emit a red flaming mist as Artirian holds it. Clara didn't bring any weapons cause she didn't expect something like this to happen. Artirian would hold Clara hand and they would take a glimpse outside of the guildhall and they would thousands of Republican forces and some Coalition forces are marching towards the City of Moon Scar. The battle was fiercely being fought over the outskirts of the Moon Scar.

But from what Artirian see it looks like it was a sudden attack and that he would conclude from what he is seeing that the Moon Scar intelligence is failing and lacking because they didn't even prepare for a sudden attack like this. As they also think that something like this would not going to happen.

Artirian would pull Clara's hand, but Clara would not move from where she was standing and as Artirian would look back at Clara why she wasn't moving he would be a bit confused. Artirian would pull her again but Clara won't move Clara would give a soft sigh before saying with a worried tone of voice "Artirian I must… go back to my grandfather inside the city" Artirian would then nod then started with a confident tone "Well then we must move quickly before anything happens or else we won't be able to meet your grandfather. also to add I know a way to enter the city without entering the main gate."

Clara would smile as Artirian would wipe the tears that had been falling from her cheeks. After that they would head out of the infirmary and they would the scouts guild getting attacked few of the members would fight they would easily get pinned inside the guildhall was almost wrecked the debris were all over as for some bodies that were laying on the ground.

Blood would also be seen on the wall and on the ground. The place where people enjoyed the lounge slowly became a house for the dust from the falling debris. As the guildhall was getting occupied by Republican forces. Artirian and Clara would head to the other exit which is from the side of the 1st arena. Some of the instructors were seen fighting the Republican conscripts but also getting pinned down so they found a hole in the attack and they retreated to the forest of the farion shire which is from the east of the Moon Scar City.

That forest was unknown to the Republican forces that why they didn't give chase. That is why the scouts were also able to do guerilla tactics. if the Republican forces would give chase and follow them into the forest.

The Moon Scar garrisoned forces would be around 12,000 combined the knights and conscripts in addition with the 1,000 mercenaries that are able to join forces and are paid to fight. And if it is compared with the combined Republican and Coalition forces that will be around 70,000+ as they would still be outnumbered 10 to 1. As the combined Republican forces and Coalition forces moved in closer and closer they have started to build camps and built barracks. Then they begin to lay siege on the city of Moon Scar.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the map the garrison forces of Moon Scar would start to cause troubles for the garrison commanders. Because there have been many reports that fights broke out from two factions which are the regular conscripts and the mercenaries. The fights would break out by simple misunderstanding from both sides and each of the places that it happens is near the guard towers that must be guarded for 24/7.

The misunderstanding would start on the pay cut that the garrison commanders implemented so that the mercenaries could be paid until the reinforcements came. The reinforcement would come from the nearby Cities of Argonova, Galician and Portland.

Which are nearer to the City of Moon Scar and also they are able to provide supplies much quicker as the reliability of the products must be kept going or else the city would turn into an downside anarchy and With that help they can also provide the extra knights and conscripts that will be able to help to sustain the siege of Moon Scar. The estimated reinforcements that will come would be around 30,000 troops from the cities that have been said.

With the addition of the assistance from the 3 major corps that are also located nearer to Moon ScarCity . Which are the 3 Corps of the 17th expedition forces of the Lerian Fortress, the 28th Attack division Drum Fortress and 90th defensive battalion of the Halkers fortress. With those corps it will be estimated to have 40,000 troops all combined. And with enough forces the whole Divine Empire that will reinforce Moon Scar would be around 70,000+ troops.

The defensive line "octagon" that was created by General Cartelan's at 4th of Capri 1428 was to protect the border from the Kioka Republic and from the invading forces of the Coalition kingdoms. The defensive line was composed of the following fortresses which are the Lerian, Drum, Halkers which are fortresses that are guarding the western borders that are facing the Kioka Republic border.

The Republican Forces would then move to fire off catapults, trebuchets and the invented mortar to hit the walls of Moon Scar. They are also planning to cut the supply lines of the city so that it will end up in a forceful surrender from the city lord of the city.
