"Not so fast, Julius Andreas."
"Dude, I got no time for you, scram!" Julius unleashed a burst of purple light from his hand and aimed it at Adam, who barely dodged it. His fellow Mythos Isaac gave them an intel about some details regarding the powers of the Son of Time. Catching that light might mean 'baby-time' or 'boomer-time' for him.
'He's gotta know, dammit. I'm on the receiving end of a loss here.' He was actually thinking about just telling Julius the context behind the Prophecy of Dodona, yet he was having an internal debate of actually saying it since he won't be getting something in return if he does. He's really curious about what Delphi had in store.
Julius once again tore through the fabric of air around him to escape, but Isaac got a hold of his feet and pulled him away from the portal he created. "Damn you!"
Adam compressed some light at the tip of his spear and targeted it at Julius, but since Tobias was close to him, the boy managed to shield them both with the same magic he used before with Sayo. 'Just who are these people he came across with? That boy doesn't appear to be from our age, yet he's with them? And he can counter my iliakes? Who is he?!'
Not even Isaac, who is feared by many from their group, can stop his light. He's like his natural enemy for his darkness. 'But this boy can? Preposterous!'
If he can bait the Son of Time for listening to him, he wonders if it's wise to tell him about Dodona. 'But the bigger question is, what will he do after hearing it? He doesn't even understand what he's fully capable of! We're the only ones who can guide him properly in harnessing his full potential. Ah, dammit. I doubt if he'll even cooperate though. He doesn't look like the gullible type.'
"Listen here, Julius! Be one of us. Let's fulfill this prophecy and become gods when we return to our Day!"
He remembers it clearly, from five years before, when Dodona appeared in his dream.

*
For as long as he can remember, his father, Dietrich Schmidt, always told him to address him as 'Lord Hyperion' whenever they are away from the prying eyes of the public. His father is a huge business tycoon in the modern era with lots of resources here and there, and he, was his only child.
Growing up, he only had one friend, and that was his father's business partner's son, Isaac Fernandez. They were both awkward as kids, yet they share a certain familiarity – like they both have something common to them. Something unknown and completely ominous.
This even intensified when he first felt someone else inside of him, who introduced himself as Helios, the God of the Sun. That same night, he had a dream – one that drove him almost to the point of insanity. His father heard his screams, and woke him up from that nightmare.
He told him everything, crazy as it sounds. However, instead of feeling worried for his son's wellbeing, he laughed maniacally upon seeing his eyes glow a radiant shade of gold. "HAHAHAHA! WHAT DODONA TOLD ME BEFORE IS INDEED TRUE! EVEN HELIOS FOUND HIMSELF INSIDE OF YOU!"
He didn't get it at first, but the following days, weeks, and months after that incident – his father has been pestering him with different tasks that he should accomplish independently. He was even given a personal combat trainer, and introduced to some people, one of them is Carl. He soon realized that that dream opened up the bigger world for him. Dietrich drilled into him the different stories of the myths, always calling him 'Helios' and explaining to him what they should be doing next.
"We're gonna be gods, my son." His father didn't feel the need to interpret to him the meaning behind his dreams. That nightmare speaks about a certain divination. From the Oracle of Dodona itself.
--
He found himself in front of a huge grove of trees that appeared to be several centuries-old oaks. By their branches, many chimes were hanged, which sounded even at the slightest blow of the air. Just as a soft breeze passed towards the direction of the grove, a cacophony of sounds emanated from within it, and plenty of voices soon surged through his hearing, like he's listening to a chaotic bunch of people from a speech choir.
Each voice seems to overlap one another, but he focused his hearing on the most dominant one who was speaking.
[The Oracle of Dodona, as mentioned before, is a grove, and unlike Delphi, it has no human medium. Instead, their voices are all mixed, and they speak in a much more direct manner, not in vague metric poetries. Nevertheless, they still also need a bit of an interpretation]
/One shall be telling another a tale. A tale of the future that makes other stories seem pale.
One should know about the truth of who he is, before he knows about the bigger truth of the world as it is.
For one is the Sun, the Omnipresent Sun. One holds the light that brings out the power of day.
Ring the bells, sound the trumpets, for the day of reckoning is upon the one who listens to the ones who tell.
Rejoice, one who cries out for purpose and true might, for one shall see the light of day by the top of Olympus.
One will earn a place in the throne of the Gods. One shall replace the mockeries who sat upon there./
Adam knew he's just dreaming, but what he's hearing and what's happening before him is just too vivid to be considered just a mere fragment of his imagination and product of his REM sleep cycle. He also doesn't know what it means, but he words 'God' and 'Olympus' intrigued him. The grove continued to speak.
/This has to be the trappings of a supreme, angry and malevolent being, who was taken out from his seat.
He, who once ruled the Universe, who once reigned over everything, who was downed by one's prophecy.
Alas, one regrets for her previous actions. One shouldn't have instructed the Queen to do her bidding.
But one will redeem for these atrocities, and revive the King who'll rule over the Universe once more.
This wise, wise King, made all of these possible – he made one the holder of the Light of the Sun.
And one must aid to his return, or else, the Light of Day will burn one away, and everything shall go astray./
"Now I don't understand you! Who are you referring to? It sounds like me but it also sounds like you! Make up your mind, dammit!" Adam retorted back at the trees like a fool.
/Seek the justice the Mad King of Time covets, and he will reward one with ascension to his status and glory
One must tell another, to first find the King, the Pretentious King, who wishes ill for the True King of Time
This wretch who tried to destroy the piece of Him, which came out from Him on the day he was betrayed
That rock, though not destroyed, unfortunately, has been broken to twelve pieces. Find them all and fix it.
But the Pretentious King is in one's way, leaving the parts and pieces scattered throughout spaces in time
Bring back the Baetylus to Him at the pits of the primordial Tartarus, and He shall be completely awakened./
"?????" The words are easily discernible but needs quite a work on their clearer interpretation. There's an understanding, but Adam can't get its context. "Listening at you right now…It's like reading a reviewer without anything registering inside your brain. Can you be more specific?"
/Alas, one is not well-versed with the parlance of the modern day common folk, but heed one's next words
Reckon now, that one will go on a race against ages of olden times, for the sake of the King of Time himself
A great reward comes to one, when one bears arms with the others who are chosen by the allies of the King
Then one must look for his future's Son of Time, and provide him the vessel to complete His rebirth
One must be progressing the powers of the Son of Time - He must be ready to unite and sacrifice for Him
Should they be One, only then will the King rise once more, and take back what was His long before./
"STOOOOP!!" He jolted awake from his four post bed. He was sure it was nighttime, but he was seeing everything as if the sun is shining brightly inside his own room, like a filter set in the highest brightness scale. Then he found his father, Dietrich beside him, his eyes, looking excited over something.
Of course, he told him everything, all of its crazy bits. Dietrich laughed so loud in the middle of the night. "HYPERION, CALL ME HYPERION!"
He then shook him violently, then said, "HAHAHAHA! WHAT DODONA TOLD ME BEFORE IS INDEED TRUE! EVEN HELIOS FOUND HIMSELF INSIDE OF YOU!"

Author's Notes:
Hello! First of all, I'd like to say, 'Thank you for reading!'
But I do apologize for the glitch that happened in this webnovel. This book is supposed to be premium on the 65th chapter, but since my original editor was away last week, another one took over and erroneously set the 59th chapter to premium. Now it's locked and the timing is a bit off, which is kinda sad. I really apologize for that.
Apparently, the locked chapters can't be unlocked anymore or moved to a later chapter. So we begin at 59. Again, I'm sorry if you thought I'll go premium on the second volume.
I still do hope that you guys understand this and will keep on supporting this novel. This volume is about to end, and the Age of Heroes is next.
Thank you for reading!
