The snow demon

snow's pov

I groaned as I slowly opened my eyes. I slowly rose to my feet and looked around. I was in a strange . There was snow everywhere and not even a single soul in sight.

" how did I get here?", I scratched my head trying to remember what exactly happened to me. The last thing I remember was collapsing on the ground after waking up.

I dragged my heavy feet on the snowy ground . I didn't know where I was going but I walked forward anyway. In a distance I saw a silhouette of a man.

" Hey! can you hear me?!", I yelled trying to get his attention but he just stood motionless. I ran to him and stood in front of him. His eyes were closed tightly. " Hey who are you?Can you atleast answer me?", I said looking straight at his face. He was quite good looking .

slowly , he opened his eyes and I gasped loudly. His eyes were the most beautiful i had ever seen. They were ocean blue, calm and welcoming.

" finally you're here Elena. I had waited for a long time.", he said in calm masculine voice.

" wait... there must be a mistake. I'm not Elena.", I said looking at his face that I seemed to have gotten addicted to in just a few minutes. Looking at him ,I could guess he was in his early twenties. He chuckled and my heart did a somersault.

" Why are you denying your identity? Is it that you have forgotten your promise Elena?", he said looking at my eyes as if he was searching for something.

" You promised me Elena. You promised that you'd release me from your sister's spell. Why are you backing out from your words.", his voice was beginning to rise. I could tell he was angry. I looked at him confused. I also noticed that since I arrived here he hasn't moved a muscle.

" But...but I'm really not Elena . My name is snow.", I tried to reason with him. He laughed bitterly.

" Oh great! Just great! You even changed your name. Do you think by doing all of this you'll be good and everyone will love you? Now let me remind you my love, you're just like me. You have a dark heart and a curse. You're born to destroy not to build Elena. No matter how hard you try , you can never be like her. You can never be like Elaine!", He yelled at my face . His eyes were now red just like a burning volcano. His once calm and beautiful voice was now thunderous. He was scary. Veins popped out in his face. I couldn't do anything but just stare at him in wonder.

" I waited for over 50 years Elena. I waited for you to come release so we could live the life we always wanted. Everyday for me in this island was torture for me but I endured all of it for you. I want to come with you my love. Please let me come with you. " his voice was back from being calm. I didn't know him but the words he said somehow managed to break my heart. They stabbed at my heart like a sharp dagger .

The pain behind his beautiful eyes and the tears that were flowing freely down his smooth face made me feel guilty even when I didn't know what I have done. I'm only 15 years. How is it possible that he waited for me for over 50 years? Or is it that he knew me before I was even born?

"tell me... tell me what i can do to take away all your pain?", I said my own voice breaking. " You know everything Elena. Just close your eyes and let your dark heart guide you. Focus on me my love and you'll know what you have to do.", he said softly and I did as he had said.

I closed my eyes and focused. I felt something new and powerful building inside me. " Now reach out your hands and touch me my love. Feel me and don't forget that you're born for darkness. No light shall win."

When he said that I could feel the power building even more inside me. All I could think of was blood and deaths. My lips moved but I couldn't here what I was saying. The words that were coming out from me were strange. I felt out of earth , like I was in my own universe. In my own world where I ruled and unstoppable.
