Control Esper Ditio

The next morning she woke up and got ready like normal. With free time Avalon got dressed and grabbed a wooden sword from her closet. It was still early in the morning and it was right before the first alarm went off. Leaving her room she rushed off and went to the training area that Lukas took her to yesterday and just begun practicing with the sword after stretching.

As she trained with the sword she often allowed her thoughts to wander to things normally of her past. It was usually since she had a much more peaceful life and it was a very useful experience in this world. But she found the reason she often thought back on it was due to her matter of death in her last life. She had family and friends… she never got a chance to say goodbye. That was probably the one regret as the side from never experiencing love… losing the chance to say goodbye was something she regretted. But she also was aware that at the time in her original world there was a war was going on so she was likely not the only one that held such regrets.

It was mid at spring at this point getting closer and closer to summer. She paused for a moment to take a drink but she noticed something that caused her to give pause. She could see two figures that she knew were not of a human.

Since Avalon was different, (a Solit) she is capable of seeing and interacting with the spiritual world, she doesn't run into spirits that often normally pass on easily in this world but on occasion, there are spirits that linger. She bit her lip slightly not sure whether or not it was a good idea to talk to them.

"2Lt Liman, what are you doing?"

Avalon turned her head to see a person she didn't really recognize but she knew it was someone that is part of the s.o.f. "Ah, the captain told me I can use this place to do some personal training… as long as I did it before any other training took place." Roan replied hiding the wooden sword behind her.

"I see what were you doing by chance then?"

"Ah, it is nothing that interesting just something I learned back home that I've down for that last 21 years."

"Not interesting?"

"Yep, nothing interesting."

The man looked at me with a slight glint in his eyes. Avalon quickly realized he did not have the nicest of intentions. It was then that he lunged at her Avalon jumped back she winched slightly due to her injuries from last night. 'I can't use my power freely here it's right in the middle of camp damn it. I should have known they wouldn't give up just after one attempt.' Avalon cursed looking at the man in front of her. 'It's likely the same person from last night so I have to be careful as they will be trying to capture me not kill me. Meaning we are on the same playing field.'

She brought the wooden sword she was hiding behind her dragging the tip slightly along the ground swinging it upwards creating an attack with the sand. "Ack!" The man grunted as the sand flew into his eyes. She then lunged forward slashing at him with the wooden sword.

'I can't believe someone in this world has the ability Control. Must be rank 3 or 4 being able to Control people in such a short amount of time such an annoying ability to deal with. If I had the back up I could fight them back and send them back no problem but they are after me since they sensed my energy. They just don't know who they are dealing with.' Avalon sighed jumping back as the man swung at her.

'He's enhanced their body too. Damn. Control Esper's can be so annoying sometimes.'

She slashed her sword downwards the wooden sword collided with his arm she could hear a slight snap not sure if it was the blade itself or the man's arm. Control, Enhancement, and Immunity just a few examples of abilities that live up to the name superhuman that people of this world call Esper's if not just outright monsters.

"How unfair. Increasing the human you are using strength."

"How is it unfair you are more than capable of more than you are right now. You can't fool me into thinking you are just normal human."

"Oh, I never said I was a regular human I'm superhuman or a monster like you. But my ability is so weak I don't get why you are coming after me trying to kidnap me."

Avalon slashed her blade once again this time the man caught it. "That's for me to know and you to find out."

"Tsk how boring. Will you give me a name at least."

"Ditio. You can call me that."

"Hmmm, Ditio I must say you are annoyingly persistent. Coming after me again today using another person. How impressive."

Avalon winched as she landed on her ankle wrong after her attack. She watched as 'Ditio' smiled slightly she clicked her tongue and went to jump up to the higher ground she managed to approach but 'Ditio' grabbed her by the ankle and threw her to the ground with a slam. She let out a groan of pain slightly stunned and before she could do anything else 'Ditio' jumped on Avalon his hands going around her throat tightening around her neck.

She felt his hands tighten around her throat it was getting harder and harder to breath with each passing second. 'What is with this guy and choking me.'

"Let… go… you sociopath!" Avalon gasped as she dug her nails into his arms. She was moving around in varying ways trying to throw him off the the issue was that she was fighting against an empowered human while she is using human strength and bing a woman the difference in strength was large at the moment. "I… said… get… off!" Ava gasped sending a left hook into his jaw which did cause his head to snap to the side loosening his hands slightly out of shock. She brought her hands down again digging her hands into his wrist.

Ditio removed a hand from Ava's neck before hitting her in the face. "That hurt bitch." he growled but Avalon didn't stop. She turned her head and bit down on his hand hard which caused him to yell out in pain which someone did hear. She was then able to bring her legs under his body and kicking them off. She spun to her feet and grabbed 'Ditio's' arm as he tried to punch her sending him to the ground landing flat on his stomach.

She dug her left foot into 'Ditio's' back pulling his arm back behind them stopping him from being able to move. "So what do you have to say to me bastard?"

"We will get you one day. I will come for you next." 'Ditio' laughed.

"I dare you to try bastard cause you won't find me here next time. I'll be somewhere else and I'll be sure to find you first. Cause this is pissing me off and you're messing up my plan." Avalon whispered in 'Ditio's' ear before knocking them out.
