Midterms

*Opens eyes*

"Ugh, what happened last night." Haruki looks around his room while laying down. "I don't remember eating this much. Why would I eat in my room?" He starts to get out of bed and Rei is on the floor with sake.

"Oh my gosh, pfft." Haruki picks up Rei and brings her to her room then starts to clean up.

*Alarm ringing*

"Now time for school." Haruki starts to get ready for school and puts on necessities, then walks to Rei's room, "Hey wake up, we have school."

Rei slowly opens her eyes as she hears Haruki's voice flow through her body, "I'm awake now, I'll get ready then we can go."

As Rei gets ready Haruki waits at the door patiently.

"Okay I'm ready!" Rei says as she's smiling wide and happy that their going together.

"You look pretty, let's go to school." Haruki locks the door then he walks to his car, "Get in."

Rei smiles, "why are we taking your car?"

"Because you took a while getting ready, I don't wanna be late." Haruki looks at her as she is walking.

"Are you gonna be okay?" Haruki says worried as she closes the car door.

"Yea, if your with me I feel safe." She smiles slightly as she looks at the car mat.

Haruki thinks as he is driving to school, 'If you keep saying these things I'm going to think you like me.' He starts to frown as no one has loved him before.

*At school*

*Whisper* "Haruki, why are you late?" Hiroshi says as the professor didn't notice they just came in.

"She was getting ready and it took a while." Haruki says as he is taking out his notebook.

"Oh okay, well wake up earlier then." Hiroshi scoffs.

The professor starts talking about what they're going to be doing and gives out the packet of paper.

"A midterm…" Haruki looks up and thinks, 'I give up… I didn't study.'

Haruki then looks at Hiroshi and Rei and they have the same look at he does.

"You didn't study either huh." Haruki says while looking down and mopping.

"Yea I didn't study." Hiroshi starts to cry internally.

"You may begin the midterm." The professor says loudly so everyone can hear.

*After the midterm*

"Well I got the worst grade possible." Haruki says while frowning and looking down.

"Well we forgot about it and that's not our faults, we just need to wait for the results." Rei says as she's comforting Haruki.

*At home*

"Let's go and get something to eat or whatever you wanna do." Haruki says while laying down.

"Sure what do you wan-." Rei stops as Hiroshi cuts her off.

"Let's go to the restaurant we went to last time. With the pc place connected." Hiroshi smiles wide as he starts to get excited.

"Sure we go there!" Haruki gets happy.

Rei starts smiling, "we can also invite the people that went last time. If that's okay of course."

*At pc cafe*

"Hey! Were you guys waiting a while?" Daisuke says as Daichi is behind him.

Touji scoots over a seat, "well I got here with Asahi not too long ago."

"Okay cool." Daisuke says while smiling.

Rei starts playing pasmo again while Haruki joins her.

"And how do you control this area?" Haruki says confused.

"You do it like this." Rei starts to show him the controls to the game.

Hiroshi and the others start to drink sake and order food.

"YOU BASTARD! I KNOW WERE OLD BUT I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WANTED A HOUSE OF YOUR OWN!" Hiroshi says to Touji as they're both drunk.

"But I have an idea. I want to make it traditional but ours now isn't. It's more modern." Touji says as he has a plan made for the house.

"FINE YOU BASTARD JUST LEAVE ME TO ROT IN MY HOUSE!" Hiroshi starts to cry.

Haruki and Rei then meet up with them after playing for a while.

"Will you, BELIEVE THIS BASTARD TOUJI SAID THAT HE WANTS TO MOVE OUT! HE SAID HE HATES WHERE HE LIVES!" Hiroshi yells.

"I didn't say tha-" Touji gets cut off.

"THEN! HE SAYS HE WANTS A DIFFERENT HOUSE!" Hiroshi yells more.

"Isn't that what I did though?" Haruki scoffs as he takes away the drinks. "Maybe you shouldn't drink so much so you can have a level head."

"Fine you can move Touji." Hiroshi stops in thought as he looks down. 'It's for the best.'
