Tom stood up in a jolt and stared meanly at the colonel, he was about to give a piece of his mind, uncaring of consequences, when two warm hands simultaneously grabbed his ankles. He felt a terrible sensation creep its way toward his neck. The shiver that ran down his spine collided with the pressure coming from below.
The two monsters were mind-sending a warning to the teenager, his fiery attitude wouldn't do them any good and it was better letting the orc boast about his newly-acquired status than making a fuss.
The impulse in his toes died with his will.
The sensation of power they reached with their fantastic bodies was hard to tame, but their readiness of mind was more than acquired when they became meat-eaters, contrary to Tom who barely entered puberty.
Even though the teenager felt at his prime, he now had a newly-acquired issue, primal instincts much more imposing than the human ones, opposing even his will to stand for himself against the two older wolves.
