A Win is a Win

It sounds like I'm on par with the minotaurs, but right now I've got too many injuries, several bruises and a lot of other wounds, my clothes were all covered in my blood

sweat was pouring down my body and my hands were shaking while holding the sword

The Minotaurs, however, looked completely unharmed and still had full stamina

I didn't stand a chance of winning that was the harsh reality...but I was having too much fun to care

The Minotaur now threw his ax at me and ran as fast as he could in my direction

I dodged the ax but the Minotaurs rammed me right after

"AARGHHH" I screamed in pain as I was thrown across the room

Even with blood spurting out of my mouth, I could still feel it... the excitement and fun of this fight

"MMOOOUURRGHH" the Minotaurs screamed loudly, grabbing his ax in his hand and running up and swinging his ax at me

'A cow?' I thought to myself when I heard his screams and he ran towards me

He rammed my entire body and I certainly broke a lot of bones in the process

But I got up, even though my whole body was in pain and I was about to die, I wanted to keep fighting

I tried to swing my sword but I had no strength left so swing it slowly cuz I didn't even use [sword of acceleration] once today but I should have so my chances of surviving would be better

The Minotaur looked at me, and this time with pity in his eyes

But when he saw my smile he was confused

He took my sword and broke it in two and threw it away

I was still on my feet even though my strength was leaving me, but I was still excited

The Minotaur got on all fours and ran toward me again at full speed

*BAAM*

He rammed me against the wall but this time I felt a strange feeling in my stomach

I looked down to see what it was and saw a silken horn pierce me

I was just wondering right now how much blood I have left I've been losing a lot all this time but now with the horn in my stomach I think I have an abnormal amount

The Minotaur slowly got up while I was still walking his horn and slowly dying

the minotaurs didn't put me down he just waited... until i died

I died again while the Minotaurs did nothing and just stood like he was frozen

But slowly he took me off his horn and grabbed my neck

He opened his mouth wide and his many sharp and huge teeth came out to devour me

But when he wasn't looking, small red hands made of blood that looked like hundreds of threads came out of my wounds and healed me again

The Minotaur slowly moved me in the direction of his wide open mouth...

But then

*BANG BANG*

I shot him in the mouth and through the head with two bullets from my pistol, killing him

Blood spurted from his wound and mouth as his lifeless body fell to the ground with me still wrapped around his hand

*THUD*

"GAAH" I groaned in pain from the impact I was momentarily lying on your chest and smeared his body with blood

Out of exhaustion I couldn't stay conscious anymore and fell asleep... again

*****

When I woke up I looked around sleepily and noticed that I was drooling on the minotaur I don't quite understand where I am but when I looked around I noticed it and immediately jumped off the minotaur afraid he might still be alive

But he didn't move, I watched him a little longer and sometimes stepped on him, but nothing happened

Since the minotaur is dead, I can actually go on... but something bothered me

it was an instinctive feeling to do a certain thing with the corpse…. not meant perverted

I kept getting closer to the corpse until I was standing in front of his head, right now I'm just doing what this feeling wants me to do so there's nothing I can do about it

I raised my hand very slowly and held him by the forehead and suddenly out of nowhere a purple and black smoke or something like that comes out of his head and moved towards my forearm and was sucked into it

"What?" I was totally confused I didn't know I could do this but I wasn't surprised it was like this wasn't the first time it had happened

after the smoke in my arm disappeared, the minotaur suddenly erupted into thin air, leaving behind a long horn and a ring

"a good reward... i guess"

that was it for real usually monster drops are rare but i got them more often today i must be very lucky today

I took another look at my arm after putting the rewards in my space ring and felt normal

"Something's wrong" I thought about what happened today but no matter how long I thought about it it made no sense

First that I was murdered by my father's mercenaries

then that I am resurrected

and then that i killed the minotaurs... so much is happening right now

My questions kept getting bigger and I didn't have an answer, but one thing was clear

"I can't go back home," I whispered softly while holding my hand to my chin and thinking

'I can't go back if I don't know what's going on and gradar must have reported my death by now and the whole kingdom must know then'

The odds that gradar was hired by my father to kill me are high

'It would be best to go out first and see what the situation is like'

I couldn't do more at the moment anyway

Now that I know what I'm going to do when I go outside, is there anything more important "What was I doing?"

That topic was more important to me because even if I'm being hunted, I'm immortal... apparently

I looked at my arm but still couldn't find anything it was like it never happened

i racked my brains about it for what felt like a whole hour but i had no answer to it there was nothing not even a clue

"I'll have to think about it later," I said as I walked toward a closed giant gate lined with blue torches

As I slowly opened the gate, I was led into a silly room. There were no torches or other sources of light, but everything was filled with purple light

when i looked up at the ceiling i noticed the many small stars that adorned the clouds everywhere

I thought there was no blanket here, but I quickly noticed that the blanket here is just transparent... like in that one book about a boy in a magic school

'School… I haven't been there for a long time'

Thinking about this book from magic school made me miss my school days a bit though... I didn't have any

i was always skipping or sleeping that even became such a problem that dad had to take me to school personally but... i slept through the lesson that same day

I suddenly felt nostalgic thinking about my "school days" and wished for just a little bit of going back to school and not just sleeping this time
