Chapter: 6

Jasmine:

"Ow. When is this going to be over?" I say in a whiny tone

"In forty minutes, then you'll have enough time to think about what you've done. Now hold still" my mother says while her apprentice continues to sew the half done dress

"Mehh" I whine in boredom and pain. So incase nobody understands, I'm back home in Seattle because apparently my parents heard about the Brett and Jasmine clash and my mother is making me model  some of clothes for her fashion line, despite her knowing about my hatred for modelling anything that's not food tasting

"I can't believe you almost got suspended on your first day" she says disappointedly

"But it wasn't my fault! It was all thanks to that stupid greek god faced idiot" I say angrily

"Who is this greek god you speak of?" My mom asks

"Ughh it's a long... Ow" I say as her apprentice jabs the needle into my skin

"I'm listening, where were Ben and Holly when all this happened?" my mom says sitting down

"Well, after I got my schedule,  I found out Holly, Ben and I weren't having the same classes so we parted ways. I was on my way to class then I bumped into this guy. He was extremely rude to me even when I apologized so I told him not to talk to me like that again and everyone was just staring at me as if I just slapped the president. Holly then told me he was pretty much the king of the school. I then.. ow. I then decided to be on a.ow. low. He poured wa... Ow... On.. ow. Mother please tell your apprentice to stop poking me" I said frustratedly

"No, it's part of your punishment so get back to the story" my mom says crossing her arms

"Okay. So at lunch he poured water on me then a foodfight started, we also got called to the principal's office..  ow and he gave us two... Ow weeks of cafeteria... Ow ca-ow-fe-ow-teria duty..Ow" I say panting. I look at my mom and she signals me to continue the story and I look down at my mom's apprentice and I swear I saw her snickering

Oh really..

"That was what... Ow.. happened. Oh that is it!!" I said then grabbed the needle from my mom's apprentice. "if you poke me with this needle one more time, I swear on Ariana Grande's wig I'll jab you with this very needle untill your eyes bleed" I say with a threatening tone and I'm not kidding.

"I'm sorry" she gulps and continues sewing carefully.

Ha!!😌😝

"Diane I can't believe all this happened on your first day. I never expected this from you, I don't even know what your father is going to say about this" she says facepalming

"I'm sorry mother" I say sadly

I hate it when my mom gets upset with me and it's all thanks to that stupid greek god faced idiot.

"I think that's all for today, so you can leave" she says gesturing for me to leave

"I'm sorry mom. I love you" I say and hug her

"Just be careful okay?" She says with a small smile

"Yes mother" I say then hold the open parts of my dress so it doesn't fall down

I get weird looks from the body guards as I walk down the hall. Curse my mom's fashion line.

"umm you look good?" Ben says smiling

"hardy har har" I say sarcastically

"So how'd it go with your mom?" He asks.

"Well she made model this stupid dress for her fashion line" I say

"Oh that explains it" he says laughing. "and she told me to be careful with Brett" I say shuddering by just saying his name

"Um okay." Ben says and a bodyguard approaches us

"Miss Diane, your dad would like to speak with you and Mr Ben" The body guard says

"Where is my father?" I ask. "his Excellency is in his study" he says then bows before leaving

"Dum dum dum" Ben says dramatically

"Well we better get going" I say turning around

"Okay but don't you think you should change that dress?" He asks with a smile

"Omg I totally forgot. I better go change it" I say laughing

"See you at the office?" He asks

"Yeah" I say smiling as Ben spins on his heels and walks away.

I quickly rush to my room and change into a blue skirt and red crop top and make my hair into a loose bun, my usual evening wear

I walk out of my room and head to my dad's office

Sighing, I look at the huge brown door in front of me. Taking deep breaths, I push the golden handles and my dad's office comes to view.

The thing is the huge scowl on my dad's face is preventing me from breathing and actually looking at the office.

"This is despicable!" He screams angrily at Ben

"I'm sorry Mr senator" Ben says bowing his head

This is bad..

"And you, how could you do this Diane?!" He boomed

"It wasn't my fault" I say shaking

"Diane we had a deal that you won't get into any trouble. I knew letting you go to that school was a bad idea" he says rubbing his temples

"Dad I'm sorry"

"I'm sorry Diane but you can't go to that school anymore" he says

"What?! Please don't do this to me dad. I like it there and I promise I won't get into any more trouble" I pleaded

"How am I supposed to believe you after starting a food fight on your first day?!" My dad screams

"And you Ben. You're supposed to be her bodyguard, here were you when all this happened?"

I can't let Ben hey in trouble for something that was all my fault.

"I'm talking to you Ben" he says slamming his fist on the table

"Ben was the person that stopped the fight and beat up the guy I had a fight with" I lie

"This is so appalling Diane. You must stop going to that school at once!" He says

"But dad please don't stop me from going to school, I like it there. I promise there won't be any more slip-ups just give me one more chance" I plead again

He sits back on his chair and sighs. "One more chance. If there are any more slip-ups, you'll be homeschooled for life and your going to be grounded till you're forty" he says with gritted teeth

"Thanks daddy" I say smiling

"Ben, make sure she's safe and I don't want to hear about anymore foodfights or anything negative from that school that paretains to Diane understood?" He says

"Yes Mr Senator" Ben says then does a salute

"I guess you two should get going, I'll send Tony to fly you guys back to Chicago" my dad says calmly

"Thanks daddy" I say again and hug him

"You know I love you so much princess, and I don't want anything to happen to you" he mutters in my hair

"I know daddy. I love you too" I say and smile

"Say hi to Theresa for me" he says as we pull away.

"Tell mom I say hi and wish her good luck for her fashion show" I say smiling

"I will sweet heart" my dad says as he waves

"Okay daddy, bye" I say as I walk into the private Jet

"Remember no more slip-ups" he says seriously

"Yes Mr senator" Ben says waving
