“MOMMY, why did you let Tris picked your roses? What if her hand was stung?”
“You’re too paranoid, sweetie. Those roses have no thorns,” her mother replied.
“You don’t know. What if it has and you just missed seeing it?”
Trinity’s mother laughed. “I understand your concern, sweetie. I was like you before. But let your child enjoy the moment. She loves flowers, then be it. even if she’ll destroy everything. Besides, we can buy new ones.”
“Mommy, you’re spoiling her. And I don’t like it.” she picked up the child and lifted her. She removed the petals on her daughter’s little hand. And it seems like her daughter was against what she did and she began to cry.
“See, you made her cry. I told you to let her be.”
“Mom, she will get spoiled with this treatment and I may have a hard time if she will grow up like those spoiled brat kids.”
