Selene
Azriel had just finished his meeting with Walker. He walked directly to my office and barged in.
"I hope you to knock, sir." I glared at him.
"Then get your hopes down you also never knock." He made himself comfortable sitting down on my chair. Did I mention I was standing the entire time?
"Why are you here?"
He smirked, as if he knew he had me hooked. "Our next move, of course. Don't tell me you've forgotten about our little investigation."
I rolled my eyes, not wanting to admit that I had, in fact, been preoccupied with other matters. "Of course not. I've been busy."
"Busy avoiding me, you mean?" He raised an eyebrow, a playful glint in his eyes.
"Huh? I did not in any way avoid you today." I had avoided him.
"Fiery...everytime our eyes met, you looked away, pretending to do something."
I scoffed, "So what do you want me to do? Have a staring contest with you?"
