Words of the Kingdom of Alberta's declarations of war had been transmitted through the entire continent. Through a technology of "Magic Transmitter" an artifact that allows communication. Viscount Abel had explained the messaged that the King had said to him, explaining in detailed of what had transpired between their respective nations, he explained that they were going to war, and no one is to get involved between their disputes.

While most nobles had felt relief when hearing that they weren't supposed to get involved, some nobles were not happy about that and expressed discontent.

The King of the Watanabe kingdom was seated in his chair while pondering about the message he had just received.

The fact that the 'Alberta Kingdom' had sent out a warning stating that the surrounding kingdoms are not supposed to get involved had other meaning, they didn't want the additional help of the Watanabe Kingdom and they are most likely trying to show the other kingdom their battle prowess to make sure no other Kingdom step out of line.

King Almous sighed as he brought a cup of warm tea to his mouth. Sitting across from him was a beautiful woman who seemed to be in her mid-teens, her bright red hair was tied into a long one-sided ponytail, she donned a gorgeous yellow gown that stretch to her knees as she crosses one of her snow-white legs that became visible beneath her dress.

"Ara, it seems things are going to get noisy from here."

She said a bit tiredly, though contrast to her tone her eyes were sparkling as though she found the situation quite interesting. Hinata Watanabe was the first Princess of the Kingdom of Watanabe, also known as the "Nation of Fire" that worship the "Goddess of fire" Hinata was well known among the neighboring Kingdoms for not only her beauty, but also her high intellect.

She wasn't particularly surprised that the Alberta Kingdom had declare war unlike the other nobles and royalties, contrary she honestly thought they would have done so a long time ago.

Though, she couldn't quite understand the motive behind the "Kingdom of Zestril" the fact that they had chosen to openly provoke the 'Alberta Kingdom" the strongest nation on this continent had a clear meaning in itself.

(Could it be, are they hoping to get rid of the strongest nation while hoping the weaker one would surrender when witnessing the strongest Kingdom getting taken over)

Hinata thought narrowing her crimson eyes as she pondered in her head. Indeed, if the strongest nation were to be defeated then many other nations would feel despair and lose the will to fight, it was an effective tactics to break the fighting spirits of the enemy's side.

Seeing the serious look on Hinata's face King Almous finally decided to break the silence within the room.

"What do you think?"

He asked his daughter, with an expected gaze seeing that look she naturally straighten herself before her pink lips parted.

"I personally think there is something suspicious going on within the Zestril Kingdom."

She said in a firm tone.

"If I recall correctly, the King that reign supreme over the northern land is known to be extremely greedy, he has a bad tendency to invade weaker territories and making them vassal state. However, while that man is a greedy dog who loves to steel from others plates, he is also cautious and cunning. The fact that sly old man boldly decided to go after the strongest Kingdom on this continent meant he is confident in his victory."

Hinata said explaining her reasoning in an eloquent tone. King Almous listened to her while nodding his head calmly. He also had the same thought. But what exactly was the foundation of his confidence? The Alberta Kingdom had a powerful knight there "Matthew" whose strength was prominent even in the neighboring Kingdoms, he also wielded the "holy sword of Vanish" a sword that is embedded with "Annihilation magic" there are stories that that sword was the strongest and only inferior to the legendary weapons of the "Elemental Goddesses" the Alberta Kingdom also had powerful artifacts hidden there, the most famous was the impenetrable barrier surrounding the entire Kingdom. Which even the strongest level of "Advance magic" was rumored to be ineffective against.

"I was also thinking the same, I don't know what they have up their sleeve but... if the Alberta Kingdom were to lose, then we'd be at a disadvantage against them."

King Almous said his tone becoming grim as he imagines the worst-case scenario. Hinata gently played with her long ponytail hanging on her right shoulder as she looked into her father's eyes which seemed to have worry mixed with uneasiness within them.

"I wonder, could their plan of defeating the Alberta Kingdom be the legendary hero?"

"I doubt that's the case..."

king Almous said. Hearing that Hinata cocked her head curiously.

"Oh, and why is that?"

"If their secret weaponed is the legendary hero, that plan could easily work against them, after all the Alberta Kingdom is supposed to have a hero of their own, if I'm not mistaken."

King Almous said giving a logical answer. Hearing this Hinata nodded her head in understanding. She places her finger at her lips as she spoke.

"If their legendary hero does enters the battlefield, then there's a chance that Alberta's hero might entered as well. In any case, it might become a fight between two heroes."

Hinata said her tone filled with worry.

"You do remember the stories of what happened when two heroes fight each other, right?"

"It would end in disaster; the destructive power of the heroes could easily cause a natural disaster capable of destroying the entire continent."

King Almous replied while sighing somewhat depressingly. Hinata also sighed in worry no matter what the results be in the end. Will all be endangered.

"Well will continue to observe for now, though, I'm not sure there is anything we could do if the situation took a turn for the worse, let's just hope it doesn't get to that point."

He said standing up from his seat.

"Oh, are we done here already?"

Hinata said as she followed his lead and stood up from her seat.

"Yes, I have some other matters to deal with in the meantime can you go check up on the hero?"

"Yes, please leave it to me."

Hinata replied as they left the room.

The sound of a sword could be heard cutting through the air. A boy wearing knightly attire was standing in the training ground, in his hands was a beautiful two-handed sword with a thin silver blade "sword of black flames" one of the legendary weaponed bestowed onto the heroes by the "Goddess of fire" the boy summoned to the Watanabe kingdom, Jackson had been sparring with the Knights in order to gain some combat experience.

Jackson swung his sword horizontally towards his opponents attempting to strike his shoulder. However, the knight skillfully stopped his blade with the flat side of his sword. While their swords were locked together the knight used his right leg and delivered a sharp kicked into Jackson's abdomen.

"Guh."

A groan escaped his lips as all the oxygen was forcefully released from his lungs, his body was sent flying backwards and landed heavily onto the field.

"Your movement are too predictable, great hero I suggest that you stop relying so much on raw power and watch your opponent's movement carefully."

"Sh-shut up!"

Jackson roared as he got back to his feet. He placed his hands against the parts of his body where he was hit, his face grimacing in pain as he did his best to stand up straight. He then stared at his sword in frustration.

(Damn it, how do I unleash the power's hidden within this sword anyway? If I was going to get summoned, couldn't I have at least gotten a tutorial or given some kind of explanation!)

He thought.

While holding his sword in a natural stance. The knight raised an eyebrow seeing the unfamiliar stance. He then charged forward before swinging his sword diagonally sideways. Jackson's face froze as he swung his sword in desperation.

Clang~

A metallic sound reverberated as their weapons clashed. Jackson was able to stop his sword, but he was pushed by the force of the knight's swing.

He then took a step back in order to get some distance between them but—

The knight rushes forward swinging his sword vertically downward. Seeing that something clicked inside of Jackson's head, the blade of his sword released black flames and connected with the knight's sword.

Boom!!!

The knight body was sent flying backwards as Jackson slashed with his sword. The force easily sliced the blade of the knight's sword cleanly in half. The body of Jackson was now wrapped in a vortex of dark flames that look as though they were going to burn everything in its path.

Nothing within five-meter radius could come any closer to Jackson who was within the center of the flames.

Jackson looked at the sword he held in his hands curiously. He didn't know how he was able to summon the flames but, strangely he felt as though he was becoming one with the black flames as though they were a part of his body.

A pair of crimson eyes were observing that from the side.

It was a beautiful girl who seemed to be in her mid-teens. Wearing a beautiful gown that reaches a bit above her knees, her long red hair fluttered gently behind her back. The person was the second princess of the Watanabe kingdom "Princess Scarlett."

"… Amazing."

She muttered under her breath, she had been carefully observing the battle until now with a worried look on her face but, when the hero had unleashed that powerful fire attack, she couldn't help but voice her amazement out loud.

"I guess the stories of the heroes were no exaggeration."

She said, as her kind eyes stared intently at the black flames that surrounded the hero as though protecting him.

"Hmmm… Things seem to have taken quite an interesting turn."

"Hm, sister."

Scarlett turned her head to the side and spotted the figure of her sister, princess Hinata standing there. She had a curious look on her face as she watched the scene before her.

She had never seen black flames before, and the only person who had ever been able to control divine flames was the "Goddess of fire, Aetna" as the flames finally died down what was left behind was a burnt field with thick smoke rising from the spots where the flames had appeared.
