Chapter 7

After hearing the explanation from Kala, Alex is loss for words, it took a while for Alex to process the whole new information.

'What the hell? is this all true? so I am a descendants of a God from another world?'

"I wish it's all a lie young master but it is the truth you can't deny it"

"What the hell! Kala, you can read my mind?" Alex surprise that Kala can read his mind.

"Yes young master, because I reside in your body"

"Then what is that blob of light?" Alex asked in confusion.

"That is just to make it easy for you young master, because when I first tried to talk to you, you mistook me for the system so I thought of another way to communicate with you, and from my perspective right now it is the best way to communicate." Kala reply.

"Just forget about it, it's not what's important right now. So Kala back to the last topic, does that mean I am some kind of your leader or something?"

"No, not yet, you don't have the qualification to be the church leader right now, but you need to be our leader" Kala said in all seriousness especially in the last sentence.

"B-but why do I need to be your leader? Isn't it better for someone from the old world be your leader?" Alex asked Kala.

"Because we also don't have the qualification to lead the church, and won't be qualified to be the leader, we don't have our God bloodline in our blood after all" Kala answered.

"So that's how it is, I don't have a choice but to comply, but Kala, does that mean my father have the bloodline of God Lux too?"

"That's right, that's why he immediately became an awakened because you and your father is the last person who has God Lux bloodline"

"Th-then why is he dead now if he has God Lux bloodline? Why are you guys don't protect him?" Alex asked with a shaking voice.

"Yes that is our fault, if not for the rushed plan he will not be exposed to the Evil God's followers I'm sorry young master, no, we are sorry" Kala answered.

Alex exhale his breath and said "Then it is what it is. So Kala what do I need to do now?"

"You don't need to do anything for now. You just need to focus on leveling up and strengthening yourself when you are in the academy"

"Just that? or do you have a special instruction for me?" Alex ask Kala just to be sure.

"No nothing right now, maybe when you are in the academy I will give you some instruction" Kala answered. "Beside we have a division in the academy as well so your days at the academy will be a breeze if nothing goes wrong" Kala added.

Since the world have become more advance and the human of this world became smarter, the human of earth in the era before the 'Gate Break Catastrophe' has gone further and further from a religious belief. Only a few people still belief in the old religion of earth like Christian, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. And that people who still belief in the old religions are from the old family of that religion and their vassal families. Any common citizens mostly does not believe in any religion any more, until the day of the 'Gate Break catastrophe'.

After the 'Gate Break Catastrophe' has been resolved, many citizens has lost their home and their loved ones. Many people become lost, they don't know what to do when they have no home and family, then one day some people who awakened as a priest started to help those who lost everything they have, while the priest are helping them they starting to preach the words of god, and not long the priest began to make a religious organization. And that is how the Church of Lux are founded on Earth.

Alex has just woken up from his sleep and he hear his mom calling from downstairs, "Alex, come and eat your breakfast!"

"Coming mom!" Alex shout with his sleepy eyes.

"Morning sweetie, are you ready for the academy? Today is the day you depart to the academy, you remember it right?" Susan greets Alex when he's finally come downstairs.

In the last month Alex was preparing himself for the academy starting from registering himself to the academy and prepared his body and mentality for what to come.

"Of course I remember mom, don't treat me like a child, I'm not a child anymore!" said Alex.

"No matter how much you grow you will always be my child Alex, my only child, don't be mad at me for treating you like a child I only have you now" Tears began to well up in her eyes.

"Yes mom I know and I'm not mad, I'm just a little annoyed with your antics" Alex said while hugging his mom. "Come on mom let's eat our breakfast, it'll go cold"
