The Saintess Is A Villainess

Reading Purifying Love made Rachelle D'magiba feel very insulted. The ending that the author had written didn't go well with her expectations. Rather, it was one of the shittiest novels that she ever had read. But just because of one mistake, she found herself inside the novel that she had read. She had thought that she had already died but it seems that she went inside the novel! What's even worse is that she reincarnated as the villain of the story! None other than Felicia Vivianne Del Montague who was burned alive. Will she be able to escape and save herself from dying once again? Or will she find truths to uncover from the novel and avoid her death flag? [NOTE: This is an original work made by the author herself. THE SWORD FIGHT

Rolando was fast approaching, his sword pointing towards Felicia as he ran towards her, he arched his arms, lifting the swords high to his head before slamming it towards Felicia who immediately put a halt, blocking the sword while smirking as she removed the veil on her head.

The clashing of the sword made the ladies gasp in horror, squirming in fear that they thought it was already the end. However, it wasn't as Felicia pushed the sword into Rolando, so strong that Rolando was forced to take a back step, shocked at the force she was exerting even though she looked fragile and flimsy.

"What a surprise... So you do know how to use a sword. Why not come at me, then?" He tried to taunt Felicia but in return, she just smirked as she raised her sword right to her chest, covering her other face while showing how much of a menace she was, enabled the fear to run through Ronaldo's eyes that didn't escape from her.

"Why don't you just charge instead of yapping, hm? Or are you showing how much of a chicken you are?" She taunted back, then flipped the sword where the edge is facing her face and towards his direction.

Her mocking seems to enter his head as he growled right at her, charged once more towards her direction and aimed at her side, which she then reflected as she used her swords to block his move, making another clang.

Their swords fought like there was no end. Each meet would end up with their swords clanging and clashing with each other, creating sparks everywhere as Rolando was determined to defeat Felicia who was not moving any ounce and just remained on her spot, both arms were used as she blocked every advantage he had.

The man had a poor use and skills of his swords that Felicia could see where to aim perfectly to end this thing. Yet she was enjoying how his face shifted to anger every time she would end up blocking everything, from his advances to his secret attack.

Everyone was amazed at how much of a pro Felicia was using her sword. She wasn't bluffing when she said she has a mastery in using the sword. She definitely wasn't joking at all when she said that.

Everyone was amazed at Felicia who still kept her grounds, not letting Rolando take a hit on her. Even Cordelia and the women began to cheer for Felicia which irked Rolando as his force became even more stronger that Felicia used the same amount of power he's holding.

The knights were flabbergasted upon looking at the two of them, clashing their swords together while Felicia kept up with the strength Rolando was giving. They could tell that it was at that point where Rolando is providing every strength he has inside him.

Yet it made no further advances to defeat the lady as she blocked every move she made. From the side, front, back, and behind where he aimed at her, she was able to pinpoint every move he takes.

To be honest, she was very disappointed that the knight whom she had fought is somewhat weaker than the knights back at the manor. he was rather not comparable to the ones back at home.

Even the weakest of the knights weren't as weak as Rolando. This also means that she had gained strength through having a spar every training session she has back home.

Rolando was even more furious to see that she was not even showing how much she was getting troubled over their sword. Much less with the gown she was wearing. Isn't it too heavy for her?

Meanwhile, back on the top where everyone was cheering for Felicia, a young man suddenly entered the training grounds as he heard a bunch of cheers coming from the benches.

It made him feel curious as Liam went to watch, and found out that Felicia was giving a sword lesson towards Rolando who was unexpectedly yielding towards Felicia's oppression of her sword, cornering the man as they exchange both attack.

Felicia was not being Swift at all, but she kept her stance and her defense, making the man look at her with fury visible in his eyes. Yet Liam couldn't help but to question as to why she ended up being here and fighting with a god damn knight?

"Cordelia..." He called, approaching Cordelia in which the ladies around her screamed and squealed upon seeing the handsome man approaching them. The Marquis is still the most eligible bachelor and marketable that anyone would have married him.

Even if it was sharing.

"Marquis... It's unexpected to see you here..." Cordelia answered, having a light blush on her cheeks as she didn't expect the Marquis to visit her all of a sudden. Well, Liam wouldn't have visited if it's not for that God damn old man who forced him once again to visit her.

"I came here because... I missed you." Everyone once again squealed as Liam thumbed back the fallen strands of her hair, pushing them back behind her ears. He was wearing a mask, a mask of a kindful yet charmful man in front of Cordelia.

While hiding a personality that is much more worser than anyone else.

"I-Im having a tea party right now. I cant—"

"Tea party? More like a sword party here. Tell me, why is the Princess fighting a knight?" He caught her off, posing a smile while he chuckled, wrapping his arm around her waist and pulled her closer, making these easy to fool women squealed once more.

His eyes then lowered, looking at Felicia who kept her stance, observing her every moment to which Cordelia didn't took it as a bad sign.

"Oh, the Princess requested the knight to fight for his rude behavior. I tried to stop Rolando but the princess was adamant in fighting him." Cordelia answered, her blush still has not left her cheeks as she threw back her stare at Felicia.

Liam's hands unconsciously balled into a fists as he kept his dear smile on his face, nodding his head as if he understand where she was coming from. But in his head, he has already thought of a way what to do about this guy.

Before anyone could have speak anything, a clash suddenly happened, where Rolandos's sword was broken through the foible, the edge pointing into his neck as he kept his balance in check, checkmate performed by Felicia.

His body was bent and he kept his head up, trying not to let the edge of the sword hit his precious neck as he held the broken sword on his head, squirming in fear as he was totally scared for his life.

That was a fast pace that he didn't even saw the upcoming attack Felicia prepared to end their fight. It was so fast that all he saw was now her sword pointing at the crook of his neck, awaiting for the edge to press into his skin.

"You had too much opening to the point that you're too easy to take down. You should be working with your defense because honestly? You're not even worth to compare with the knights i spar back at home." Felicia mentioned, smiling at him creepily as she slowly out her sword down.

"I hate to say this but... You're too weak." She added as she pulled Rolando by the collar before pushing him back, making Rolando fall on the ground and scream out of the training grounds in fear.

The ladies laughed at his reaction, obviously having fun with how he just run like he was a scared cat, wetting himself. It was so funny but at the same time, nerve-wrecking. Who would have known that the Lady has too much capabilities stored within her?

A loud cheer suddenly erupted through the halls that Felicia had forgotten she was having a crowd behind her, observing her every move. Every women cheered for her as they all congratulated her at the top, on the bench which made her smile.

This proves that the sword is not just for men.

"Oh goodness! Goddess gracious! You look so awesome!" They started to shower her a lot of praises as they all came down, rushing to her as they gave her a lot of squealing like little mice playing together.

"Calm down everyone, that was just nothing." She chuckled, didn't saw Cordelia and Liam approaching together, hand in hand. The ladies were busy complimenting her even though they didn't understand her moves.

But she does really look awesome and so masculine earlier that she can really pass off as a male. Because if she was a male, they would've jumped right into her.

"Congratulations on your win, Princess. You do really know how to use a sword. I'm really astounded with your courage and bravery." Cordelia answered as the crowd of women parted, revealing Liam and Cordelia walking to each other.

Felicia's eyes grew wife, in surprised as she didn't knew that Liam has someone else in his life. It wasn't painful though, rather it was something that made her in disbelief. This man has a fiancee?

"Thank you, Cordelia." She grinned, slipping the sword buried into the ground once more. Goddess, that exhausted her more than anything else.

"I congratulate you, Lady Felicia. As usual, you amaze me." Liam smiled, offering his hand to shake to which Felicia feels very awkward to shake since he has someone now and it's quite something else.

But seeing how awkward his hand has become, she then forcefully shook his hand and smiled at him, nodding his head in agreement. "Indeed, thank you so much, Lord Liam." She answered him, which earned a chuckle from Liam.

"So you knew each other?" Cordelia asked with excitement. Oh my Goddess! So they are friends? How come Liam never mentioned that he's friends with her? She would've asked to become one of her girls too if he said it.

"He's an acquaintance of my brother who would occasionally visit our Dukedom./She's a friend of mine through Alexander." Both of them answered at the same time, causing everyone to blink, and didn't expect their answers.

It was way off the hook perhaps.
