A month swiftly passed by in Dry City.
And during this period, virtually all the original citizens of the city had passed through the local public library at least once, with each of them learning at least one Blue-grade cultivation technique.
It was a hectic month for these people as they had to face long queues just about every day. After all, many of them were already at least at the 3rd stage, which allowed them to learn up to 3 techniques.
And despite needing time to get adapted to their new techniques, many citizens returned to search for defensive or attack techniques in that period. Hence, many people could be seen always standing in line, waiting to enter the Dry City Public Library.
