Chapter 10

It's finally October 31 and tomorrow are a big day

Who would have thought that this day will come sooner?

Anyways, we have classes in the morning and afternoon, but the teacher already considers that as free they were only making decoration for the party around the school and our class was assigned to decorate the main venue

I'm kind of good with arts so they assigned me to paint scary posters

I was outside with my classmate and the others, but I don't really talk to them I was busy doing my thing

*scribble*scribble*

"Awesome I never saw you paint before" it was Rekishi who was passing by

"Don't you remember she designed our logo" Kanae was behind him

"Hm~ was that her work I thought it was Matsuri"

Rekishi suddenly receive a punch from Kanae

"Dumbass" she uttered

"Why are you here don't you have any work to do?" I said while mixing colors

"We are done with ours" said Rekishi and made a smirk at me

"Then help me out" I muttered giving him a brush

He suddenly run away with Kanae "YOU CAN DO THAT BOSS"

They did not help

Then I guess I'll do this myself

I'm sleepy thought and my shoulder is a little numb

"You tired yet Suou?"

Someone touches my shoulder from behind and massage it

Judging by the voice it belongs to Sano

"Are you done with yours?" I asked and continue to paint

"I'd just finish mine want me to help you" he asked and sat next to me

"No need" I smiled

"Is that so, then I'll just watch you" he sounded cool

I finish 13 posters for morning to afternoon

I've done my job now I need a little rest

I handed the poster I was painting to our class president and I am about to go back to our room

When suddenly I saw Chizuhara buying drinks to our cafeteria she notices me right away and asked me to come closer to her she handed me a drink, so she bought me one too

We sat down on the bench outside, I opened the bottle of tea she brought me and take a sip

"Where do you plan to go tomorrow before the evening party?" she asked and leaned on the bench

"If I remember all the 1st years booth was the scary game which they called test of courage, for the 2nd years the haunted house visit, horror movies and Halloween play, the 3rd years which is us handle the other booths like Halloween café, food stall and we also handle the main venue for the night together with the student council. I guess I will visit all" I said, half to myself

"I heard a new coffee shop near the school let's go after class" she stands up and said goodbye to me before leaving

I stayed at the bench for quite some time I finish my drink and throw it on a trash bin near by and decided to take my leave

When I went into our classroom the other students are still busy. We still have 1 hour before classes ended so I help them do the decoration for the main event venue

*CRING*CRING*

The bell rang it means the class already ended gladly I finish my work as well

"That would be all, I will take my leave now" I said and handed them the thing I work on

"Thank you for your help" they smiled at me

"Anytime" I replied and flash a smile

I went to my sit and grabbed my things and waited for Chizuhara and the others in our school entrance

I did not bring my motorcycle with me today; I'll grab a train on my way home

It did not take them long to arrive

We enter a café it seems that the new café is popular there are a lot of people around

Rize and Rekishi went to order me, and the others grabbed our sits

"Tomorrow is finally the day" Matsuri said looking tired

Kanae leaned towards the table "I did a lot of work I'm tired"

"We've got to finish the clothes today; we'll sleep over at Kanae's place tonight" Chizuhara sigh

"Who even told you guys to make our own costume?" I blabbered

They did not buy a costume instead they made me design a costume for all of us I've done it in one night so that they can make it right away and today was the last day making the clothes

"You help to Shinya" said Chizuhara

"I'm tired I already design the clothes and bought the things needed on making it you guys do the rest"

"It can't help, you do this then" Chizuhara handed me a document

I was curious "What is this?"

"We found new case concerning the rising sun during our investigation on Hotaru-san's death" she mentioned

I opened the document and saw a lot of Scarlet Dawn members death record I was taken by surprised

"Rising Sun killed them all?"

"Here another documents" Chizuhara handed another one

This time it's a picture of rising sun flag seen on the crime scene on every each of the scarlet dawn member that was killed

So, they are doing this long ago, Matsuri showed me his tablet

"It's not scarlet dawn only the other gangs too" he muttered

"And yet the police never act" said Kanae vigorously

"It because they never had an evidence, so they put as a suicide and an accident" said Chizuhara

"But that's absurd, they weren't just murderous they are monster"

At that moment Rize and Rekishi finally arrived with the orders

I was staring at the mint frappe

While the others are having fun talking about the event tomorrow

"I'm going home" I said and grabbed the mint frappe

"This early?" they asked

"I'm exhausted you guys continue to do your thing" I left them behind

I went to the train station while drinking the frappe

I throw it on the trash bin the moment I finish it

I'm still thinking about the thing I just saw earlier

So, it wasn't just 50's but they made it to hundreds

I grinned; I'm getting more excited on meeting you leader of rising sun
