Another Incident

 Two days passed. However, Zara remained unconscious and had no moment until now. Doctors assured the family that it was due to the trauma she sustained in the head.

 So the family was relieved to hear that there was nothing wrong with her. And began to investigate the accident. The family was still unable to discover who was behind the accident. The mastermind was extremely clear that his name should not be revealed, and he did all of his homework before preparing anything.

 The family members took turns looking after Zara, but Kylie still refused to leave her kid. Andrew also remained behind to look after Kylie and Zara. Alan, with the assistance of Alex, handled corporate matters temporarily until the crisis was resolved.

 Daisy, after some serious thinking, summoned all of her family members to the hospital, claiming that she had an important matter to discuss. The family members arrived at four o'clock in the evening and settled into seats in the hospital ward's living room.

 After everyone arrived, Daisy stepped up and stood in front of the two families with a calm yet complex expression. Jenny knew her daughter-in-law too well, so when she noticed the tense and calm expression on her face, she stated calmly "Daisy, tell us what's on your mind."

 Daisy stared at her mother-in-law, who nodded in response. "I don't think we can waste any more time. We need to think about Zara and make a decision now. And it's also good for her."

 "What are you trying to say, Sister-in-law?" Kylie inquired, puzzled by Daisy's statements. "And what decision are you talking about, dear?" Anne added.

 "I believe the only way to keep Lia safe is to send her out of the mastermind's reach," Daisy spoke carefully, analyzing the expressions of the family members. "But, Sister in Law. What you're trying to convey is to send Lia away from home. How do we do that?" Kylie instantly rose from her seat and expressed her concern.

 "Sister-in-law, at this point, I believe the country in which we have the most influence will be safe for Lia. If we send her away, won't the mastermind have the advantage?" John remarked this while glancing at Daisy.

 Mathew and Max exchanged glances, realizing that Daisy's decision had to be the result of some event. So Max looked at Daisy and said, "Daisy dear, tell us what happened that caused you to make such a decision."

 Everyone turned to gaze at Daisy, waiting for her to speak. Beck looked at the silent Daisy and came forward saying, "Dad, uncle. Someone attempted to enter the hospital today with the intention of killing Lia. And we both believe the same person is behind this."

 Kylie fell back on the couch as soon as Beck was done talking, his words freezing her. Andrew gazed at his frozen wife and then at the closed wardroom. His expression abruptly became chilly and fatal.

 Mathew stomped his feet in rage, roaring, "They still have the audacity to come here! What did they take the Adam family as? Do they consider us as jokers?!"

 Max stared at Beck and questioned, "When did this happen? Where have you kept them?"

 "We still felt uneasy after setting the bodyguards on the floor. So we stationed bodyguards throughout the hospital in secret just to be careful. But we didn't expect someone to try to enter the west wing under the identity of Doctor and would try to attack Lia without anyone knowing." Beck spoke calmly about what had occurred.

 "However, before we could investigate, he committed suicide." Kylie's hand loosened, causing the glass to crash. The members understood her situation. The family communicated calmly, giving Kylie and Andrew some space as they lapsed into serious thought.

 Kylie stood up from her seat after a while, unlike the previous Kylie who was crying and in disbelief as she reflected on the incident. When the family members noticed Kylie's look and the rapid change in her aura, they realized she had made a decision.

 Kylie with a composed expression turned to face Andrew and the other family members. "I will listen to Sister-in-law. We can send her overseas if it's not safe for her to be here." Everyone nodded after hearing her, assuming she grasped the situation.

 "But." Suddenly, her voice became so chilly that even Jack, who had been listening in on Zara's ward, trembled in horror and returned to his sister's bedside. Kylie looked at the family member and said firmly, "I want to know who is behind this. And you'll hand him over to me once he got caught."

 The family elders exchanged glances after hearing her choice, which appeared to disregard everyone's words. Everyone agreed with her and chose to listen to her. Mathew and Max called their sons and discussed various measures.

 Kylie sat with Daisy and Sofie, not saying anything and still in a trance. Later, she turned to Daisy and said, "Sister-in-law." Daisy murmured helplessly, "Kylie, I've advised you many times, don't call me 'Sister-in-law' and make me an elder. Don't I have a lovely name that goes well with our family name?"

 Hearing her comments, Kylie and Sofie exchanged a deep giggle, "Right, Daisy alias Mrs. Daisy Daisen. Your name is so sweet." "That's right. Isn't this better than Sister-in-Law? You're attempting to make me appear older."

 Daisy smiled, as if proud of Kylie for addressing her by name. Kylie and Sofie are hopelessly smiling at her. Kylie knew her sister-in-law very well. Daisy did all of this only to shift her mind.

 Daisy is undoubtedly an overbearing individual, but when it comes to her loved ones, she is just a typical lady who talks pleasantly. If her subordinates saw her smiling so sweetly and knew she could talk like this, they would consider her as if she were a ghost.

 Daisy and her husband Beck have a lot in common: they are both obtrusive in all they do and wear icy expressions even when dealing with business. But People refer to them as the 'devil couple' because they refuse to let go of anybody who tries to get in their way.

 They would fight fairly and squarely if it came to business. However, if the opponent does not want that, it indicates that the opponent does not want to live happily. The couple would ensure that he would not meddle with anyone irresponsibly again.

 But the trouble is that Adam and the Daisen family dislike being in the spotlight. As a result, the family avoids interviews and public appearances unless absolutely essential. People can't even find images of the family, and the media won't post them even if they possess them without the family's permission.

 As a result, some people act foolishly and brag in front of them, unaware that they are standing in front of a lion or tiger. And that is the key reason why those folks obtain the poor finish on their own.
