Chapter 4- Infiltration

We set out on our journey under the cover of darkness, our senses on high alert. The government's headquarters was heavily guarded, and we knew that we would have to be careful if we wanted to avoid detection.

The journey was long and treacherous, and more than once I found myself questioning whether we would make it out alive. But I pushed the thoughts out of my mind and focused on the mission at hand.

We finally reached the outskirts of the headquarters, and the Raven signaled for us to stop. "This is it," he said, his voice low and tense. "We'll go in through the back, try to avoid as many guards as possible. Ghost, you'll plant the virus. The rest of us will provide cover."

I nodded, my heart pounding in my chest. This was it. We were about to make our move.

We slipped into the headquarters, our powers at the ready. The guards were everywhere, but we managed to avoid detection as we made our way to the main control room.

I quickly planted the virus, my hands shaking as I worked. The Raven and the other rebels provided cover, taking out any guards that came too close.

Just as we were about to make our escape, disaster struck. A group of heavily armed guards burst into the room, and a fierce battle ensued.

I fought with all my might, my powers at the forefront of my mind. But it wasn't enough. One of the guards landed a powerful blow, and I fell to the ground, my vision fading.
