She had tried her best to get Sushant back into custody but it seemed like his dad's connections were a lot more influential than she had imagined. She had kept Andy in the loop and tried to get news about Mia's health.
She felt a n irrational attachment to him which she had never felt before.
After dada's death she just couldn't let her guard down. She had no friends other than Sana and all her previous relationships which weren't too many had fizzled out.
Both men in her past relationships wanted her to settle for marriage while she wanted her career. She knew she would never be able to rest while there was crime flourishing around her.
It had been over two months since the incident and the girl, Mia was doing well. She was impressed by the girl's tenacity.
Mia had joined some self defence classes and had continued with her college. She liked strong women! Period.
