Chapter 8: Final Planning for the negotiations.

A bright day seems to unfold as I get up from my bed to get ready for a new day to begin.

Getting downstairs the team seems ready to rumble as they are already having discussions on the projects when I get downstairs.

Okay where are the reports let me look through them before our visitors arrive.

I was given a report that shows the financial situation of man United showing their revenues for the past year, expected revenues for the next three years, the value of their players as well as their salaries. Included in the reports are the value of their Infastructure among other essentials.

Oh let me check their debts, I say and was given another report.

God what is this, how can there be a owners like this, even if you don't love the club, the club has been your cash cow for the past 20 years or more and yet you don't even give a fuck about their sustainability, receiving dividends every year yet you are allowing your interest loan to be calculated with at this crazy interest rate and a compound interest at that. Fuck do they even give a fuck whether this club would be ruined or not.

You know what, we are going aggressive on this deal, get all the man United shares out their with whatever means possible, and as for the Glazers (hehehehehehehehe).

Let our visitors arrive before we further discuss what and how to deal with them.

Okay sir we would start with acquiring the scattered shares.

"Good morning everybody, are we at the right place". A man in suit asks as he leads in five people.

"Well yes if you are Mr. David Hudson and you are all from Barclays bank and Argyle consultants". I reply

"Well we are sir, Mr. Isaac right?" he asks.

"Yes that is me, sit down we would soon start just waiting for our lawyers to be here and they should be here anytime soon". I explain.

Two men and a woman came in with suitcases, came straight to us and greeted us.

Hey fellas, seems like a whole team is here and ready to rumble, I hope we did not keep you waiting for long, and you've not started without us.

Oh the gentlemen and ladies here just got here as well, but we are ready let's go there.

I hope you know it's not something to finish in a week or two right? Mr. Hudson starts.

Well I do know that, the ultimatum is until the world cup starts. I explain

Well even that is not that long given the level of team you are planning to buy, just negotiations with the Glazers family might take us that long not to even talk about dealing with the F.A.

And one important part is are we going peacefully or is it gonna be a hostile takeover. Mr. David's partner, Mrs. Elizabeth Jacob asks.

Well it's gonna be bloody as bloody as it can get, matter of fact I don't care what happens to the Glazers family as long as we can get the club we want. I explain.

To buttress my point, my plan is that we takeover all scattered man United shares, then we hit the Glazers main business in U.S.A since that is what makes them calm and composed in the transactions, after making their cash flow as tight as possible, then we dangle an offer they can't resist right in front of their nose and I tell you those greedy vampire would come jumping at it like the dogs they are.

Applause sound at the table as the members of the meeting look at me with approval in their eyes.

Wow that is a very great plan, leave the dealing with the F.A as well as the transfer of cash to England to us, the Barclays bank representative says.

Well we would be in charge of buying the scattered shares. Mr. Elizabeth says representing Argyle consultants.

And we would be in charge of squeezing the Glazers family businesses, I say.

And leave the dirty part to us, cleaning your ass to avoid it being linked back to us or any case that might result, our lawyer team say.

Well let's toast to a wonderful partnership, Aisha says as we all stand up and toast before leaving to our respective destinations.
