CHAPTER 44

LILY'S POV

I couldn't see anything. I closed my eyes and opened them again but still nothing. Just anger, red hot anger.

There was darkness all over me as I allowed the scene to overwhelm me. Alicia had been my best friend since we were five years of age.

We shared almost everything like she had said. We shared everything asides Damon, he is my prized possession, the best mate I ever had and I still have but she wanted it.

Worse, she was cheating on him and he was always thinking about me. She was hurting him and yet she wanted to get rid of me too.

I had planned to settle my scores with her later but now it's going to be sooner than I thought.

"You have seen it all," my grandmother said.

I turned to her nodding slightly. She held my hands again and we were back to the hut.

"There isn't much time," she said.

"Huh?" I was confused about what she said.

"There's not much time… you have to leave quickly" she urged.
