Chapter 14 : Leon

1 Month later.

It's been a month since the city was created, easily since then they were all quite strong and the Kingdom was now stable.

There was a population of over 20k but they were mosty children and the money distribution from the Eastern Empire was easily done and given to our Nation.

I was in the sea swimming since I did not have anything to do.

Then a door opened out of nowhere and angels descended but I quickly handled them by absorbing their Holy energy, Which forced them to go home.

' What's happening? " I thought while the world was engulfed in flame.

Some were confused and some were hiding in fear from the angels.

I saved some of them but not all of them I absorbed most of the Human souls and was gaining more power.

I did not lose anything in this event and instead gained a lot of power.

" Ara, who might that be? " I thought while getting near them.

They were some pretty strong people, They were also at my border but they did not cross it though.

" Hello, there who might you be? " I asked there was a man with pure blond hair, he was a 10.

" My name is Leon," He said while many people were on his back.

' Oh I did not think he would arrive so soon and his hero egg hatched too " I thought while looking at him and his people.

Well most of them were Demi human so not sure.

" Do you want me to help? You can also come inside my Kingdom" I said while smiling at him. He was like ice and had the same expression.

I was faking it of course I just needed him since he will be a future Demon Lord candidate.

He will also have [ Metatron ] sooner or later, to begin with, mind as well as he becomes mine forever.

I sounded like a pervert didn't I?

" Yes," He said while still having a cold voice.

"All right then " I said and fired a beam of destruction at the angels.

" Their all gone " I said while he was just shoked as his mouth droped.

" Come inside " I said while the other Clan Head's arrived in time.

I handed them to the Clan Head's and took Leon away to scan his skill's.

I also made the Nation to be like Naruto where the specific Clans have their own territory in the Nation that cannot be touched by other Clan's.

This might be a bad decision but i think it's pretty nice since I'm not allway's here, What I reallt mean is I do not want to do paper work.

I used [ Vania ]'s sub skill to make multiple [ Great Sage ] to them while spying on them, if they ever try to have a rebelion, their heads would be cut off.

This also helped them pretty big since all of them can use a Unique Skill level that can be rivaled to an Ultimate Skill since [ Great Sage ] can create skill's on the right circumstances.

As we went to my bath place and I striped naked, I signaled him to go to the bath with me.

We both then went inside the bath and talked about our future plan.

This was a special bath place since the water was Raging Water.

He did not even know that I was scaning his skill's and copying them, I then broke the back door of his skill.

This was all done to him not knowing this and I just helped him out and improved some of his skill's.

" Hey how much people did you bring? " I asked him while looking at him.

" About 23~25k " He said while looking at me.

" That's allot " I said while looking at him surprised.

" But it's fine, They have to work you know that right? " I said while looking at him in the face.

" I know that much " He was going to stand and leave the bath place.

{ Warning : If he leave's the bath place he will immediately know that we are scanning his skill's }

I was on a dellema now using [ Thought acceleration ] I was finding a way to stop him.

" Hey were not done yet " I said as I controled the water around him pulling him back.

" What else is their to talk about? " He said angry that I pulled him again.

" About your people my land is quite small I wan't to talk about wich part will they stay " I said while not letting him go.

' How much time is needed? " I asked while never leting him go.

" You can decide which ever part you like " He said disinterested about the subject and wanted to leave.

" No you don't " I said hardining the grip of the water.

" Let go " He said angry.

" No I still need to talk about how we can gain from you if you join my Nation " I said grabing him and not letting go.

He had an Ultimate Skill now and I cannot let him go just 1 more minute.

" You can make me your military commander or something, just let my people live here " He said angry that I still wanted to talk more.

He changed his clothe's while I stayed their and just sleept.

The next day.

They made a clan for Leon named El derado.

It was the same name as his nation, for some reason, but I do not care.

The Tengen clan, Chimera clan, Elf Clan and Ogre Clan was all on the same Nation but with a different district.

All of them still had to go to the main city since there was all the shops and all that.

They were still in the main city but Most of their houses were on their own clan territory.

Some decided to live outside there clan to make their own business and that place was now called the cross street.

Since Ogre to Demi Human's lived their while the stronger people lived in their clan.

The Tengu clan was responsible for agriculture stuff.

The Ogre Clan was for Defense Force, I was on the Kingdom, so this was not needed but their are going to be spy's from other nations in the future so i cannot always be there to stop them that's why i made them the defense force.

The Elf Clan was taking care of the management of the Nation like economy and trades, Some also help farming and all that.

The Chimera Clan was mostly Monsaters that was A+ rank so they were now the Military force, They train everyday to be ready for any war that might happen.

The El Derado was taking care of the population and school's that Leon came up with.

The El Derado clan and Chimera Clan was now like one since they both were made for war purposes.

Some people from all clan made their own clothing store etc.

I made them some designs from modern technology and this made the Nation much much more advanced than any other Nation

" I declare this Nation to be called the Spirit Nation " I said while telling everyone using the speakers that was created around the nation.

I renamed them all so that all of them had a soul corridor to me and made them some [ Greate Sage ].

I was talking to Leon about the human's.

Human's are greedy and can multiply allot over the a short span of time.

" Hello " I said greeting him.

" Why did you call me? " He asked looking at me while going to the bath.

" I do not like human's since they cannot be trusted and are always are greedy fir power or money " I said to Leon not caring that he is a human himself and just told him the truth.

" I know " He said since I was not lying.

" So how will WE fix this then " I said while putting my leg in his crouch to tease him a little.

" I can make the other human's go to different side of the territory and make a soul farm " He said while removing my leg.

I was surprised since he was a human himself and send it as if it was nothing

Most of his people was Demi himan's.

" Ok then " I said while making a map on the water.

" Let's put them here " I said pointing in the rever part that separated my territory and Milim's territory.

" That's fine " He said while disinterested about the topic.

" I'll make them go to war with Milim's people " I said while smiling since human soul were quite good.

" Is that all that you wan't to talk about? " He said while trying to leave.

" Yep " I sais while I let him leave.
