These pearls were given by the Quest that asked me to defeat the Heavenly Demon. So they're bound to be strong and useful, right? Okay, let's check them.

When consumed, it grants the one that consumes it a large quantity of Black Heaven Ki, which, if they're compatible with it, might enhance all their capabilities.

Maximum Ki will increase, alongside boosting the growth of Physique and Inner Martial Core Cultivation.

Alongside that, Enlightenment to your {Dao Foundation} can be given at random.

I looked at the information of the White Heaven Pearl, and it was pretty much the same thing, so I decided to consume all the stuff one after another while sitting cross-legged and trying to meditate.

And among this knowledge, the ability to step in the middle of the air was enhanced, I could somehow figure out how to better use it.

So this is Cloud Step of Tier 4! Not bad.

However, that wasn't all.

The more I learned these Martial Arts, the more similar I found them to my already existing Core Martial Arts, they were much simpler than those but offered some interesting perspectives.

By using their techniques, I learned I could fill the "gaps" that my stronger Martial Arts possessed, and then I learned how to combine the techniques together, creating something more complete of already existing martial arts.

It felt strange, like I was somehow understanding things better.

Why the skies were divided, why there was a black heaven and a white heaven.

To put it simply, the white heaven represented the day, and the black heaven the night.

The nine heavens were all based on the nine colors that the heavens supposedly take: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, white, black, azure, and purple.

They were the connection between heaven and earth when Bestia was connected.

However, after a great war between the Venerables of the past, the nine heavens were destroyed one after another.

And the only two that were left were the black and white heaven, two colors in the sky, day and night.

Alright, over 10k on Vitality and Agility already; that's amazing. And that is without even including the growth of my Strength, almost at 10,000 too! My Cosmic Energy reserves are at an all-time high of 8k, and my KI has increased to an insane and whopping 31k! With this, I feel more confident about my training and also my rate of survivability in Murim Worlds where I can't use Mana.

"You've grown much stronger, it seems." Sepa's voice echoed. "I feel even more Cosmic Energy being generated out of nowhere. I can't believe you've found a way to increase it so easily!"

"By connecting my Cosmic Heart Core with my Inner Martial Core, whenever the Inner Martial Core boosts its cultivation, it will also enhance my cosmic energy growth, hehe." I smiled. "An infallible hax!"

Now, onto the last thing I wanted to check.

It was the treasure chest, obviously.

Honestly, I have no idea what a Heavenly Demon Themed Treasure Chest could ever give, but I am going to open it and see for myself anyway.

The black and dark purple treasure slowly opened, revealing its shiny contents, a lot of sparkling energy that fused into my body, and then a single item left behind.

They were not too fancy either, made of delicate black steel and decorated with three small, droplet-shaped black jewels. I decided to quickly equip them, as I only had some basic silver-colored earrings.

"Hmm, do these give me a more mature vibe now?" I asked Gram and Sepa.

Both looked at one another, or well, seemed to be doing that.

"Haha, certainly, you look a BIT more mature, sure." Sepa said.

I checked the earrings information as I prepared myself to begin yet another day of training and intense trauma dumping.

[Heavenly Demon's Wrath]: By using Negative Emotion Ki, you can activate the power of the {Heavenly Demon's Wrath}, encompassing your entire body and weapons with a fiery red-colored Demonic Ki Aura that increases Attack Power, Attack Speed, Movement Speed, Agility, and Dexterity by +200% while granting Defense Penetration with any weapon imbued with this Aura of 30% in exchange for decreasing Health and Defenses by 30% for 5 Minutes. Buff Effects double when using Compatible Martial Arts instead of weapons. Can be used thrice a day: 3/3. 

[Black Heaven's Protection]: Crystalized fragments of the Black Heavens make this earring; by imbuing it with Ki, a mass of black clouds will shroud your entire body, swirling around and protecting you from all incoming damage by absorbing it all. This protecting shroud of black clouds possesses a Durability of 1.000.000, and once all Durability is spent, it will disappear. When any attack hits, by using more Ki, it is possible to send it back with 30% of its original power back to the attacker. Any foe that touches this protection will receive [Black Heaven's Curse] and have their Stats Reduced by -5% while having [Muscle Paralysis] and [Meridian Poisoning] for 1 Minute, can stack up to 10 times. Can be used once a day: 1/1

I suppose they were made to harmonize with each other; it might be intended to use both at the same time, perhaps. Well, after equipping it, I walked out as I greeted my master, who was having his breakfast.

"Good morning, Master."

"Good morning, Anna. Sit down; let's have a meal. We have to talk about your training regime from now on. There's around eleven days left before you must depart back to that woman, right?"

"Yeah…" I nodded as I saw Ying Shen serving me food.

"Then I must quickly drill you some knowledge; also, we'll begin your training of the five seals you've obtained right away!"

"Training… Like meditation and fighting dummies? Maybe practicing different poses? Feng shui?" I wondered.

"What are you talking about? Kahahah! The best training is fighting to the death! You'll go against Martial Beasts! What else?"

"Ah…"
