At five o'clock in the morning, I decided I had enough of tossing around in the bed and got out. I left my room and ran into Charles, hunched over one of his laptops at the living room. When he noticed me standing there, he jumped out of his seat.
"Good morning, Inspector Pitbull!"
"Tell everyone to get ready. You're going to Brazil, ASAP."
"Brazil?" broke in Agent Chang. Her hair was still wet from her shower, and she was already dressed in a fitted black blazer.
"Yes. I want Charles to go to Brazil and find Father Enzo Vichenzo, the Vatican spy. He's our lead to whatever the Camerlengo and the Pope were talking about. It'll also hopefully throw off the Vatican while you and I go to Tibet."
"And how are you planning to get there without involving any of the intelligence agencies?" asked Agent Chang, raising one shaped eyebrow.
"Easy. I have a friend that owes me a favor."
