Future City Here We Come!

After making his purchases from the system store Cipher was off to Future city. While making his way to Future City Cipher decided that he wanted to check out his Photokinesis ability, he figured if he played around with it he might be able to understand it better before having to fight the B-Class Nightmare that awaited him in Future City. Thinking about the ability Cipher decided to ask DEM and see if there was any information stored in his "Library", {DEM ~ Yes, there is information in the Photokinesis Ability, but it is only basic information. I will pull up the information so you can view it.}

After looking over the information DEM provided, Cipher decided to try his ability out. One of the basic skills that he reviewed was something called, "Light Orb". It was a simple skill that would create an orb of light, something that if Cipher needed could be used as a source of light, but nothing more. To create the orb of light Cipher was supposed to think about collecting rays of light in his hand, then he was supposed to swirl the rays at a consistent speed. Trying it for the first time Cipher expected to mess up, what he didn't expect was that it would be easy to actually use his Photokinesis ability. It seemed easy and felt natural, the light condensed in his palm, and then as Cipher thought about the energy swirling around in his hand he notices a ball of light forming. The ball of light was beautiful and felt solid in his hand, Cipher decided to try something he wanted to see if he toss the ball of light from one hand to the other if it would disappear.

What Cipher found was interesting, he was able to move the orb from one hand to the other without the orb disappearing into nothingness. The energy felt warm and while it didn't have any real weight, it had the feel of a solid piece of glass. Intrigued by the orb a thought crossed his mind, Cipher wondered what would happen if he threw it? CIpher decided to test 2 theories, the first is that the orb would continue to stay solid until he "wished" it to disperse. The second theory was that after leaving Cipher's hands and coming in contact with another object the orb would explode. Either way, it was a win-win for Cipher as there were multiple ways to utilize the orb depending on the outcome.

Seeing a decent-size boulder Cipher stopped for a moment, then checking his surroundings Cipher decided it was the perfect time to put his theories to the test. Making sure he was a good distance away Cipher aimed at the boulder, then with as much force as possible Cipher threw the orb at the boulder. The orb flew through the air glistening as it arched high in the sky, Cipher watched as the orb impacted the boulder. It was at this point the Cipher took note of what was happening. As the orb made contact with the boulder a flash of light radiated outward, Cipher had never experienced a flash bomb but he was sure this would have been the equivalent of one. The only difference between the orb and what Cipher perceived would be a normal flash bomb was the aftermath. The orb not only caused an extreme flash of light, but it also left the surface of the boulder smoldering and melted.

Cipher decided to test a few more things out on the orb, but before that, he wanted to see if he could make multiple at once. Cipher made another orb placing it in his hand, repeated the process. To Cipher's surprise, he was able to make not only two but three in total, which worked out well for Cipher as he intended to complete more experiments using the orbs. Taking one of the orbs we decided Cipher wanted to see if he could roll an orb, he didn't know if it would be useful or not but knowing never hurt. Reeling his arm back Cipher guided the orb onto the ground while giving it plenty of moment to move it forward. Watching as the orb rolled across the ground Cipher was surprised to see that did immediately explode, but instead rolled about twenty feet before finally exploding. The difference between when the orb exploded on the boulder and when Cipher rolled it on the ground, was that when it exploded on the ground it only made a light flash and didn't melt the ground or leave it smoldering.

The last thing Cipher wanted to see was what would happen if he made two orbs collide. Cipher took the orbs and threw the first one in the air, then taking the second orb he threw it at the other orb as it started to fall. As the orbs impacted each other the energy seemed to expand creating a small ball of fire that after a few moments then disappeared in a fiery explosion. Cipher found everything very interesting, he hadn't expected the ball on the ground to roll and then explode, and he also didn't expect that when the orbs collided they would feed off each other and create an even larger explosion. After having tested the orbs and having a snack Cipher went back to making his way towards Future City, juggling two orbs in his hand as he made his way there.
