A war between humins and monsters

Mom I got the same dream again but this time it said at the end I'll make you get the power no matter what. This world is a world of war between humins and monsters The war has lasted 200 years now and we are still fighting.

Half of the earth has lost all hope in the first 5 years of the war but then that's when we realized that in the cause of the war it's like people are just being born with different powers. It's like the gods are giving us their power for humanity to not end. The super powers go from level 1 being the weakest to level 30 being the strongest but only around a thousand people actually level 25 or higher.

There are a lot of different super powers going from seeing the future to controlling earth.
