Departure

The journey could be said to be the only journey Alex enjoyed. After all, he never was this free on Earth. Never did have time for social lives, too.

All he did in his spare time was read and tame his roaring dragon and succumb to the depths of sleep, too.

He wonders what happened to his body back on Earth. Did someone else take over his body? Or has he… died?

'Oh, my god!' It only dawned on him now. If he really did die then doesn't that mean his little dragon would be on public display?

'Oh, bloody hell!'

He shook his head to clear his mind.

'Let's just not think about the other life and enjoy the journey, shall we?'

He was alone in the luxurious wagon. If there was someone (Woman! He meant) to keep him company, he was sure his abstinence would break, and he doesn't want that.

There was food and wine on the wagon for his personal needs and if he needs more, he could just command it. All the butlers, servants, and the knights would pretty much hunt the animal of his liking and will cook it on the spot.

After all, he was the second of Duke Falkrona. Is there anyone who can offend him?

Hours passed by. Now Alex was very bored just sitting inside the carriage.

He peeked out of the carriage and ordered him to notify when he gets near any village.

After some time, a knight knocked on the carriage.

"Young master, there is a small village ahead. Do you want to rest for a while?"

"Yes, Let's stop at this village" saying that Alex jumped out of the carriage.

"I am out to relax for a while on my own. How can I relax if I am always followed around by knights?"

"From now on I will travel on my own."

"I am sorry young master but we cannot do so. Your safety is our utmost priority."

'Hey, if you guys follow me everywhere then how will I use the elixir. What is the benefit of coming out so far from the estate?'

Alex tried to persuade him but it was of no avail. So, he came up with a solution.

"Ok you can follow me but I have a condition."

"What is it?"

"First you have to change into commoner's clothes. I don't want the villagers to know that I am the son of Duke and scare them."

"Ok, what else"

"I don't want anyone to keep an eye on me every time. Once we enter the village, I don't want to see any of you near me. I want some alone time."

"We can't agree with this young master, what if anyone tries to harm you?"

'Damn! I have to get rid of them somehow but let's go with their suggestion for now'

"If you can't do that then what about guarding me from distance so that no one can know that you are my guards"

"Ok young master, since that's the case, we will abide by your orders."

They soon changed into commoner's clothing and hid the horses and carriages in the forest with some knights to guard them. 

From there on all of them started to travel on foot to the village. 

"Ok you guys go and spread around the village"

"Where are you going young master"

"I am going to get some fresh air" 

"But young maste—"

"It is my command. Besides, I won't go far away."

The poor Falkrona servants can only nod in acknowledgment.

"As you command." He bowed and left.

Pheww~~

He stretched a little bit since it has been over 3 hours of riding without a rest.

'Uhhh, I need to pee.'

If Lucas was here, he was pretty sure that guy will follow him around even if he insists.

After all, he wanted to maintain a good face in front of duke Falkrona, as the prospect of marriage will definitely hinder if the young master who he was supposed to guard was found dead or missing or even slightly injured at all.

He looked around; it was a small village. People were working hard to earn their living. He was also just like them in his past life, working his ass off just to earn some money.

He gazed over the hardworking people.

He whistled as he emptied his bladder on a nearby bush.

This whole place was in the middle of nowhere. Thick bushes and heavy trees adorned every direction.

It was a forest with just a narrow road and a now broken bridge.

'Should've asked about this place before peeing.'

"Shit! Now, what!?" His rhythmic flow of the magical water display was interrupted when he heard a rustling sound on a bush two feet away.

His heart pounded as he intensely gazed at the bush.

RUSTLE!~ RUSTLE!~

The sound only intensifies with each passing second. But his little dragon was still breathing fire like whatever the thing in the bush doesn't concern him.

'Aren't you a selfish, cunt!'

With a sudden swoosh sound a rabbit suddenly hopped from the bush.

And another one followed it.

"Ohhh?"

He wiped the sweat from his forehead. "No need to get iffy, just some bunny getting some action."

After he emptied his bladder, he no longer idled around there and decided to go straight to his people after all, he too don't want to be dead before shagging maidens and beauties.

It will also be disrespectful to Lord Alex, the original. He balled his fist and resolutely looked at the sky.

He was about to return when he heard a splashing sound from the east. He contemplated whether to check it or not.

The splashing sound intensified the more he got to the location.

He then crawled the next few meters, dirtying his attire but it was all worth it as he was about to witness another noble scenery.

What is some dirt compared to the nobility and beauty of a woman? He was sure he was not going to peek like some perverts but merely enjoying the natural gift of the creator.

He slowly spread the last remaining bush that stands in the way of his and his little wiggling dragon's pleasure—He meant, the divine blessing of the creator.
