<Jace >
"Ouch," he screamed in pain. "Hell, bro. I'm your sister, don't be rude to me." He stroked his head in a hyperbolic motion.
"We're not here to attract women." My eyes widen in a warning.
"Do not be a hypocrite. You must love to see the expanse of heaven's angels now filling this room." He elbowed my stomach while laughing softly. With just one gulp, Jaxen finished the glass of cocktail in his hand. Then, put down the empty glass and grabbed another from the table next to him. "You want to bet with me? We haven't done that in a long time." His eyebrows rose and fell in a seductive motion.
I snorted softly. I grabbed a long-legged glass on the table and took a sip. Hmm, delicious Burgundy wine.
"Well, I just don't want to make you lose for the umpteenth time," I replied lightly.
"Don't be a loser, Jace." Again he elbowed me. "Be brave."
