The Skrulls

Coming into a room, she sees three humanoid creatures wrapped in dirty cloth like a mummy, "what stinks in here" Hera said.

"Pardon our smell my lady, we have been in deep slumber for over a millennial" one of the skrulls said, it spoke without opening its mouth, it was as if it spoke psychically.

"What are you?" Proteus asked

"We are ancient creatures from another world" one of them said "we came to your world escaping exile from ours" another said "but Cronus did not welcome our presence" said another "so he condemned us to eternal slumber" they spoke in unison as if using one brain and it kind of annoyed Hera.

"Can one of you speak for the group" Hera insisted "it's getting annoying looking at different faces as you speak" Hera said sitting down on the only chair in the room.

"Pardon our way of communicating, we've been in deep slumber but your cause woke us up" one of the skrulls said, it seemed to be the biggest one among.

"My cause?" Hera asked

"You wish to take down Zeus" "and we wish to take our vengeance on his father" the skrull said

"But I am also Cronus' daughter" Hera asked with her long legs crossed waiting for a reply.

"We do not wish to take our revenge on his descendants but to have what he never gave us" "a chance to be a part of your community" they said and seeing that Hera had her doubts they proposed to finding the box.

"And how would you do that?" Hera asked, just then one of the skrulls, the smallest one came forward and transformed into Hera.

Seeing what had happened she got up, walked calmly towards the skrull and grabbed it by the neck "how dare you, transform into me, Hera, queen of Olympian gods" she choked it and it seemed to affect the rest of them.

"Pardon my younger one" "my lady" the biggest one said.

Just then the manager walked in without knocking and seeing Hera holding her look alike in the air, he turned around to walk out.

"What is it?" She spoke angrily as she tossed the skrull to the ground..

"Uhm.....we have been able to narrow the location of the box down to our very own nation" he spoke with a bit of fear..

"So you expect me to what? Roam this place searching for a box that could be anywhere?" Hera said showing off serious annoyance about their incompetence.

" I believe we could help" the skrull said "we could blend among these people and find whomever has the box" it said

"Prove yourself to me and I might have a place for you in my new rule" she said and just in that moment they disappeared into thin air..

"They were really giving off egyptian vibe" Proteus who stood there during the whole conversation.

"I know, right?" Hera said as she walked out of the room.

As classes ended, the boys were on their way home when Clinton starts talking about the box again.

"I mean I'm so angry, right now" he lamented "we went through all that trouble carrying that heavy box home just to find out it's filled with curses" Clinton said aloud.

"Do you mind" Lee cautioned

"What?"

"Well, first of all, you didn't carry it home and secondly, someone could hear you" Lee said.

"Who cares, it's not like we want it anyway" Clinton said.

"Well, we don't want it falling into the wrong hands and it's not that heavy by the way" Micheal said

"We should probably just throw it into the sea" Clinton said.

They walked home ignorant of the fact that they were being followed by a young boy who overheard their conversation.

Clinton went through a separate route than them saying he wanted to get something from home.

On getting home, Micheal sees that Bella and Lucy were home, "you are home?" He asked.

"Oh you guys are back" Bella said as she jumped up from the couch "well someone didn't know where she kept her School bag, so we had to come home and search everywhere, but we still couldn't find it" she said staring at Lucy

"Maybe that's because she hid her bag inside the car's trunk" Lee said as he dropped his bag down.

"What?" she stared at Lucy

"Bet you didn't check there" Lee said.

She just stared at Lucy who just let out a nervous smile.....

On his way home, Clinton was stopped by the mysterious boy.

"Hey?" He called out to Clinton.

"Yeah, do I know you?" Clinton asked

"I overheard you and your friend talking about a box" he stated

"I don't know what you are talking about, so I'm gonna need you to walk away" Clinton said as he continued his walk home.

The boy hit him on his head making Clinton fall unconscious and took him to and alley, dumping him inside a dumpster.

Smiling, the boy then transformed into Clinton.....
