The Original Heretic (1st of the series)

Reborn as the younger twin of Freya, he was by far the most dangerous original sibling out there. In his previous life he was an avid fan of the vampire diaries and the originals spin offs.

I smiled. "More than you could possibly imagine. You've seen what I'm capable of, and yet she loves me despite it. How could I not love her when she's seen my darkest side and loved me still. Speaking of which, the wedding is on the spring equinox next year. Our mothers are wiccans and it's tradition. Your all invited, Lya of the Nox has volunteered her planet to host the wedding on. George agreed to allow it when I gave him his invite."

I spoke to Selmak. "The Tok'ra are all invited and the Tollans as well, you can tell them can't you? I recognize the tech you had before."

He nodded. "I'll tell their council."

I smiled. "Thanks."

We arrived at the empty compound a little while later. After a quick search Selmak spoke. "There's a set of rings here below this symbol."

I looked around the throne and my scanner picked up a device. "Found the controller. I'll send you down first and follow with Teal'c."

They got in the ring area and I pressed the button. The rings came out and took them down. After a minute I took Teal'c down with the controller. We saw crates of goa'uld technology and refined naquadah.

Three ZPMs were sitting next to a very dead Seth. His head was half blown off from my power, but they could think what they wanted. His goa'uld was half out of the skull and very dead as well.

I called general Hammond for a cargo pickup and we started carrying everything up using the rings. When we finished, we brought up Seth's body for pick up as well. I started dismantling the rings for transport with Teal'c and Selmak's help.

By the time we finished that, the transport was here and loading everything. When I read their minds, I found that they were rouge NID agents here under another attempt by senator Kinsey. I signaled the team and knocked out the three NID members.

Jack asked. "Why did you do that?"

I snorted. "Hammond sent Makepeace and his team to escort it all. These three aren't any of them or do you disagree?"

Jack sighed. "Well you could've waited till it was all loaded before you knocked them out."

I chuckled. "Pass me some zip ties."

As he did so I disarmed and stripped them to their boxers before hog tying them with zip ties. The team looked at me funny.

I tossed their clothes in a pile and loaded the rest of the stuff. When I was done, I kicked the three idiots awake. "You dumb asses have until the real team arrives to tell us who sent you or I'll lite this house on fire and leave you in here to burn to death. I can do it to, because you were dumb enough to impersonate US soldiers and try to steal top

secret technology. That landed you under the espionage act. You three are officially terrorists."

The looked to the team and I snorted. "Oh, don't think they'll stop me, not that they could. Your lives will depend on your answers."

The clear leader spoke. "We won't tell you anything!"

I chuckled. "You've told me enough."

I dragged him to another room and tapped his mouth shut while hiring my gun into a bed. I made blood splatter appear on my face and went out to see the other two. "One down, two to go. Since he was stubborn, he got the groan shot just before a head shot. Now,-"

I grabbed a grenade and put it in the scared ones hand. "Don't let go."

I pulled the pin and turned to the one that blanched. I grabbed a can of bass out of the back of the truck before going back inside and dousing the one not already holding a grenade. "You'll burn and he'll go boom if I don't get some answers."

The scared one spoke first. "We'll talk, we'll talk. Just please put the pin back in."

Jack walked over and took the grenade and put the pin in it. "You'll tell us everything or my team will go for a walk while he stays with you."

I walked away and began dousing the house in gas while humming a happy tune. Needless to say, they spilled everything about Kinsey and every rouge NID operative out there still. I read their minds while they spoke and everything was true from their perspective.

When they finished, Makepeace and his team showed up. I tossed the gas can on the throne. "Time's up."

They looked horrified as I pulled out a liter. "Oh god! But we told you everything!"

I chuckled. "Teal'c you can bring out their friend."

Teal'c walked out of the bedroom with a hog tied NID agent over his shoulder. We took them outside and the scared one asked. "So we weren't in any danger?"

I chuckled and took the grenade from Jack and pulled the pin before throwing it into the house. It exploded into flames spectacularly. "The only reason I didn't kill your dumb friend here for real was the paperwork involved. There's a reason I don't lead a team of my own, I just can't remember why."

I shook my head. "Anyway, you boys are going to retell your stories word for word because I wasn't lying about the laws you broke or that I would finish the job if you don't."

They flinched and Makepeace took them with him while we escorted them all back to the SGC. This time when I volunteered to drive, Jack didn't object, in fact no one did. When we got back to base Bonnie was waiting on me. She could sense my anger and what I was going to do if she wasn't there to stop me.

She called Heretic industries for a pick up. We did our debrief and General Hammond nodded before sighing. "Did you really do all that?"

I chuckled and pulled a grenade out of my pocked before tossing it to him. "Dummy grenade and some slide of hand. The team had to believe it or the prisoners wouldn't have. They're trained NID agents. If any of them saw a hint it was fake, they'd never have told us anything. That's why Teal'c stayed in the bedroom. He knows me best out of the team members. Sorry Sam, Jack but you've only seen my battle side since I've known you, Teal'c spends time training and meditating with me. He's the closest to knowing me best, besides Bonnie, and would not have believed my act."

Teal'c nodded once. "Indeed, Alex is not one to act on impulse. Everything he does is carefully planned out."

Selmak burst out laughing. "Wiser than most I've ever seen."

I shrugged. "Just cunning. It worked at least and we've got a few more names to add to the NID purge and nailing Kinsey's ass to the wall. This time he left to many loose ends, it was a dumb and desperate move. I'd imagine his next one would be trying to tell the world about the program. Either you make the call, or I'll call Bill myself, Kinsey is done."

I sat back and sighed while they debated their next move. When Hammond said he'd make the call, he dismissed us and we went our separate ways. I went with Bonnie to the showers and made some time alone there. When the anger finished burning out of me into passion, we got dressed and went to finish our projects.

Bonnie has finished the programming and Selmak joined me in the hanger while I put on the finishing touches. When I got back up, I asked. "So, want to go with me to present it to the General and brighten his day further?"

Selmak nodded and I walked back to base with him. I called a meeting and pulled a stack of files out of my project box. I handed one to each of them saying. "It's done."

They looked over the file and saw what I'd done to it. I may have left out a few things when I told Sam about it. Like it's heat seeking plasma shots that could almost pierce a Hatak shield with one shot or the advanced air filtration system that meant you'd last till you died of thirst or hunger first.

The best thing in my mind was the locator beacon and it's tracer rounds. It was basically all new technology built by myself as I put it together like a needle threader. The actual needle threader was upgraded and in the hanger as well.

When General Hammond finished reading it all, I told him. "It's a gate ship. But I still haven't given it a name yet. Bonnie mentioned calling the line 'Hammond's Hamer'. Thor has one, why not you too."

General Hammond genuinely smiled. "I'd be honored."

I handed him the blueprints with it's official name on them. "Remember, this technology isn't for taking over our own world, it's for saving others."

With that I turned to Selmak. "You have something you wanted to ask him, nowadays the time."

Selmak turned to General Hammond. "We wish for you to share your stealth technology with the Tok'ra. It would aid us greatly in our undercover fight. Alex here, mentioned trying to adjust it to your advanced armor so you'd have invisible teams."

General Hammond turned to me and I shrugged. "Next project I promise. Shouldn't take me long though."

He nodded then sighed as Selmak asked. "We would also be honored to be the test pilot for the Hammond hammer. Alex mentioned it being possible to mass produce them now."

I chuckled. "There are two of them. The first is the original needle threader with the upgrades and the second is the Hammond Hammer."

General Hammond smiled. "In that case, you're welcome to the upgraded Needle threader. I'd like to test fly my own name sake."

I grinned. "I know just the paradise world. It's basically one big garden. Now, you don't have to worry, they also have a built in DHD so retreat is possible."

Hammond asked. "How did you come up with that idea?"

I smiled. "I didn't, I got it from a design the ancients used. I wanted to see if I could do the same."

That got their attention. "The ancients had gate ships?"

I nodded. "And wristbands that could dial the gate as well."

Jack spoke up. "Now that's what I'm talking about. When are you making those?"

I snorted. "It'll have to wait, I'm about to start on cloaking armor. The Reetu sensors in the base will stop it here, but anywhere else and it'd take a reetu blaster to detect you."

Jack nodded. "That's a good reason."

I chuckled. "And so it is."

Bonnie spoke up. "I've my own surprise, I've completed one of my own side projects as well."

She handed the files out to everyone. I took one look inside and grinned. Everyone became speechless. Jack finally bit out. "You've built a stargate of your own?"

Bonnie nodded. "It isn't that hard when you have the blueprints to it and the refined naquadah on hand. It has all the symbols of every stargate we found in the database. It's kind of an advanced version than the ones we have here. It'll be awhile before I key it into the gate network for testing, but it's fully built. And one hundred percent ours. I even built an advanced DHD that will take the place of the computer and desk in the control room."

They flipped the page and saw its likeness that looked exactly like the one on Atlantis. She spoke again. "And if you'll turn to the last page, you'll see an Iris energy shield that's powered by the active wormhole so long as the wormhole is active, the shield will stop anything coming through as close to the horizon as it can possibly get."

Seeing her shine like that made my heart skip a beat while she smiled with pride. She spoke again. "I'll take the wristband DHD if you don't mind."

I smiled. "By all means."

We were officially dismissed after that and I made the garden planets address known to the generals. I left them to it while I spent the next four days making invisible armor. When I finished adding it to the special armor I made, I immediately started working on my next project.

It was just in time for Jack to be taken by the Asgard. He came back an hour later complaining about the Asgard's choosing of him being the representative of earth. When Thor came down for a debriefing real fast I asked a few questions on etiquette at something like this.

When I finished I turned to Jack grimly saying. "Do not speak out of turn and If you do speak, make sure to ask permission from Thor to say something. Otherwise you may offend them and risk our world."

I turned to General Hammond. "It is probably best if I not show myself to them or else risk them calling for my head as one of the stipulations to agreeing."

Thor nodded. "He speaks the truth. His slaughter of their forces and personal responsibility to many of the minor Goa'uld that served Apophis is well known. As is the number and volume of the amount of Jaffa he's personally killed. Heru'er witnessed the slaughter on Cimmeria and is responsible for a lot of the fear spread among the goa'uld today. They will each be inclined to call for his head, wether for a quick death or for him to become a host to wipe out the spreading fear in their ranks."

He stopped for a second then continued. "His name was spread again among Jaffa when a scout ship recorded his slaughter of the Reetu rebels. The odds are very high that if he is mentioned it would be very bad indeed."

I nodded and sighed. "I'll turn off the scanners for cloaking tech as well. They may figure out we have the technology ourselves if their personal sensors pick it up. We would be risking a lot if they find out our true capabilities. So I'll ask that all staff revert to regular body armor as well. Though you'll be happy to know I've completed our own cloaking armor."

General Hammond have the command and I was confined to my lab for the remainder or until they saw fit to threaten them with me. Bonnie joined me and I helped her continue to make portable DHDs that were equipped with IDCs.

I added in my scanners powered by a miniature naquadah generator and we were ready to go. When I got bored, I teleported over to destiny and did some repairs. All the stasis pods were fixed and haul breach's were on their way to being fixed. I repaired the despair robots and the two scout ships as well.

When I finished with the breach's, I returned to my lab. By that time, Bonnie told me the goa'uld system lords representatives had arrived. She'd placed a notice me not type of ward on our names and presences. We observed while we continued to make more portable DHD devices.

When Jack inevitably screwed up by talking out of turn, I sighed and Bonnie touched my arm comforting me. We watched as Nirrti attacked Chronos in an effort to blame us and Carter healing him an hour after Nirrti declared it impossible. When they made the deal to keep the stargates and still be protected and Yu agreed, the notice me not spell broke.

We walked out to greet them and Chronos growled. "Who's may have tricked us into agreeing to the treaty, but if you or any of your people are caught off this planet, you will suffer a fate far worse than death."

I chuckled. "And if I meet any more of your species I'll squash them under my boot where they belong."

Yu grunted and Chronos sneered before they left with Nirrti as their captives. Jack asked. "Where the hell did that come from? I thought we were supposed to be nice to them?"

I chuckled. "They consider you an ant and me a pest at best. They may very well respect us now after my words."

Teal'c spoke up. "Alex is correct in this matter. Although they will try all the harder for his capture to turn him into a host now or to torture him for their amusement, they will in fact see this command in a higher esteem because of the threat he spoke to them. They each showed fear when they did not speak back an insult to him. In your words, he won the argument by making them back down."

Thor spoke next. "Teal'c is correct. They will respect the treaty more while he is alive because while they know they can wipe out this planet at any moment, they fear his retribution if they aren't guaranteed of his death. He has shown that no current army of Jaffa are a match for him in battle time and again. And although your weapons are primitive, he's managed to do very real damage to their confidence. Odds are they will put a bounty on his head worth many planets. And anyone caught with him will be brutally killed to torture him further."

General Hammond actually smiled. "It seems we're doing our jobs right if this is to be believed. Although I'm reluctant to see you return to the field with SG1 now, I'm even more reluctant for them to be in the field without you."

I smiled. "All in a days work. It wouldn't have been so easy if you guys hadn't kept their minds off us though. I am surprised that you weren't willing to give up the stargates when we've made our own better ones."

Jack shook his head. "If we had and they'd found out we could make our own, they'd have attacked us immediately even if the treaty passed."

I nodded slowly before asking. "And who exactly pointed that out to you?"

Jack smirked. "I can have an original thought you know."

I kept waiting and he sighed. "Thor pointed it out during a break."

I turned to Thor and bowed a little. "Thank you for helping us avoid this catastrophe. If there is anything we can do to help your people, just ask and we'll gladly do so."

Thor nodded. "I will be sure to ask if I come across such a time."

I smiled and Bonnie announced. "Since we had five days of boredom, we made the portable DHDs and added in a few things like the IDCs and a multi-versatile compass and scanners with a 3-D mapping."

Carter commented. "Wow, that's a lot for arm bands."

I shrugged. "We were bored so we worked and kept adding things. If it hadn't ended soon, I'm sure I could have added in a miniature nuke or something cool. Maybe a voice activated flamethrower."

With my last words we devolved into a chattery group. General Hammond asked me into his office after Thor left. "I want you to activate all base security and outfit our teams with all the best of your inventions. If that mini nuke was a serious suggestion I'd like that too."

I shook my head. "Sorry but no it was a jest. While I could attempt it, it would probably end up very bad for us."

He nodded and sighed. "Just do what you can, I know you made more advanced weapons for the Hammers."

I shook my head. "That just utilizes the full power of a staff weapon each blast with miniature naquadah reactors as the power source instead. It will hurt shields and if fired quick enough it may do damage, but in the end it's still just upgraded staff weapons. We don't have any really advanced weapons and while I'm sure I could think of something, it would take a lot of time to work out as a viable weapon. Time I could be spending shoring up our defenses here on earth. Or finding ways to get our people out of sticky situations. I'll make it a side project but until I have a basis to start from, I'm scratching in the dark here."

He sighed and nodded. "Very well. See to it you come up with some ideas for this side project that I can toss to the pentagon as a viable defensive weapon."

I nodded and promised to do my best while not giving anything away. My next mission ended up a waist of time as we explored the minor goa'uld compound. I destroyed the tables and it's accompanying crystal to avoid the Ma'chello incident where Daniel would go crazy.

This in turn meant we had more time to work on other projects. I made an illusion of myself working in my lab for awhile and teleported myself to Orban in a disguise. I implanted the knowledge of how to retract those after the Averium into all the people at once. The reaction was immediate as schools were put up in a few hours.

I gave them one last gift in the way of making the Averium unnecessary. I altered their nanites to update everyone each night at midnight. The nanites were then made unable to be altered further or to grow themselves and change. With that, I teleported back to my lab and continued working.

Three days later my team was sent to Orban on a reconnaissance mission. When we met with their representative, I offered an exchange of knowledge and an alliance with their people. When their representative, Kalan, agreed, I sent back a report and asked for Bonnie to come here and help teach and learn from them. General Hammond sent the Hammer through and scanned their world of technology before leaving.

Kalan inquired about the ship and the stargate so I gave him everything on the designs. I copied all of earths knowledge and culture onto my secondary laptop before handing it over to them to assimilate. All of our knowledge on the gate and the goa'uld as well as our allies and enemies elsewhere.

The only thing I didn't give them was a copy of the ancient database. I spent the day talking to kids and whoever would listen of ideas about everything I could think of. I mentioned earths philosophers and historians. Our doctors and saints.

Religion and morals. The next day, a fully realized society was built. Teal'c spent this day talking of the goa'uld and their slavery. The horrors of being a Jaffa and unable to help those in need. He spoke of duty and honor, while cautioning war and the darker side of the galaxy.

Another day passed and the Orbanians were building cloaking shields around their world and an iris of their own. However it turned out for them from here was up to how Jack was treating the guests at the SGC. Several people gathered to ask questions of our team today.

As the day passed, the questions got harder and harder until it was theoretical knowledge that they were asking about. Carter and Bonnie took over while I took a break. When Jack returned with a happy little girl and the night kicked in, we stayed to watch as children began to play and their imaginations sparked.

After that, I deactivated the nanites in their systems and left an urge to not try them again. What they needed now was wisdom and personal growth. We left with the promise to keep in touch and one last scan of their planets technology.

It had advanced to match and surpass some of our own in certain areas. They would become great allies if need be or at least, survive the goa'uld hopefully. Their world cloaking generators were theories I had postulated the second day there.

When General Hammond asked about them, I told him flat out. "It's not possible unless the whole world becomes aware of the program. To do so otherwise would inevitably invite chaos when they found out what we were doing and while it would most certainly cloak us, the goa'uld already know of our existence. It would not protect us if they fired even a single shot at us."

Carter asked. "What about the fact that we'd be almost out of phase?"

I shook my head. "You could still shoot the Reetu when it was invisible. Same concept applies here. And if what I suspect the Tollans use to walk through walls is right and they use something similar, that wouldn't last for any length of time as the energy requirements would be enormous and easier to fuel the wormhole drive of my fantasy ship than to do fuel it for more than a minute."

That shut her up as she did the calculations in her head. When she sighed saying. "You're right, we simply don't have the technology."

I smirked. "Yet! I'm sure it's out there Sam. All we have to do is find it."

General Hammond asked. "What fantasy ship?"

I shrugged. "Just another side project I'm thinking of building. It's a ship that could be fueled by the stars themselves while having a wormhole drive for almost instantaneous travel even between galaxies. It would be bigger than anything the goa'uld have and a single shot from its cannons would annihilate a goa'uld mothership with shields."

General Hammond smiled. "From your lips to gods ears Colonel."

I chuckled. "For now its a side project that is a long ways off. For starters, I don't even have the materials to build such a thing. The SGC hasn't come across it on our travels yet. But if and when we do, I'll build it and it'll be earths greatest defense."

Carter smiled. "Until I build one better."

I laughed lightly. "Very well Sam, I'll take that as a challenge."

The next week was slow for me until another Carter and Kawalsky showed up in Heretic industries labs. They were transported to the SGC with the quantum mirror and both controllers. When they introduced themselves to the team, I raised an eyebrow before whispering to Bonnie to bring a quantum flux band.

She left to her labs and the new Sam asked. "Who are you and what was that about?"

I smiled. "I'm colonel Alexander Mikaelson, but you can call me Alex. I was asking Bonnie to bring an invention from her labs to prevent the quantum feedback effect you'll inevitably experience from having two of you in one reality. It should slow it down, but it won't by any means halt it until it's complete and we're months away from making that possible right now."

I sighed and held out my hand. "I'm sure since you didn't recognize me, I'm one of the changes in this reality. Odds are I wasn't born in yours or I died in combat before the program started up again."

She shook my hand and nodded. "Sorry, you're right. How did you know there would be a quantum flux feedback?"

I chuckled. "It's not my first rodeo. Myself and Daniel here ended up in a reality like what you described before when we first messed with the mirror. Since then scientists at Heretic industries have been studying it and all its properties to try and prevent a feedback on our own people if we should need to retreat through it for instance."

She sighed and took it as an honest answer as Bonnie came back with an arm band and pricked hers and our Sam's fingers before dropping their blood on the surface.

Once the blood disappeared, she put it on the new Sam saying. "Don't take it off or you'll experience a speed up in the tunneling effect as it kills you quickly."

Kawalsky asked. "Don't I need one?"

Bonnie shook her head. "The you in this reality is dead. Since there's only one of you alive here, you won't experience anything."

She turned to Sam again. "I've only bought you a week before it starts slowly. The technology isn't finished, I'm sorry."

General Hammond spoke up. "Then we need to find a solution that will work."

Jack spoke up. "Why don't we go to their reality and kick goa'uld ass? We have cloaking technology and shields. I don't see why this would be a problem."

Teal'c spoke. "Perhaps we can contact our allies there and get their help in taking out the goa'uld."

General Hammond turned to me. "Could you do it? Would you be able to efficiently take them out with cloaking and shields?"

I nodded slowly. "It's possible. I'd need Teal'c to come through with me to connect their rings to the other motherships but If he could, and I had no one to worry about afterwards, I could do it."

Bonnie smiled sadly. "I'd like to request leave for him after it's done. He won't be himself afterwards, he experiences extreme bouts of guilt after such large scale battles."

I looked towards her and smiled sadly. General Hammond nodded. "I'll see to it he gets it approved immediately after he returns and gives his report."

Kawalsky spoke. "Hold up here, who or what is he that he thinks he can take on an entire fleet of goa'uld motherships and death gliders and come back alive?"

Jack smiled. "He'd be the perfect soldier if not for the guilt trips afterwards. He's one of the reasons our reality isn't over run by goa'uld right now."

I snorted. "You'd have done just fine without me Jack. Though you'd probably be more grey from worry right now."

General Hammond spoke up. "Load up son, you have your orders. Eliminate all hostile forces on their earth and come home afterwards."

I sighed and went to go get ready. I came to the quantum mirror where Daniel was standing and found that they were just waiting on me. I sighed and turned to Teal'c. "Give me half an hour to clear the base and step through."

I turned to the alternate Sam. "I need your iris codes to make sure none escape alive."

She shivered and handed me a piece of paper before I turned and saluted General Hammond. He saluted back saying. "Godspeed."

I nodded and touched the mirror with the remote in my other hand. When I was on the other side, I put the remote away and activated my cloak. My form went invisible to the team on the other side and I drew my knives and got to work. I waited for Apophis to step through and the base became a blood bath.

The Hammond of this reality passed out before he even saw me so I continued and cleared the base in moments. I activated the rings and went up to the mothership above and cleared it out of all life as well. The Tok'ra were knocked out and left on a cargo ship while everyone else was killed. When I finished with this ship, I went back to the mirror. Just like that a half an hour passed.

I deactivated my cloak and waved for Teal'c and the rest to come through. They came over and I told them. "Everything that is an enemy is dead in the base and on the ship above. I'd have taken out the other ship but I've not had the time to learn how to use ship to ship rings."

Teal'c spoke up. "Have no fear, I will assist you by sending you over."

I nodded and when they saw the carnage, Kawalsky muttered. "Damn, why couldn't you have been in this reality as well?"

I sighed. "I need to finish this quickly. Daniel, Jack, help their Sam to download our database into theirs and give them a list of all our allies and how to contact them. Hopefully it will prevent them from experiencing anything like this again."

They got to work and Teal'c brought me to the ship above and sent me over. I re-cloaked and got to work. When I was done, I radioed Teal'c to come over and shoot down all death gliders. When he finished that, he landed the ship next to the hangers for the Air Force. He repeated the process for the other mother ship as well.

We went back to command and told them of the progress and victory. Before we stepped through the gate again, I put out the fires around the world and healed the living and most of the recently dead as well. Nearly all of their earths population was back to life again. We left after Jack got a kiss and I locked out their reality from our mirror permanently.

I walked to General Hammond saying. "Mission accomplished General, two thousand four hundred and fifty seven."

He flinched and nodded. "Take two weeks off and let me know if you need more. Consider this your debriefing."

I nodded and left with Bonnie to shower and get some rest while the guilt washed over my resolve. A side effect of when my soul was repaired. Even after combat I'm overcome with regret for the lives I've taken. It hadn't happened since I was human before I cut away my soul because my personality shifted into anger and pain instead of regret and it melded with the rippers urge to feed to create the beast.

Since then it's happened even after I became a god and I've avoided taking lives where I could logically do so. Bonnie stayed with me through the worst of it and when I was done and the guilt had washed away, she returned to work to continue helping.

I was called in when Sg1 missed their scheduled check in a couple hours later. Bonnie was stuck at base so I went ahead. After I was assigned to retrieve them at any cost, I went through the same gate address and sent my senses out.

I found them at two crashed escape pods and when I walked over, one of the two extra men pointed a blaster at me. I smiled. "You better not miss, or you'll be dead before the blast hits the tree behind me."

Carter spoke up. "Wait! He's a friendly."

I raised an eyebrow and turned to her. "In that case tell him to lower his weapon before I decide not to be friendly."

The man lowered his weapon saying. "Sorry about that, habits are hard to quit especially with the bounty on your head. All the system lords want you real bad and they don't care if you're alive."

I chuckled. "That's because they've figured out they can't beat me themselves and won't risk a live confrontation."

He grinned. "Your reputation precedes you Colonel Alexander Mikaelson."

I smiled. "I'm sorry I'm drawing a blank. Most worlds we visit either are peaceful or end up with dead too Jaffa and goa'uld to speak."

He nodded. "No doubt how you got your legend. Name's Aris Boch, I'm a bounty hunter."

I nodded. "You can call me Alex then."

He smiled and handed a blue vial to Carter saying. "Maybe one day your people can find a cure for it and free mine from slavery. Now that would be something to trade for."

I spoke up. "Is that roch'na?"

Carter nodded. "You've heard of it?"

I smiled. "Bonnie asked the Tok'ra for a sample of every known goa'uld poison and pheromone so we could find cures for them. It was one of them, she wanted to be sure we were safe after what Hathor almost did. We've got a cure for it, though if you're effected, we'd need a blood sample to adapt it to your races physical makeup."

That shocked the shit out of the group. I chuckled. "I assure you, while most of my inventions have been flashy, hers have been more practical."

I turned to the hunter. "I'll tell you what, for doing whatever you've done to help keep my people out of trouble, and for scan of your equipment, I'll synthesize the cure my self if you want to hand over a blood sample."

He laughed his ass off until tears came out of his eyes and when he caught his breath, he said. "I'd give you a whole arm if it would free my people."

I shrugged. "That's not necessary, just a little blood and once it's keyed to your people's DNA I'll be able to make as much of it as you want. Tell you what, you come back to base with us, and I'll call our allies up and get them to help free your people after I turn the cure into a gas. We drop it into the atmosphere of whatever planet your people are on and within a day they should be cured. I'm sure the Tok'ra and the Nox would be willing to save lives from slavery and weaken the goa'uld by doing so."

He nodded then stopped. "How do I know this isn't a trap?"

I raised an eyebrow. "I give you my word, I don't joke or trap people by using innocent lives as a joke."

The other man spoke up. "I'm am of the Tok'ra, I'll vouch for his honesty and commit myself and whomever the council sends to your people's freedom."

That seemed to sway him and I sighed. "If I wanted to take you to base-"

I moved and knocked him on his ass before disarming him and putting my boot across his throat. "I wouldn't need to lie to you."

I pulled my foot away and held out a hand. "I pay back the debts I owe and I feel I owe you for helping my people somehow."

He took my hand and I helped him up. He nodded. "Alright, lets go free my people then."

We headed back to the stargate and I dialed command with my arm band. Jack asked. "Why haven't I received mine yet?"

I chuckled. "I was supposed to outfit all teams with them but I got sidetracked by the last mission. Since then I've been getting my head on straight and I wouldn't have been here today if you all hadn't missed check in."

My armband sent the code and we walked through. I reported in with a success and went to my lab after dropping my gear in the locker room and armory. They did a debriefing while I got started on the roch'na cure. I took a sample from Bonnie's lab and started waited for my test dummy.

He arrived with the Tok'ra and Carter as an escort. I waved a hand to the stool and he sat down. After taking a blood sample, I got to work mapping his genetic code and adding a small dose of the cure to it, when it finally started working, I took the protein markers from the success and added it to a vile before turning it into a gas.

When I finished, I synthesized a canister of it full. I gave the waiting patient a shot and told him. "You'll feel a little sick for about an hour or so then the cravings and the effects of the drug will be flushed out of your system in sweat and urine. So drink some water and hit the head."

I set the canister in front of the rest of the group. "This is more than enough to cure a planet of his people in an hour of it hitting the atmosphere and exploding. Or you can bust the top and hold it out the back of an invisible cargo ship, either way works. The wind and rain will do the rest."

Carter took it and the Tok'ra spoke. "I've contacted my people. Our spies on Sokar's mining worlds are ready to act as a smoke screen. They'll detonate mining explosives at various points near Jaffa guard stations. Your people and the Nox must do the rest."

I nodded. "I'll send a message to the Nox to seek their help, they won't pass up an opportunity to help others without killing anyone."

I went through the motions while speaking to Lya through telepathy. It took a minute and a promise from me that no one would die on the mission. When I gave it freely she agreed and dialed us back.

She came through with ten other Nox, ready to help. They were mostly there for show as I'd be the one making everyone disappear when it was time. When the good old bounty hunter got out of the bathroom looking a hell of a lot better, he hugged me and I stood there waiting for him to stop. When he didn't, I waved Carter over. "Take him, I think he broke inside."

When she pried him off of me, I told him. "Once your people are free, I don't want to see you hunting innocent people or anyone against the goa'uld. If I do, I'll find a planet near a black hole and leave you there."

He shivered and smiled. "No need, I'm done with that life. I think I'll retire and maybe get a home one a quiet planet."

I nodded and looked to General Hammond. "Waiting for your permission sir."

He nodded. "You have it, you are to cure and bring his people to safety. I've spoken with those people you got the virtual reality technology from and they've agreed to take in his people. The planet is literally a paradise and I wouldn't mind retiring there myself when it's time."

I nodded and turned to Jack, handing him the gas. "It's your show from here on out Jack."

Jack smiled and sighed. "Let's get to it then. By the way, how are we getting it into the atmosphere?"

Lya of the Nox held up a hand. "My people will disperse it and cloak everyone before transporting everyone back here."

She sent me the message to do it and I reached out and teleported everyone to the planet and cloaked them to only see each other. The Tok'ra sent a signal and explosions rang out all over the mining camp world. I made all the Jaffa and goa'uld pass out and Lya waved a hand making the canister disappear.

The Nox worked together and dispersed it all throughout the worlds atmosphere. With a thought, I made everyone in chains disappear from outside sight and teleported them to the SGC. When Lya sent a message to return, I sent everyone back and made certain hard core Jaffa responsible for the explosions and hid the Tok'ra agents from their memories of events.

When we reappeared in the SGC, the Nox bowed their heads and Lya spoke. "We have done our part, it is time we return."

General Hammond have the order to send them back and I was bombarded with questions of how I did it all without showing any signs. I sent a chuckling expression into their minds with the words. "Your are still much too young yet. When you've mastered the ability to perceive this reality as a whole, you'll understand."

Lya smiled and bowed imperceptibly to me before leading them to the gate. I gave them one last image of a world backing away and seeing the galaxy and father seeing more and more. I stopped where I thought it was enough and they were wide eyed looking my way.

Lya sent a message. (Thank you for opening our eyes to that.)

I shook my head slowly. (That is just a fraction of the whole. You are not ready yet for more.)

They left not long after and soon enough the Tok'ra left with a suit of our latest body armor and hand held DHD. When the couple hundred of the bounty hunters people were better and ready for movement I did a quick scan of all his toys and sent them to their paradise world. I gave them a couple canisters of the cure in case later generations need it for any reason.

In the eyes of the SGC I went back to my break and rested but in reality, I teleported to a certain training camp of Apophis's and gave the trainees a vivid memory of seeing Apophis die by my gun. It was so real to them, it was as if they pulled the trigger themselves.

I removed all the real weapons from them and placed them in my vault for now. When I left them, they were convinced of his death. I left them a gate address to a beta site with the urge to go there unarmed and tell them everything.

I went to my soon to be ex mission and killed the Unas goa'uld before taking the priests ring and taking their stargate to a deep pit and burying it. I gave them a feeling of hope and rekindled their drive to help one another while secretly healing their sick.

I left an alter that appeared in their town square with learning instructions all the way up to earths current standards of technology. I left a thought of praying to the wolf god in the back of their minds and left, putting a barrier around their planet that not even the Ori ships could penetrate. It became a safe haven, a world that could not be harmed until the people there advanced to space travel.

When the first of their ships breaks orbit, they'll hear my praise in the minds of all of their minds saying it was time for them to stop following me and learn more themselves. I left them to learn and grow on their own now.

I went home and relaxed as a illusion of Bonnie appeared next to me in bed. "Thank you for doing that. It was truly kind of you."

I touched the illusion and knew she felt it in her body as well. "I did it because it was the right thing to do. Some good has to come from my hands at some point or I'll drown in the blood of those I've killed that stood no chance. Even when the beast was apart of me, they still stood a chance if only a slim one. Now, I've killed many who can't even truly fight back."

She kissed me before whispering. "Shush, you've protected the innocent as best you can without revealing yourself. It's the best we can do. You know we cannot force the outcome we want. Rest. I'll take the workload till you're back."

I closed my eyes and she joined me in my dreams. My sleep lasted until the day I was to go back and check in for the next mission. Coincidentally, the place we were about to head to, was already searched by the beta site teams and their reports were just given to Hammond an hour before we were to leave.

With no new MALPed gates, the control room skipped ahead to the next. When it didn't connect, we were given time to complete paperwork and do some side projects. I spent some time working with Heretic industries on their medical technology.

I added the hand held healer to a glove that uses a naqaudah battery to fire blasts. I then added the shield technology from the bounty hunter's traps to the body armor as an adaptation. Heretic industries began producing the results for the SG teams.

The healing device was adapted to the ancients healing beds with my scanners and made into a universal health bed that healed everything short of severe radiation poisoning. It was the sent to the hospitals around the world as a free upgrade to their ancient tech beds they'd gotten before.

With that out of the way, I spent a week designing clean energy vehicles and planes. I gave the design to Heretic industries to patent and give to the vehicle and governments for free around the world. The cars would become electric and the planes would become solar powered and electric. With both, they seemed to be able to stay in the air indefinitely if need be without causing any pollution.

Bonnie's 'father' was nominated for a humanitarian award several times over. My next non military project would be drought and plug resistant plants. Along with synthesized clothes and water filtration for third world countries.

Back at base it'd been two weeks without a mission and the next one came due. We received a message from Daniel's father-in-law that said they were taken to a different world as hostages. We left immediately after receiving the message with two other teams and a MULE mounted fifty caliber. All team members were in cloaked armor and shields were added to the MULE.

We went in weapons ready and met very little resistance until we freed the hostages. I focused on the army of Jaffa that were coming our way. I killed every Jaffa with a power infused bullet while cloaked behind the hill. We all open fired and continued for nearly ten minutes.

Almost a thousand Jaffa from what looked like several Goa'uld factions died in that time. Then I felt Sha're die and an ascended being trying to help her has well. Bonnie interfered when she heard my thoughts.

After an argument with the ascended being and a very real threat to the rest of their kind of they tried taking her again, Bonnie told me her plan while she allowed Sha're to speak with Daniel and send him the message.

As Sha're passed away, Bonnie held her soul in an astral realm waiting for me to act. I went to the tent and heard Daniel whisper Keb and tell Sha're he loved her. I snorted. "You live in a galaxy where people rise from the dead all the time and you give up at the first sign."

I snorted again. "Get up Daniel, carry her to the gate, we have a Sarcophagus. The snake will have dissolved by the time she reaches it and she'll come back. We may have to detain her for a few days while the effects wear off and she may have a bit of memory loss, but she'll be just fine. Now get the hell up and carry your wife to the gate."

Teal'c bower his head and Daniel got up with his help. I helped him pick up his wife and carry her with us. I covered the teams as we retreated with the Abydonians. When we gated to command I sent for a sarcophagus to be brought to the base and when it arrived Daniel put her in it.

Bonnie erased her memories of the goa'uld and the location of the child other than Keb. All she could remember were her rare instances with Daniel after she gained a little control. She revived after an hour with little to no other side effects.

When it was over, and she woke up asking for Daniel, I smiled. "There, and you wanted to give up."

He smiled laughed cried and everything in between. When he started asking her questions all she could remember was becoming a host and small bits here or there. When she finished and said she remembered a name. 'Keb.' But couldn't remember why it was important.

I ordered the sarcophagus to be returned to the labs and advised general Hammond to forget about the incident as it was too dangerous to use again. He agreed and filed it under president's eyes only. Daniel decided to stay on as a team member on the condition that Sha're and his father in-law was aloud to live with him on earth.

General Hammond and the president himself seemed to approve as both of their citizenships were approved by the end of the next day. The rest of the Abydos people were sent home.

Our next mission sent us to a planet in the Industrial age called Argos. It's people were kind and we gave them tips on cleaning up their planet before they destroy it. They wished to be allies with us and we agreed because although they were behind us technologically, they were still decent people.

We promised to send over teachers to help them to advance a little further at a time. Over the next few days things got really active when the Tok'ra came calling for help to save Jacob and Selmak from a moon next to Sokar's planet. His hell as it were. Martouf and Jolinar were the ones that came with the request.

During the meeting Jolinar spoke up and asked me directly. "We need a warrior of your caliber to save him. I-I can not do the same things I did last time to escape."

Martouf put a hand on her back and rubbed it in comfort. I sighed and General Hammond said. "It's up to you, I can't ask you to risk this."

I shook my head. "But I would ask myself to if for no other reason than he's Carter's father. Besides, there's little risk involved so long as I'm prepared."

I turned to Jolinar. "My only condition is that you go with me."

She backed up shivering and I raised a hand. "I meant only you, your host may stay behind. For two days, I'll play host to you, but at the end, you will never speak of what you see in my memories. They are private and not of anyone else's concern."

Martouf spoke. "You can not ask her to do this-"

I snorted. "I ask her to risk only what I myself am willing to risk. She knows the players and I'm sure she would like to feel their deaths at her own hands. That is my price, if I am to kill for her, then she must share in the blood on her hands as well."

Jolinar steeled herself and nodded. "Fine, I'll do it. I want to see for myself the warrior the goa'uld speak of."

She walked over and I opened my mouth. The host gave me a brief kiss as I used my power to open the way for it into the back of my throat skin. When I felt it get comfortable and connect fully, I grunted and clenched my teeth. We had a true meeting of the minds as she found out what I truly was and all of my memories with it.

I felt my eyes glow with her power. I warned her not to speak of what all she saw and she took my threat very seriously. She spoke through my mouth as I gave up control of my body. "He can do it almost effortlessly. This is no longer such a dire mission. We are sharing past experiences and I am learning a great deal about his fighting abilities. All I can describe is we haven't truly seen his full effort yet."

She turned to Martouf. "Have a planet bomb ready for deployment. We already have a plan to go. Once we descend on Ne'tu and free Selmak, we will meet in a ring beam off the planet. You must intercept it with the cargo ship we will modify for cloaking and shields. It's hyperdrive will be modified as well."

Martouf nodded and went to recieve the bomb while we went to collect tools and supplies. When we arrived on the planet with the cargo ship, Martouf was there as well. He handed me a communication device and we got to work. He stayed outside and we blurred putting it all together. When we were finished ten minutes later, the cargo ship could stay off a mothership for a time.

Martouf drove us to Ne'tu under cloak and before he let us go he asked. "Are you sure about this?"

We nodded. "Have no fear, when we tell you, you must deploy the bomb. We will be with you shortly after. Do not get into position until our signal."

We walked into the drop pod and he sent us down. It was a boring trip until we landed in lava. I tore the drop pod apart and stepped onto the earth out of the lava. My clothes regenerated with a bit of power. When we arrived at the burning black prison, we felt out for Jacob's place and Apophis's. We blurred and tore apart everyone else as both people we found fell asleep.

The entire world was filled with agony screams of those that had the evil of this place pouring out of them. They died quickly but their souls cried out in agony from what we did to their flesh. When she found Bynarr, his death was recorded while she flayed the goa'uld alive, leaving the host a crumpled mess on the floor. The goa'uld itself died screeching.

The recording stopped and didn't show how it came out of his body. I healed the human and made him forget his goa'uld's passed before sending him to a peaceful planet alone. I grabbed Jacob and brought him to the rings before teleporting Apophis to replace Sokar on the planet not far away. Sokar and his two followers appeared far away on the opposite side of the moon.

I told Martouf to get into place and send the bomb. I watched as it entered the atmosphere with my senses. When he was ready, I ringed up with Jacob and destroyed the ring plat forms between both planets. Sokar's ship was teleported to the opposite side of the moon as we took off.

Apophis would wake up thinking that everything went out like the show. While we traveled to a nearby planet to leave the cloaked ship and head through the stargate, Martouf asked us. "Are you alright? With everything?"

I played him the recording of Bynarr's death at my hands. It's screams of agony was music to our ears. I stopped that train of thought and we had a heart to heart about letting go of the shame, pain and anger. I could not let her walk down that road when I'd done so much to ensure her survival. She was reluctantly first but then I showed her my billions of years alone and emotionless. The beast I was before that and my family's own anger and hate lasting longer than most goa'uld get to live.

She gave in and asked. (I'm not going to remember any of this am I? Something such as you would not risk so much on my remembering, even if you can stop me either way.)

I mentally sighed.( I am old child, and I know you wish to learn from my experiences and use my memories to help your own goals, but I cannot risk it as you say. You will remember the life of Colonel Alexander Mikaelson, the human. But you will retain your newfound peace of mind and what wisdom you can glean from my mind. You just won't know where it came from or be able to connect it with me. Even the ascended will not be able to make you remember or see for themselves."

A smiling face appeared in my minds eye. (For what it's worth to something like you, thank you.)

I chuckled. (It's worth more than you know. Now rest and glean what you can.)

When we arrived at the planet, I departed while Martouf took the ship to another Tok'ra place with Jacob to be healed. I walked through the stargate after sending my code. We arrived at command and I went to the debriefing room first. I asked her previous host. "Are you ready?"

She nodded and I detached Jolinar and made her forget most of it except fighting and bloodshed. She exited my mouth and entered her previous host's. The host shivered at the memories that overtook her.

I sighed and turned to the General. "Sokar is dead, he blew up with the moon on his ship. We detonated a bomb in the moons core and it exploded, taking Sokar with it. I haven't a clue who will take over for his army now. Hopefully they'll tare themselves apart."

He nodded. "From your lips to God's ears Colonel."

I nodded. "I need to wash off the blood. Jolinar was very angry with her past enemies. I need- I need some sleep."

He nodded. "Then take a day and meet back here tomorrow for a debriefing with Jacob, I'm assuming he made it out?"

I nodded. "Martouf took him to be healed by their people and to bring back a cloaked cargo ship for their people. You can officially say we've held up our end of the alliance."

I left and Bonnie helped me wash off the blood before returning to work again. Once I was clean, I grabbed a bunk here and went to sleep. The next day it was back to work for me while Bonnie took the day off as she wasn't needed for the debriefing.

She took a trip to a certain alien planet with hologram technology and a tendency to blow themselves up when they can't win. She scanned their technology and laid waist to the beings as they were all a conquering species and would kill themselves and everyone with them if they lost.

She didn't want to, but neither of us saw a path ahead with them. Their stargate was buried and after a few days, SG-6 was forced to take a different gate address. A couple days after that, I was on a stormy planet getting soaked with my team while Daniel misinterpreted his readings.

On the bright side, he got to come home to his wife now and she seemed to be adapting to life here well enough. Days passed and a new mission arrived in the form of a cat. It walked right through the iris. Carter told everyone to stand down while she went and picked it up.

She announced it was from the Tollans. I chuckled and Narim came through a minute later as if the iris wasn't even there. After he served Colonel O'Neill with triad, I told him. "I wouldn't try walking through the gate like that next time. We'll be putting up a new gate built with ancient designs that'll prevent even phase technology from re-materializing."

He frowned thoughtfully. "I hadn't thought your people had advanced so far since we last met."

I smiled. "You'd be surprised. Even before we saved your people, we'd been progressing fast, now that we've gained experience and allies willing to share their technology for those we've figured out over time, we've come far indeed. I hope you'll warm your people if for no other reason than to prevent accidents."

He nodded and bowed a little. "I shall inform them when we arrive."

I sighed. "Give me a couple minutes and I'll be along. You can go on ahead, our stargate has yours on file now. Just one of the newer changes."

He nodded and asked them to get ready. I ran to my lab and made a human version of the symbiote stasis jar. When I was done, I put it in a black mesh bag. The jar itself was see through.

I took off all my weapons and went in basic training clothes. When I went to the control room, I told them to dial the last address that came in. Two minutes later, I stepped through the Tollan stargate. I looked at it and thought. (Huh, ours is better.)

I located the group and ran to catch up. They were just stopping to check out the sensors that deactivated their weapons. I chuckled. "Relax Jack, if you want ours to do that, I can figure out easily enough now that I've seen how it works."

I turned to Narim. "That wouldn't count as stealing to you would it?"

He shook his head. "If your able to figure it out just by observing it, then by all means, that means you're advanced enough to make it yourself."

I chuckled. "Thank you for that. I wouldn't want to offend a peaceful ally. Now, let's go see Skaara."

He led the way and when I saw the boy Jack asked me. "Why aren't you in uniform?"

I shrugged. "We're on ally soil and are in no danger. Would you come to my house armed?"

He shook his head and tossed up his hands. I whispered. "Besides, if I need a weapon, I'll take it from whoever I'm fighting."

I turned to listen to Narim explain the device and it's meaning. I walked around Skaara for a second then postulated. "Perhaps an inhibitor suppressing brainwave activity in both parties like a balancing scale, when one side wishes to speak it tips in their favor. Interesting."

I turned to Narim's shocked face. "Your people put a lot of thought into this. I assume the device monitors both brain waves and the color is a representation of the dominant one using the body at any given moment? Wait, don't answer that. I don't want to know until I'm sure myself."

Carter asked. "What about the subconscious, wouldn't it effect the outcome of the lights?"

I shook my head. "It's like thinking about moving your hand, once you will it so with a mere thought or reaction, it moves unless you think or condition yourself otherwise. It would take years in one of these even for a goa'uld to deprogram themselves not to think or react to anything."

Narim spoke. "And such a thing isn't possible in the time he's had in it."

I nodded. "It's Skaara right now Jack."

He looked to the kid and sighed. "So I've come to get you home. After this treead or trial something or other."

Narim told Skaara. "You must choose your seeker to represent you now."

I raised a hand. "I'll do it Skaara, I already have a plan that's foolproof, just not Jack proof. He's not really a public speaker for the debate team."

Jack raised his hands in surrender. "Ouch, fair enough."

I chuckled while Skaara debated with himself, when he asked for all three of us, I shook my head. "Sorry kid, it's me defending you or them. I'd prefer not to show my court room behavior to friends. I'm a nasty negotiator and I'd like to have friends afterwards."

Daniel raised his hands. "It's ok Skaara, he has a plan. Go with him."

Jack wanted to argue but I raised an eyebrow and he sighed. "He's right Skaara, I'm not one for politics and if he says he has a plan, I trust him with my life. He's never failed us before."

Skaara nodded and told Narim. "I have my archon then."

Narim nodded. "Very well, I'll inform the other triad members. Come with me please."

I followed them and the rest of the team followed us. When we were in the court room I read Zipacna's mind and hid the cannons he didn't already know the locations to from all goa'uld technology and sight. Even Jaffa couldn't see them.

When Lya came in, I bowed to her and spoke in her mind. (You've grown some since I last saw you. Perhaps in a few more years, I'll be able to reveal more to you.)

She bowed back sending. (Our people have begun to advance once more. I thank you for your generosity.)

I stood straight saying out loud. "It's a pleasure to see you once more, Lya of the Nox." While sending back. (Think nothing of it. It is the duty of the old to enlighten the young. Perhaps when you feel they're less arrogant, you'll enlighten the Tollen. Until then, they are younger still than some.)

She nodded. "And a pleasure to see you as well."

She turned to the Tollan ambassador with a warm smile. "And a pleasure to meet you all once more."

Zipacna spoke to the ambassador. "I wish to speak to Klorel in private."

She nodded and they left together. I chuckled and went with the team to where we'll be staying until the triad ends. Jack smiled. "This just became a peace of cake, a walk in the park, a day at the beach."

Daniel spoke. "An accident waiting fo a place to happen."

I chuckled. "Your both wrong, though for the different reasons. My plan still works, and it's even better that it's an impartial Nox. So long as the court isn't rigged, I'll win. You can both relax and stay here for the remainder. Enjoy the sights and take a walk but stay out of trouble and don't try to influence any party. Leave the rest up to me."

They looked worried and I sighed while leaving them to talk amongst themselves. Narim found me just after I left the room saying. "They're ready for you."

I nodded and followed him back to the court room. The ambassador spoke as I sat down. "Now that we're all here, let the triad begin."

She spoke to us all. "The archons will remain silent until they're recognized. At this time I recognize lord Zipacna and Klorel."

Zipacna spoke. "Until three years ago Skaara and the citizens of Abydos were under goa'uld law. Ministered by Ra. Now by that law they were goa'uld property. Lord Klorel merely took what was already his."

I waited and raised a finger. The ambassador asked Zipacna. "Do you have anything else to add to your current argument?"

He shook his head. "Merely the fact that Klorel has had this property for three years, if the tau'ri wished to claim it before now, why haven't they done so before now?"

The ambassador spoke. "Very well, this counsel recognizes Colonel Alexander."

I stood. "Thank you your honor, I'd like to start by answering Lord Zipacna's question first. We have been searching for three years with almost no sleep and no stopping. The humans of our planet only adventures out twice before goa'uld invaded our lands and stole our people. You've brought that on yourself. If your Lord Klorel wants to blame anyone for the coming war and downfall of your people, then he need look no further than his own family. His father and your people took two of my team members family. I personally put a bullet in Apophis's head. Sha're, the other person Apophis took is now within our world safe from all goa'uld."

I took a deep breath. "This is what you've wrought on yourselves. In seven years time the system lords and all goa'uld in power will either be dead, or locked away in stasis till my people can reverse the damage you've done to yourselves by using the flawed technology you call a sarcophagus."

I turned to the counsel while Zipacna clenched his fist. "As for who owned who first, If you want to be technical, your people stole from the Tau'ri and used their people as slaves since then. You don't need human bodies. You simply wanted them-"

I was cut off by Zipacna. "It is a physiological fact that we need human hosts to survive!"

The ambassador warned him. "Do not speak out of turn again."

She turned to me. "You may continue."

I nodded. "As I was saying, goa'uld do not need human hosts to survive. While it's true they use them now, it wasn't always as such. Before your people found the Tau'ri planet, you inhabited the beings known as Unas. Even now some of your race prefer them for their strength. But you yourself choose humans because they are esthetically pleasing to you. You've stolen from the Tau'ri planet and you've stolen all the technology you poses. As far as I'm aware, nothing of note originated from your species."

I stopped and nodded. The ambassador waved him on. "As you pointed out, we posses it therefore it is ours."

I waited and the ambassador waved me on. "That is what makes your race so young in the eyes of everyone here. Before my eyes and I'm sure the rest here, your children taking things and claiming them as your own until you discard them for something new and shiny. You think because you've taken something that it belongs to you, but I'm here to tell you, your wrong."

The room shook and the ceiling and walls fell away to an ever expanding void. I spoke and my voice shook said void like thunder. "You are a child in need of a spanking."

My original eyes lit up the endless void. "You see, you take and take. And now I've had enough of the other kids screaming and crying out because of your greed and arrogance. Take my words to heart little boy, by the end of seven years, all of your race that's been corrupted will be in my jars till I see fit that you served your time and fixed you."

I took a deep breath and calmed down. The room returned to what it was before and everyone but Lya was scared. I sighed. "As for this triad. I put forward a punishment and a just action. I have with me a stasis jar that will keep even the oldest goa'uld alive till it opens again and is ready for release."

I showed it to the council. "I'm apologize for my rude behavior or if I've scared you. I only wished to prove a point. The goa'uld are only a young race making a mess, they are hardly the first or even the worst out there. My solution will let both parties go their separate ways and neither be hurt by the events."

I turned to a still cowering goa'uld. "If you're relying on your communication device, know that I've stopped all technology not of the Tollan or Nox from working on this planet. Your plans for this day have failed. I'm aware you've intended to stall so your people can identify and locate all canons on this planet and destroy them simultaneously. I've concealed more than half of them from your peoples technology and sight. You would literally walk right through them as if they weren't there and they'd still destroy your ship heading this way."

I sat down. "Now that I've said my peace, I wish to vote now, let all that are not ready make their presence and intentions known."

The ambassador recovered herself from my earlier words. "What you've said is impossible, they cannot destroy our defense system."

I sighed. "Like the goa'uld and evening the Nox, you still are very young. A being such a me has no need to lie when we tell you something. If I wished it so, I could erase this very reality into the void you just saw. The reason I do not, Is because my mate wishes to help and protect the races here. She wants to make it a possible home for us. So we made a plan together to help teach and raise the races of this reality up to a level none of you could presently imagine."

The ambassador sucked in a breath before saying. "Do the rest of the archon's wish to vote?"

Lya nodded. "I am ready."

Zipacna was still shaking, but finally nodded when I turned my gaze to him. "I am ready."

The ambassador spoke with more authority than she clearly felt. "Very well, since you are all ready. Lord Alex, how do you vote?"

I sighed. "Just Alex is fine. And I vote in favor of Skaara. If all votes go the same way, Klorel will be put into the stasis jar unharmed and returned to Lord Zipacna."

The ambassador nodded. "Lord Zipacna, how do you vote?"

Zipacna looked to me in fear then looked at Klorel shamelessly saying. "I vote in favor of Skaara."

The ambassador nodded. "While no other votes are necessary I must ask, how does our impartial archon vote?"

Lya stood up. "While I'm aware my vote won't make a difference, I still feel that I should vote in favor of Skaara, as a life in servitude with no will of your own is no life at all."

The ambassador nodded. "Very well. I award priority to Skaara until such time as Klorel is removed."

I stood and waved a hand. Klorel's true body appeared in the stasis jar. I waved a hand and it appeared in front of Zipacna. "As Klorel is free and in goa'uld hands, and this triad is over, none but the wisest of you will remember the truth of what went on here today, I am sorry, but you are all still much too young yet. Fear not though, you'll retain the wisdom of experience from this and know in your hearts you've much more room to grow."

I waved a hand and they all remembered a trial similar to the tv series only with me as the archon of Skaara. I turned to Lya. (I'm sorry but they weren't ready for the knowledge and neither are you really, I can remove it if you'd like. At least until you are ready.)

She hesitated and eventually nodded. (Thank you, now that I know there's so much more, I don't think I'll need the memories to keep the feelings.)

I smiled. (And yet still you grow more. Sooner than I thought, you'll be ready to view another piece, until then, forget.)

With that thought, she stumbled a little before stabilizing herself. Her memories of the triad changed to match the rest. I sighed and Zipacna grumbled into his now working communication device about being late.

I asked the Tollan ambassador. "Perhaps it's time our goa'uld friends here left unless you want them trying to figure out your technology and ways around it?"

She nodded. "The triad is over. Lord Zipacna it is time for you and your people to leave."

I held out a hand and helped Skaara out of the vest. When I sat it down and went to leave, the ambassador smiled. "Your people are welcome to stay for a visit Colonel."

I smiled and shook my head. "I'm sure my friend here is eager to see his family again. Perhaps another time for a less formal visit."

She nodded. "Of course."

I led Skaara to the team and Narim, who asked. "Is triad over already?"

I nodded. "Skaara here put up a convincing argument and made the case for me. They freed him and Zipacna is leaving with a goa'uld in a jar."

I waved them on. "Come on, let's go home and let Skaara here see the rest of his family."

They agreed and we left after Narim stopped Carter for a quick chat. I dialed us out and sent my code through before stepping inside the puddle. When we were on the other side, I released my power on the cannons and they became visible by all again.

I gave my debriefing with the team and offered Skaara a house next to Daniel's that I'd bought in preparation. He took it with a smile, happy to be with his family again. With a stray thought, I put a shield around Abydos that prevented all goa'uld, even ascended ones of remembering or perceiving the planet. I tied it to the planets core so that as long as the planet exists, goa'uld will never be able to visit it again.

When Bonnie perceived what I'd done, she kissed me. She gave Skaara twenty million dollars and an official American citizenship ID as a house warming present.

Our next mission was side tracked because I may or may not have destroyed all copies of Urgo except the one I put in it's creators head. I also may have locked said creators gate out of the stargate network.

So when the SGC tried to dial it up, it failed. On the bright side it gave us time to replace the old with the new. Our old stargate was decommissioned and sent to Heretic industries to be put under lock and key while the new one was keyed into all the old ones routines. It had its own DHD and Atlantis like dialing system that was instantaneous and fast as you could press the sequence.

It's iris was impenetrable and our bases scanners now included types of life forms and their access identification. Now it was impossible to have a foothold situation without them actually cloning us. Our scanners worked on everything I could think of and more that Bonnie thought of like poisons and biohazards.

The base doors now opened only to those keyed into the system and it took two administrative codes with their adjoining people to key someone in. Protocols were kicked into high gear as biohazards and pathogens were to be locked down and only those with safe suits could open and enter contaminated rooms.

Labs were keyed to only allow authorized personnel in and that included sensitive areas of the base. Scanners prevented alien tech from leaving the base and even picked up a stone Jack had found. It was turned in as an alien artifact.

Once it's signature was in the system, Skyfall found its counter part at a barber shop. General Hammond sent Colonel Reynolds to retrieve it and a few hours later it showed up in a box ready for the labs.

I added a new sensor that was to be sold to the government as it deactivated all weapons in its database. It couldn't be sold or used except for at the SGC for now because it required revealing the gate to explain it.

Finally a mission came through again and I wanted to punch someone when I realized I'd be stuck on another world for a hundred days if I don't cheat. Bonnie thought the experience would be good for Colonel O'Neill and made me promise to wait until he enjoyed himself.

I cheated anyway and helped the villagers through the gate with Teal'c and Daniel. When it was about to hit us, I tossed them through and jumped in with them. Cause screw waiting a hundred days without Bonnie. She pouted when I came through with them and sent me a warning that she wasn't happy with my decision.

I pointed out that she'd get what she wanted and we could have some time to ourselves. She pointed out that with three of us working on the particle accelerator, Jack would have at most a month till we came for him. I shrugged and she told me I was the one going to dig through.

And so I was. A month and a half later, we finished it and I found myself with a speargun shooting it through the wormhole. I took off at a dead run with my equipment and launched myself through the stargate. When I was through, I impacted the earth above and a lot of it fell down into the stargate.

I fixed my line and told them I was starting to dig. In a few minutes a bunch of rock and dirt was vaporized when it fell into the wrong end of an event horizon. I informed them that ten minutes after I started, I broke through the surface. They congratulated me and I started tossing the dirt around me into the event horizon as I started to dig out the stargate.

By the time the gate shut off, most of it was visible from the surface. I spent another three hours digging it out to make it look believable, before Jack showed up. I looked over to him and grunted. "I was wondering when you'd show up or if I had to go looking for you. I've been digging for a few hours now, it's almost ready to be pulled out."

He touched my arm to see if I was real before sucker punching me. I chuckled and took the hit. "I let you enjoy the last damn day of your vacation and this is the thanks I get?"

He frowned. "You think this was a vacation for me?"

I nodded. "It's quiet, calm and has a pretty women that likes you. If you don't consider this a vacation, you're an idiot or you don't know yourself that well."

He spluttered then sighed. "Fair enough. How's the team?"

I shrugged. "Tired, we've been working around the clock to get here and get you back. Now that I've answered your questions, help me tie this rope to the stargate and find me a bunch of strong villagers wanting to see their friends and family. I could use the help."

He took off and I finished digging before tying my rope to it and pulling as hard as I'm supposed to be able to for a human. I felt it budge a little and put a little extra strength into it. It started slowly coming up as I pulled.

Jack came back ten minutes later and I'd made an upward slope for the stargate instead of a rope pulling. We slid it out of the pit with the villagers help and made a solid wooden frame for it to sit vertical on. Once we were done, I dialed home with my DHD.

A few minutes later villagers were coming out of the gate. When the team arrived I bid goodbye as dialed home to return. On the way to the shower, I sent power out and pushed all the Naquadah close to the surface of the planet away from the village.

After I showered, we spent the next two months overseeing the mining of the raw naquadah. Jack enjoyed the assignment while I was growing irritable being away from Bonnie for so long. When she finally took pity on me and came over, the noises made that night left nothing to the imagination.

A week after we came back from that mission, we got a hit on the cold dialing sequence that Carter put into the computer. I was sent on a retrieval mission when SG-2s leader Colonel Makepeace was caught by the Tollans trying to steal technology from them.

When I arrived, I asked them if they wanted to exact their own laws on him as he was no longer on our world. They declined and threatened to break off diplomatic communication with my people if there was another attempt at theft on our part.

I sighed and brought the dumb Colonel back to the SGC. When I arrived, SG-1 had already left for the next mission. I was assigned to interrogation until I got who all was working with him. With a little compulsion, I got several rouge NID agents that were on the run and a signed confession that Senator Kinsey was the one that recruited him to do it.

That was the nail in the good senator's political coffin. When I gave my report and the signed confession to General Hammond he assured me it was the last thing he needed to get the senator booted out of office.

I joined him for the SG-1 call he made to check in. When he got a commander on the other side and saw the team in cages, he gave me the go ahead. I was combat ready in three minutes. His last words to me before I stepped through the gate were. "You are hereby authorized to bring back SG-1 by any means necessary."

I stepped through the gate and all hell broke loose as I slaughtered everyone accept the second in command. She was trembling and begging me not to kill her. I made her take me to my team and Daniel cried out. "Jesus, what did you do?"

I snorted. "I was authorized to bring you all back by any means necessary. They threatened to kill you all to make a point. She's the only survivor. The quarantine barrier is broken and Teal'c is still missing. So buck up and look alive."

I freed them all but I had to carry Jack and Carter to the MALP. I told Daniel. "Take the gear, drive the MALP back through the gate and be sure to use your IDC."

I watched him get everything together and left. He threw up when he got outside. Ok, I admit I may have gone overboard but I hate religious zealots. When he finally left, I knocked out the woman and removed the DHD from under the ground.

I sent a psychic pulse to the people on the other continent where they still had reason, the location of the gate. From the stirring that I felt, they were gearing up for a final war. I sighed and stopped them by calming them down.

When Teal'c arrived with a ship. I put the DHD in the back and tied titanium and trinium chains to the gate and around the ship. When I sat inside next to Teal'c I told him. "Everyone else is through the gate. I'm moving it to the other continent where they apparently dumped all the reasonable people."

The kid with him tried telling me about it not being safe but I snorted and we took flight. "Kid, I've been to more planets that the years you've been alive. I can handle zealots, I mean, look what I did to the religious faction that had taken over the gate. They aren't preaching shit now. Either sit down or jump out."

I flew us with the gate, cloaked as far as the world was concerned to the other continent. I located their largest city and parked the gate right in their town square. The cloaking fell away and I unhooked the chains. The gate was nestled between to medium size rocks that would hold it perfectly.

I set the ship down not far away and slid the DHD of onto solid ground slowly. We'd gathered a crowed now. I helped Teal'c out of the ship and spoke to the crowed. "This kid with us found your oh so important ring. The god your neighbors believe in is an alien that enslaved your people from my world and brought you here. I don't give a shit about your religions or beliefs, if you still want to be friends with the home world of your ancestors, we'll send a delegation of democratic people to talk with your leaders. If not, then this will be the last I see of you and your people."

I dialed the gate on my wrist band and sent the IDC. I put up an impenetrable barrier between their continents and walked through. The kid followed us. When I arrived on the other side, I passed of Teal'c to the medics and told the teams to stand down that the kid was a friendly. The gate cut off and I did my debrief.

I got some heat for what I did to the religious zealots, but I told him simply. "I demanded they surrender, they fired and I killed them all. I couldn't risk the teams lives on a possibility that the weapons they were using wouldn't kill me before I saved them. Was it necessary to inflict those kinds of injuries? I'm not sure. Most of the injuries weren't fatal and I kept giving them chances to surrender but they were zealots and they were as bad as any cult I've ever seen, and worse then most of even them. I tried to be peacekeeper in case they were to become our allies. After the first few commuted themselves to death before surrender, I killed them as cleanly and quickly as possible. I moved the gate to the second continent in the hopes of at least furthering a possible relationship with one half of their world. I suggest you send a MALP and find out if they're open to diplomatic relations with us. Might be wise to include the Nox to make sure it stays peaceful."

He nodded solemnly. "I apologize for the third degree, but the way Dr.Jackson described it, it was a bloodbath or needless slaughter."

I sighed and rubbed my eyes. "All of the team had been injured and tortured, I knew that going in. You're aware of my feelings on religious zealots as well. If you had asked me during the fight, I would have told you with cold logic my every move and why. But now that my emotions are laid bare, I can't honestly say if I had let my feelings dictate my actions. If you ask for more than that, I don't know what to tell you sir."

He nodded in understanding and I went to shower and get some rest. The next few days were strange at best and weird at worst. I was pulled into DC to give a deposition on my interrogation of Colonel Makepeace. He didn't deny it or even try to fight or lie about anything and Senator Kinsey was disgraced and kicked out of office.

I went back to base and found the kid working as Daniel's aid. The trade between his world and ours went through with the Nox as peaceful relations trying to make peace between both continents.

Like I said, weird. Zealots were trying to kill thief old enemies and their weapons bounced off the shield and wounded and killed many of their own people. Only the Nox could pass through the barrier as you literally had to mean no harm to anyone on the other side to pass through.

Lya found it unique and I instructed her on how to make her own with illusions. She helped make a deal with our people and the new owners of the stargate. An even trade, technology for abandon safe worlds they could call home safe from the religious idiots.

Our MALP scanners got all their technology blueprints and they chose what to trade for with the Nox as middle men. We now had the ability to make flying transport vehicles, and most of their stun and shield technology.

They got to move to a very nice primitive world that they began turning into a decent home.
