The King was found just above the large floor, in the small war room of the Keep. The tower continued climbing higher than this point, but most of that space was dedicated to defences and yet more storage, at least according to Leo.
To the left of the room as they entered, there was a small window that acted as a natural light source for the room, with the angle of the window casting light directly onto the table found at the centre.
When they entered the war room, Marcus noticed that, along with who he presumed was the King, there was also an older man and a young girl.
Glancing up from the large table in the centre of the room and looking towards the door, Edmian acknowledged the fact that Marcus and Leo had entered.
"Is that him," he asked, looking at Leo.
"It is," Leo responded.
"I'm Marcus," Marcus said.
