In the forest, Renata was walking through the forest since she needed to hone her skills while wearing her mask.
The mask she wore has violet lines on her eye sockets with no nose and mouth holes but she's able to breathe in and out.
She then saw a hooded man who was bringing a briefcase. Walking groggily with a wide and vile grin on his face.
Renata: "..." 'Sage. Show me the status of his.'
Sage: "'Checking the Status...'"

Renata slowly walked toward him and Valoir then suddenly turned his head at her.
Valoir: "Ah...!"
He then saw black hair with a violet shade at the bottom hair of Renata.
Valoir: "Please don't kill me...! I want to live!"
He immediately kneeled and groveled in front of her.
Renata: "...Sit. And stop begging for your life."
Valoir: "H-Huh...?"
Renata: "How about we become friends?"
She put out her hand and reached him.
Valoir: "..."
He didn't reach for her hand and stood up.
Valoir: "I'm sorry, Miss Ziselaer. But I have a business for Empyrean Academy students to do."
Renata: "..." 'What happens if I let him go?'
Sage: "'There's a possibility that he will create destruction to Empyrean Academy. But the Headmaster and your Uncle Broderick can easily handle him so there is no need to panic.'"
Renata: 'Right. This terrorist setting is mentioned in the novel, so this scene happened before the twin protagonists were summoned here.'
Sage: "'Precisely.'"
Renata: "Fine then. Have it your way but if you want to change your mind, I'll be happy to befriend you too."
She told him and walked out to the exit of the forest.
Valoir: "..."
He then went to his merry way with a briefcase.
Sage: "'Question: Why did you let him go?'"
Renata: 'Letting the adults handle him.'
Sage: "'I see.'"
Renata walked onto the road until she saw a broken down and abandoned village. She paid no mind at all as she didn't want to go to weird, strange, or scary places.
Renata: "..."
Sage: "'What is wrong, young miss?'"
Renata: 'Am...I still the same girl as before...? Hesitation, sympathetic, pitifulness, and...kindness..?'
Sage: "'You are trying to forget your old self trying to perfect yourself so that you won't have any weakness but you still have a heart of sympathy in you.'"
Renata: "Yeah..."
As such, Renata tried walking back until she heard a faint cough coming from the abandoned village.
Renata: "..."
Renata: 'Sage...even though I'm not in my old life, I still want to help people...'
Sage: "'Then it is your chance to reclaim your old kindness.'"
Renata: "Yeah. I know."
And Renata went to the abandoned village. All the buildings were broken down, filled with moss, and even signs of fire accidents. The abandoned village is abandoned...
Renata: "Now, where is everyone...? Or did I mishear the cough?"
She heard a loud coughing noise coming from the middle house far from the entrance. As Renata entered the entrance, she looked from side to side. The right side has a barn but there's no animal there at all and the left side is full of abandoned houses and a well but when she looked at the well water, it's full of mud.
Renata: "..."
As she walked towards the middle house, the coughing noise got louder as she walked forward.
She stopped in front of the middle house, while she was about to knock politely.
???: "Hey, missy."
Such a familiar voice...is it..?
Renata: "Ah, Rey. Long time no see."
Rey, as usual, had light green long hair, and a muscular body, and wore a black outfit without sleeves.
Rey: "Missy, why are you in this abandoned place? A noble like you doesn't have to visit the places like this."
Renata: "Well, I got suddenly concerned because I heard loud coughing."
Rey: "..."
Rey sighed
Rey: "Come with me, Missy."
Renata: "Alright, then."
Rey gently opened the door and there, Renata saw the inside. The walls are cracked, and filled with moss, and there she saw a woman with light green hair and green eyes like Rey. It's like a girl version of Rey himself but the woman's body is very skinny, Renata can see her stomach isn't plump and fat as it shows ribs. Poor her, what is wrong with her body?
Rey: "She's been cursed. She accidentally touched a dark mana crystal instead of a light mana crystal which is full of dangerous properties. She cannot eat normal food no matter what, I tried giving her light mana crystals to fill her stomach but she can't eat no matter what...her name is Layla, my older sister."
Renata: "Dark mana crystal..."
Sage: "'Dark mana crystal. They're dangerous and must not touch at cost mana crystals because when one touches them without knowing, they will be cursed, die, or go insane like monsters.'"
Renata: 'Is there a cure for it?'
Sage: "'Searching...no.'"
Renata: 'Dammit....'
Sage: "'But there is an alternative but it's dangerous.'"
Renata: 'Will it cost her life...?'
Sage: "'Yes so that's why we need a substitute to heal her. Like Sir Rey for example. He is very healthy and is been trained as an assassin since young so a bit of his life will cure his sister.'"
Renata: '...He'll be my husband when I turn 20 but now...his life will be transmitted to his sister...'
Sage: "'Precisely.'"
Renata: "There's a cure. Give a bit of your lifespan to your older sister and it will cure her."
Rey: "Sigh...how did you come up with this..?"
Renata: "Just...a knowledge from my family."
Sage: "'And I took that personally.'"

And Rey talked to his older sister but when Renata saw Layla, her eyes had no life in them. It seems like she's dying.
Rey: "She said yes. Since she wants to live."
Renata: "Alright."
Sage: "'Here are the instructions.'"
Renata listened to Sage's instructions and followed so thoroughly and carefully.
Rey's lifespan is now transmitted to his older sister in half.
Layla: "...I..."
Rey: "Ugh...! It's like I haven't eaten for 4 weeks?"
Renata: "You'll be fine in no time with healthy food to eat."
Rey: "Yeah...so, Layla. Do you feel something?"
Layla: "Yeah...it's like I already ate even though I didn't. Could you please give me something to eat...?"
Rey: "What I have right now is...some knives to assassinate and some bottle of poison..."
Renata: "..."
Layla: "Oh...how about something like a rock...? I'm craving for an object right now..."
Renata: 'What is this...? A side effect?'
Sage: "'Now that, her health is back she needs to eat objects instead of normal food.'"
Renata: 'This is similar to a superhero who eats objects to power up or something from my previous life...'
Rey: "I can't give you an object to eat! That's absolutely no way you are going to eat an object, let alone a rock!"
Layla: "Rey..."
Rey: "No. Just no."
Renata: "Here, eat this rock I found. Don't worry, it's thoroughly cleaned and washed."
Rey immediately grabbed the rock from Renata before Layla could take it.
Rey: "Are you insane, Missy?!"
Renata: "..."
As Rey is scolding Renata, they hear munching sounds from Layla. They looked back and saw Layla eating a wood.
Layla: "Wow. So delicious."
Rey: "Dammit-"
Renata: "Wait."
Rey: "...!"
Layla is perfectly fine eating the wood and seems that she's enjoying the flavor.
Rey: "O-Oi!? Layla! Stop eating that wood!"
Rey yelled in desperation and anger
Layla: "Too late. I swallowed it."
Layla burped loudly
Rey: "Y-You?! Stupid Layla! Why did you-"
Renata: "Stop shouting at her. Instead, she will eat objects for the rest of her life since she got cursed by the dark mana crystal many years ago. You can't do anything about it."
Rey: "Tch...fine. But I will be the one to give her safe objects to eat."
Layla: "Even when I eat objects, my whole body is perfectly fine..."
Rey: "Yeah? Okay then."
Rey smiled at his older sister, Layla genuinely.
Renata: "Tell me what happened to this village? Was it for-"
Rey: "You remembered that Perra is our family member? Well, she destroyed this village and executed all the villagers except me and Layla. We were commoners until Perra managed to win the heart of the King of Akron. She's very despicable. She cast a spell on this village using forbidden magic. She cursed this village to never be seen by people or even plants. You're lucky because you're a Ziselaer, it won't affect you."
Renata: "Huh... I will go back and tell you the results of my tournament."
Rey looked at Renata in confusion but he nodded at her answer a bit.
And Renata left the village. She arrived at her household and went to her father's office.
Renata: "Dad. Let's build a charity."
Kyle: "What?"
Kyle stopped typing on his laptop.
Kyle: "What do you mean build a charity?"
Renata: "I'm planning to build a whole city under our last name, Elliott."
Kyle: "Hmm...well. We can try building a charity. Though what is the reason?"
Renata: "I'm sure all the abandoned villagers will come to our care."
Kyle: "Alright. Let's build a city."
Since Renata's tournament is almost coming, she needed to hurry up and train faster and harder though she takes a break often. Kyle started building a village first with the help of his trusted dwarf blacksmith, Mr. Smith.
Renata and her friend group were training in different locations.
Valoir was preparing some traps around the Empyrean Academy plaza and well, the headmaster, Ferdinand was busy doing some business somewhere.
Valoir: "Heh..."
It's the 7th day already and now people are excited to group up and win the rounds. The 7 kids Reinelle, Uriah, Serene, Scarlett, Lilificent, Juanilia, and Macaria were in separate places since they didn't know each other except Reinelle and Lilificent.
Then Renata's friend group came in with black and violet military uniforms walking together like soldiers. Everyone is shocked, confused, and baffled at them.
Serene: "What the heck...?"
Scarlett: "Wow." (in a sarcastic tone)
Announcer: "Hello, children! Let's prepare for the grouping, okay!"
The announcer was as loud as ever, grouping every child into respective groups with names.
Announcer: "Reinelle, Uriah, Serene, Scarlett, Lilificent, Juanilia, and Macaria! You're group fantasy!"
Reinelle: "Yay, Lilificent."
Serene: "Nice to meet you."
Macaria: "Aren't you a child model?"
Scarlett: "Hope they aren't going disturb my sleep."
Uriah: "Oh, I'm very nervous."
Juanilia: "I hope we get along fine!"
Lilificent: "Heh, it's nice to meet you too."
Announcer: "Since you're always together, I call it the destructive children!"
Renata: "No naming sense, I guess..."
Announcer: "Now then, we will teleport you to a forest together with your group! Good luck!"
Leonard: "He's very annoying."
Announcer: "Oh, wait. Don't forget to points by stealing coins from every group so if stolen by another group, your coins will appear again in 2 to 10 minutes so don't worry, and happy hunting!"
The destructive children of Renata's group were in the forest full of giant trees, numerous alien plants, and full of bugs.
Renata: "Let's split up, collect as many coins as you want, and come to our hidden base! Move out!"
Children: "Yes!"
And her friends moved out.
Renata prepared a hidden base and waited until her friends came back with many coins in their pouches.
Tessalia: "..."
Tessalia the elf princess and current friend of Renata is now looking for a target to steal coins.
She readied her bow made from Iron Bull, a monster as their skin is very durable and strong so she requested a bow made from Iron Bull's skin to her royal personal dwarf smith for Elf royals named Fimth, the brother of Mr. Smith in Elliott's household.
There she saw a clueless child. It's from the Flower Hall and her group name is Genuine Flowers.
The girl hummed while walking with an axe in her hand. But Tessalia has an advantage, she pulled her bowstring with an arrow and waited until the girl with an axe let her guard down.
Girl with an axe: "Lalalalala~!"
Tessalia finally lets go of the arrow
Whoosh!
Without a sound, the arrow snatched the girl with an axe's pouch of coins and then it went back to Tessalia the owner.
Girl with an axe: "Huh? Where's my pouch?!"
Tessalia counted the coins in the pouch as she disappeared into the shadows with the help of Luke Grey, who had shadow magic.
Tessalia: "The girl with an axe has 30 coins! Lucky!"
Luke: "Yeah, congratulations. Now it's my turn."
Tessalia: "Be careful!"
Even though Luke jumped into the shadows, he nodded at her as he would be careful of his movements.
In other places, Elaine was carrying her spear on her right shoulder, finding a target to steal coins with speed.
"Hello."
Elaine turned her head at a boy with brown hair and green eyes. He's someone from the Ground Hall. He wore brown clothes that looked unique and something comfortable for the dagger user.
Elaine: "Oh, hey? Nice to meet you..."
...
Elaine: "Poop?"
???: "Hah?! It's Pascall!"
Elaine: "Sorry. I tend to forget the names that seem ugly and the person is very ugly like manure too."
Pascall: "You, bitch."
Elaine: "Sorry. I like to irritate people I don't like."
Elaine said sarcastically while holding her spear on her right shoulder as she looked at Pascall with a devious smirk on her face.
Pascall: "You...! Sigh...getting angry at someone who is very childish is very immature."
Elaine: "Hah?"
Pascall: "You heard me. You're very immature for a 5th grader."
Elaine: "So what I'm immature? At least being smart makes it seem you're going to win this round doesn't mean it's going to be your winning round? Tell me, which weapon will win? The spear or the dagger?"
Pascall: "Let's test it out then!"
Pascall dashed towards Elaine with a dagger in his hand.
Elaine: "..."
Elaine: 'His speed is similar to Luke's...'
Elaine avoided Pascall's first slash to the left side then she kicked his leg to make him fall and lose his balance.
Pascall: "Woah?!"
He almost lost his balance and then Elaine gracefully and hurriedly stabbed the back of his shirt with her pointy spear.
Elaine: "Speed is important too."
Elaine immediately grabbed his coin pouch on his hip then when she lifted her spear, she threw him up and then an iron arrow flew towards Pascall, and then the arrow struck the back of his shirt again into the tree.
Pascall: "Oi?! Put me down!"
Elaine: "Nice, Tessa."
Tessalia was the one who shot an iron arrow at Pascall's shirt.
Elaine counted the coins in the pouch.
Elaine: "Oh, he has 20 coins. Well, what can I say? The more the merrier, the more chance we'll get in the first place."
She said while walking merrily to the forest.
In the lakeside, four kids are walking through the lakeside and then they suddenly stop because they think there are no enemies around so they decide to take a break.
Kid 1: "Phew...hey. Did you guys have food?"
Kid 3: "Nope."
Kid 4: "Me neither."
Kid 1: "Oh, what about you?"
Kid 2: "No."
Kid 1: "Man...we didn't prepare our rations, huh?"
Kid 2: "W-Well...let's find food ourselves?"
Kid 4: "Okay. Since the date for the end will be in 15 days we got time."
Kid 3: "Yeah...? Hey? Where is this fog coming out?"
Kid 1: "Well, we're at the lakeside but it's daytime so why now?"
Kid 4: "Is it a-"
Whack!
Kid 1: "O-Oi?! Where are you?!"
Smack!
Kid 1: "...What...the...?!"
Smack!
Kid 3: "OI?!"
Kid 2: "G-Guys?! Where are you?!"
He slowly backed away in fear since he couldn't see the fog very well as his foot almost fell on the lake but suddenly...
Splash!
Kid 2: "Wah-"
He got suddenly pulled into the lake and pushed towards the lake ground so that he wouldn't escape. He struggled to get away and almost died but he fainted after he got hit his head by a heavy rock.
A few minutes later. He suddenly woke up and now he was trapped with green vines around him and he saw his teammates too but what was shocking was that their pouches were gone.
Kid 2: "Our pouches are gone?!"
Kid 1: "Oi, you're right!"
Kid 3: "Dammit! Who was it?!"
Kid 4: "We woke up and now our pouches are gone...!?"
In the middle of the lake after the trapping the four kids with green vines were made by Rosette Valentina and the one who did the drowning is Bluesette Valentina.
Rosette: "They had 24 coins in each of their pouches."
Bluesette: "So, it's 96 coins."
Rosette: "Let's get more."
Bluesette: "Yes."
In the place where the trees are very surrounded and have no space left but a good opportunity for Levine and Zion.
Levine: "Eh...I'm so nervous...I hope we can pull it off..."
Zion: "M-Me too..."
The two boys are shaking while looking out for any signs of an enemy to steal their pouches before they can steal them.
???: "Rah! I got you-"
Levine: "Kya! [Earth magic: Tree Vines!]"
Levine screamed like a girl as usual and the enemy from the Sky Hall was caught up by Levine's tree vines.
???: "Hmph!"
Zion: "G-Good job, Levi...!"
Levine: "Yeah-"
But they could celebrate, someone suddenly grabbed Levine and put the knife in front of his neck.
It's someone from the Sky Hall.
Sky Hall student 1: "You! Do not make a sound or move! Give me your coins and we call it a quiet negotiation."
Zion: "A-Are you crazy?! You are not allowed to kill anyone!"
Sky Hall student 1: "But it's okay to injure them, right? So I can cut his throat right in front of you. Give me your coins or I'll cut his flimsy neck."
Levine: "No, Zion! Don't give him!"
Zion: "I...!"
Zion bit his lips in frustration as he tried to find a way to defeat the boy because after all, he had his training, but he still couldn't do it such as defeating an enemy. Even though snakes are cold-blooded killers, he is not cold-blooded but a little snake boy who has issues about how he can't defeat an enemy.
Zion: 'What should I do?! I can't defeat an enemy, let alone kill a fly! How? I have no courage like Adam, I have no speed like Elaine, I have no strategy like Renata, and I'm not a skilled assassin like Luke! What What should I do?! I'm Not my sister Serra who can readily defeat enemies!'
Then Zion unexpectedly remembered that he used tame magic on a snake he did before encountering the sky hall student.
Zion: 'It's now or never...!'
Then the sky hall student abruptly bounced back after he felt something bit his right leg off guard. Levine was finally freed from his hostage as he coughed up while walking towards Zion in a hurry.
Sky hall student: "What did you do to me?!"
Zion: "I didn't do anything to you."
Zion said while shielding Levine from the sky halk student. Zion looked at him with a bit of fear and belief of him winning this round.
Hiss!
Sky hall student: "What was that?! Was that a snake?!"
Zion: "Yes. I can tame snakes at ease so please..."
Slither....slither...
All the snakes started to surround the Sky Hall student in a slow and unnerving way creeping up on him.
Sky hall student: "Wah?! Get it off me! Ew ew ew! Tell me to stop!"
Zion: "Only if you give us your coin pouch."
Sky hall student: "The tables have turned, isn't it?! I won't give it to you!"
Levine: "Zion...what should we do...?"
Zion: "..." 'Think Zion! Think! If I were Renata or Eldar, what would they do?'
Zion looked down on the grassy ground as he bit his lip and clenched his right hand.
Hissss.....
Sky hall student: "O-Oi!? What are you doing right now?!"
Then the snakes grabbed him and trapped him in their discomfort coils.
Sky Hall student: "H-Hey?! Let me- hmph!"
The snakes wrapped his head with their tail to shut him off. The other snake snatched the coin pouch from him and gave it to Zion.
Zion: "Thank you."
And then after that, the Sky Hall student was thrown away by the snakes into a lake after he passed out.
Levine: "..."
Levine looked at Zion out of concern.
Levine: "Are you alright...?"
Zion: "Oh, it's fine."
Zion: 'What was that...? It's not like I can't command many snakes but something controlled my body out there and the snakes increased...what happened to me while I was out...?'
In the end, Zion went back to their base while Levine followed him along with a sweat dropped on his cheek.
In The Destructive Children or Renata's group base
Renata: "Hmm...we have collected 256 coins. That's diminutive..."
She said as she crossed her arms and thought to herself.
Renata: 'Luke and Jonson are still on the move. And Sebastian is doing some meditation....shall I go and steal the coin pouches...? Nah. I need to protect our base as my shadow knights are hunting the coin pouches for us.'
On the other side of the lakeside
Ocean Hall Student 1: "OI?! THAT BRAT'S SHADOW KNIGHT IS SO SCARY! RUN!"
All the Ocean Hall Students ran away from Renata's one shadow knight, The Assassin knight named Rogue. As it happens Renata tries to give him a beautiful name but he refuses her idea and gives her his former name from his former life too so Renata doesn't refuse him but accepts it.
Rogue: "I stole their coin pouches from those children but they're a few...7 coin pouches...will my new Master praise me...?"
Rogue had a harsh life before he became a shadow knight of Renata. He used to be an assassin for the Scarlet King but he got punished by his King for no reason as his previous took great joy in torturing him and giving his king small mistakes not as ordered by him.
Rogue: "Sigh..."
Rogue sighed and went back to his master.
At Renata's group base.
Sebastian: "Renata. I have collected 30 coin pouches as I was lucky to find a group of Wood Hall Students together. There were 30 of them."
Renata: "Good job, Sebastian."
Rogue came out of Sebastian's shadow too.
Rogue: "My Empress...I have collected 7 coin pouches..."
Rogue: 'Will she get mad and punish me for giving her a small amount...?'
Renata: "Oh, that's fine! With this, we can reach 500 coin pouches in no time! It's 293 coin pouches right now!"
Renata poured all the coin pouches into her spatial bag.
Renata: "Now then, let's steal 'em all!"
Sage: "'That catchphrase is from an anime called Pókemon, right?'"
Renata: 'Yes.'
In the dark groves
Kid 1: "Man, it's so dark in here. I can barely see what's in the front...!"
Kid 2: "Quit complaining, will you?"
Kid 3: "Ugh...it's so dark...I can't see anything! Has anyone had a flashlight?"
Kids 1 & 2: "I don't have a flashlight/ Sorry, I don't have one."
Kid 3: "Sigh..."
As their feet walk on the muddy and dirty ground, their shoes are likely to be filled with mud and dirt.
Kid 2: "Yuck! I need to wash them after this ordeal..."
Kid 1: "Yeah, so after this tournament, we can celebrate even if we lose or win since this is our first time attacking our schoolmates instead of wooden dummies or dummies made of any magic."
Kid 3: "Yeah."
Whoooshhhh....
Kid 3: "Brrr....! It suddenly went cold! I wish we brought our jackets or any warm clothing."
Kid 2: "I feel you. But we need to get out of this scary grove first since this place isn't pleasing for others."
Kid 1: "Yes, let's go!"
Slash!
Kid 1: "Wha-"
The one child unexpectedly got the lower part of his stomach slashed by a sharp dagger he couldn't see the culprit since it was too sudden and fast.
Slash! Slash! Snatched!
Kids 2 & 3: "Oi?! Who was it?!/our coin pouches?!"
Immediately, the three boys suddenly gave up as their bodies were being slashed by a sharp dagger. But the injury wasn't serious but their will to complete their tournament unscathed is wounded.
In one of the trees, a boy with a mask, bluish-grey hair, and yellow eyes was sitting on the tree branch while holding the pouches of coins in his right hand while his left hand was holding a sharp dagger made of iron orc's skin as the blade is made of iron orc's tusks, and the hilt is made of iron orc's nails.
Luke: "Tsk...3 pouches but all the coins they had are little as 9 coins isn't enough to reach the objective."
He disappeared into the shadows once again, leaving the three boys in a panicked state now complaining and blaming one another.
In the meantime, Jonson was doing his job at collecting coin pouches from every kid he met and stealing them from them.
Eldar: "Sigh..."
He sighed while he pushed back his glasses in frustration because he caught 6 children with 10 coin pouches being caught up by Eldar as their bodies were wrapped with hard and heavy ropes.
Eldar: "They have 40 coins each. How lucky for them but very unlucky to face me."
He said whilst holding his halberd spear in a graceful and violent twirl manner.
All the groups are struggling with collecting coin pouches while others are efficiently accumulating coin pouches at ease.
