CHAPTER 57

After the inauguration ceremony of Dae Hyun as the vice chairman, Dae Hyun was quickly becoming famous among the people especially the ladies when they saw the new vice chairman of APEX on the news. His good looks, charm and brain made him well known and famous within a short period of time but it was especially his good looks because he got more female fans as they thought he looked like a celebrity.

Dae Hyun arrived at work with Min Hye in his car and was surprised to see a mob of highschool and college girls at the entrance of the company, cheering his name as they sighted him, something they often did to celebrities.

Dae Hyun forced a smile on his face as he saw them, if there was one thing he hated, it was noise and loud bickering, it was disturbing and annoying but he couldn't tell them that now since he was supposed to be perceived as an Angel in the eyes of all, so he had to plaster a fake smile on his face as the girls neared him but security immediately stopped the girls from going any closer to him as they came between them. Min Hye ignored them all and continued walking into the building, she had no reason to feel jealous since they were all kids and she knew how repulsed he felt towards them even though he didn't show it.

"He's so hot!" "He looks even better than a celebrity." "She's so lucky, I'm jealous." "We love you Dae Hyun!"

The girls chattered endlessly until he disappeared from their sight into the building.

Dae Hyun's smile dropped immediately he went into his office with Min Hye beside him.

"They're so fucking loud." He said with a frown on his face. He had wanted the inauguration ceremony to be private with no reporters or cameras around but the chairman had refused. The moment they got into the office, he saw gift baskets piled up at one corner of his office.

"You wouldn't like me to have them, right? I'll throw them out." He said with an unfazed tone.

Min Hye didn't say a word as she watched him go through his phone.

"I have a business meeting today?" He asked and she nodded.

"Yes, it's around Seven." She replied but he had a grim look on his face.

"Who am I having a meeting with?" Dae Hyun asked curiously.

"Miss Lee of Lee Chemicals." She replied and he nodded thoughtfully. He wondered what business she had with him or why she even wanted to see him.

"I don't have any important business in the day, right?" He asked with a mischievous smirk on his face.

"No...Not really." She replied with a small voice when she saw a familiar glint in his eyes as he moved closer to her, wrapping one strong arm around her waist, he pulled her closer to him, pressing her body into his.

"We have the day to ourselves then.." Dae Hyun said with a low husky and seductive voice and Min Hye felt aroused as she looked into his grey eyes swirling with raw desire.

"We promised to be professional at work.." She trailed off when she felt his mouth on her neck, sucking her soft skin behind her ear lobe. "Dae Hyun..." She called with a low voice as she closed her eyes, enjoying the feel of his mouth on her.

She noticed that he was close to the Chairman and his family and it definitely wasn't because he liked them, she knew it was impossible for him to like other people since he was an antisocial person so there was a motive behind everything he did, he had maintained a strong friendship and loyalty with the family for years, he was patient, calculative and smart.

She wondered what he could be planning if he waited all these years to strike now. She knew he liked playing mind games with people so she wondered if this was one of his mind games.

"What are you thinking about?" Dae Hyun's deep voice woke her out of her trance.
