　　I was standing under the shower. The warm water was flowing freely on my body. The shift was way harder than I had expected. My body ached all over right after I shifted back. But Tracy healed me quickly. After that, I dressed up again and Alpha Elijah brought me back home. He didn't say much since he saw Tracy. He asked me her name and whatever I knew about her.
