[Later, Honnouji Student Council Room]

After the events of the previous days shocked the whole school of the Transfer Students public Students gossip spreading rumors like wildfire. Satsuki was enjoying her tea in peace in the student council room but her friends on the other hand…

They were furious for one reason or another except for the blue-haired boy with an amused look on his face. He was busy searching for clues related to the transfer Student's previous history.

The Snake Nonon Jakuzure is petite with pink hair and an angular face unlike most females in the series, she has a small bust and medium hips she is almost always seen with a skull-marked hat, except as a child, where she had a pet monkey that sat on her head. Nonon Jakuzure is the Non-Athletic Committee Chair in the student council.

The Toad Ira Gamagori is a large, muscular young man who has a darker-toned complexion and short blonde hair his eyebrows are noticeably thick and he wears a pair of small gold earrings in his enlarged earlobes, and is often dressed in his Three-Star Goku Uniform and Gamagori's varying size changes according to the size of his emotions. Ira Gamagori is the Disciplinary Committee Chair of the student council.

The Monkey Uzu Sanageyama is a teenager with mid-length dark green hair and gray eyes he wears a Three-star Goku Uniform, specially made into a long white coat with a high collar and he has a built-in sword sheath at the back and three spikes on each shoulder, the coat is usually open at the front, which shows his cadet-blue colored vest as he also wears matching white pants and shoes, and a belt with three metal spikes on the front. Uzu Sanageyama is the Athletic Committee Chair of the student council.

The Dog Hoka Inumuta has a tealish hair color and neat hair he has a collar-neck suit, which, at the collar, opens whenever he talks, and He also wears unique eyeglasses that are tinted blue. Hoka Inumuta is the Information and Strategy Committee Chair of the student council.

Currently, the four of them are discussing the latest topic the transfer students. Nonon took her chance to finally say her words to the monkey and toad in her usual poison tone, "Um… putting the responsibility on someone else's shoulders is such a shame! More importantly, that girl's name is Matoi Ryuko correct? What were those scissors that she was holding? Satsuki-sama?"

Satsuki finishes drinking a cup of her tea and opens her eyes again replying to Nonon her question in a serious tone, "Those are the scissors that can cut the Goku Uniform."

That statement alone caused the members of Toad, Monkey, and Snake to be surprised as they all say in unison yelling in surprise, "Why does an exchange student have something of that power?!"

Satsuki stands up looking at a large screen of maps of Japan showing pictures of Ryuko, and Mash as she says in a calm voice, "Right now we have much more important matters on our hands, like the control of all schools in the country. Inumuta you know the identity of the trespasser, correct?"

Hoka then explains who the trespasser was someone from Kobe's Armed Alliance in Kansai Satsuki begins to explain the remaining plan for nationwide all-school domination is only 10% away.

With that, Satsuki nods as she openly states her idea to them listening in a curious tone taking a sip of her tea, "Moving on I wish to discuss a topic between the Elite Four."

That person that Satsuki mentioned was Mash and that name and face alone was enough to make the member hate him as Fukuroda took his leave. More accurately his attitude for the lady of war.

As they were all seated around the student council room Ira was the first to complain about his actions with Gamagori in an annoyed tone, "How dare he! That student Bastion has violated one of the rules of Honnoji Academy of keeping things professional and most of all had the balls to defy Lady Satsuki in front of the whole school! He needs to be punished with the death sentence! That is unacceptable!!"

Nonon was furious as well for her reasons as she expressed disgust at Mash in an irritated tone, "No way you stupid Toad?! I'll be the one to teach that punk a lesson for even daring to call my friend Lady Satsuki a mongrel! The nerve of that naked ape!!"

Uzu was somewhat angry but more curious about the guy since he was able to handle Two-Star Goku Uniform and Kamui wearers with ease. He soon spoke in his usual laid-back tone gripping his bamboo sword, "Yeah I think that Bastion guy is asking for trouble I'll be the one to take care of him after all he harmed someone under me!"

Nonon was the first to call Sanageyama's bluff about caring for his subordinates seeing the excited grin on his face interested in fighting Mash in an angry tone, "I call bullshit Monkey! You just want the chance to fight this guy!"

*BAM*

Before anyone could speak Satsuki slams down her sheath blade as she glances over to Inumuta for a report in a stoic tone, "Inumuta status report about Mash Bastion! I want to know who exactly they are from since you notified me earlier about an anomaly occurring in our security system so?"

Inumuta just keeps on tapping on his laptop as he replies in a defeated tone as he answers Satsuki's question in a respectful tone, "Another dead end. Just like the dozens of times I've searched."

That statement catches off guard the other members. Nonon smirks seeing Inumata unable to gather information with a smug grin, "Oh? So even the dog himself couldn't track something? Color me shocked and disappointed. Then again, I guess you're expected to chase your tail occasionally."

Inumuta rolled his eyes used to Nonon's words sarcastically replied in a neutral tone adjusting his glasses, "I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were smart enough to warrant these searches yourself. Oh, wait! You're not! Color me shocked to the core!"

He was answered by a snicker rolling his eyes with a few insults to each member before Satsuki commanded in a neutral tone, "Enough."

That simple command was all it took for the Elite Four to immediately silence themselves. She fixed Inumuta with a critical eye in a serious tone, "Your results."

Adjusting his glasses and straightening them up Inumuta began to explain his report in a serious tone everything he could uncover, "Ahem. In truth, I don't have anything to relay. I've entered a few government networks, and not one has the name Mash Bastion in their database. Only the bare minimum info is required which is odd. Removing an identity from all databases is very possible, albeit difficult."

Scratching his head and raising an eyebrow he also addressed another important topic in his research in a curious tone, "As per your order, Lady Satsuki, I kept an eye on Ryuko Matoi and her group. It seems like they knew ahead of time of No Late Day."

This raised their curiosity as Saganayama raised an eyebrow in a bored tone, but Gamagori's eyes lightly widened, "So? How does knowing about No Late Day matter?"

Inumuta raised his glasses as Gamagori frowned as he explained making the members pause at the news in a serious tone, "It does Saganayama. No Late Day is a surprise event that occurs every semester but… we NEVER let the students know much less in Inumuta's defenses. It's to thin out the weak but for those in the Disciplinary Committee, we keep it that way to ensure stunts like Bastion or anyone did doesn't happen."

Inumuta nodded his head in agreement as he explained showing his data. The rest of the Student Council looked up at the monitor as he explained in a curious tone, "I agree. To which I find impossible how someone like him even knew. I know for a fact my defenses haven't been breached so that leads to the question how did he know? I doubt those loyal to Satsuki would snitch."

Using cameras around Honno City showing through the monitors with an impressed tone explaining, "It's hard to believe but it's as if he suddenly existed. I didn't find anything about him anywhere in the Revocs Corporation and Japan databases. Like he suddenly pops up into existence is the best way to describe him."

Now that got their attention and more surprised than anything especially since Inumuta used the Revocs Corporation database only to find specific no info on him. The Revocs Corporation is currently a heavily influential textile company owned by the Kiryuin conglomerate.

Revocs Corporation was arguably founded not long after Ragyo Kiryuin discovered the [Primordial Life Fiber] as the company accounts for currently 99% of global apparel industry sales. Behind the façade of a regular textile company, however, the company's goal is to assist [COVERS] in disseminating Life Fibers throughout the world.

Every piece of clothing issued by the company contains a small number of dormant Fibers, waiting to awaken and feed on their human wearers. But as such a large conglomerate also has a large database about most of the human world even the Japanese system is in their database even knowing and tracking the people with its large political power however…

The existence of anyone not being found by the company power is unheard of and thus something like him wasn't even registered was a surprise to the group.

When they heard that Mash Bastion wasn't even mentioned or recorded in the legal system until just today was a surprise to them. But that made Satsuki curious about him holding the club form in a curious tone, "Fight Club?"

He thought keeping his opinion to himself as Satsuki stopped drinking her tea and looked at Gamagori in a stoic tone, "You're fine to speak your thoughts Gamagori. Any opinion you have is greatly appreciated."

Gamagori having the permission expressed his thoughts with a narrowed glare in a cautious tone voicing his opinion, "Very well Lady Satsuki. When the young man requested the club, I was skeptical of his choice. It was when Matoi happily agreed that gave me doubt about allowing this club to form. It's as if they know something we don't."

Satsuki narrowed her eyes at the idea. It didn't take time as she agreed in a cautious tone the paper club form, "Hmm… very well then. I don't know their plans of forming this club but perhaps we can use them to weed out the weak in our ranks. This could prove to be the perfect chance while trying to find their purpose for this club."

Holding the club form Mash had given to the Student Council she threw it over to Nonon as she addressed Nonon in a neutral tone, "Nonon please be sure to authorize the Fight Club from our troublemakers."

Hearing this Nonon grin at this agreeing to follow her command in a respectful tone, "Ok Lady Satsuki. I'll be sure to give them the news."

They nodded at the news as the Elite Four was busy monitoring the progress of No Late Day and filing the paperwork of all students who would be expelled. Satsuki sat calmly in her chair sipping tea as she thought in a curious tone with a stern expression, 'Who or what are you?'
