For a couple of seconds, the two of us stared at each other blankly, neither moving as the air around us seemed to come to a standstill. I don't know how that happened but it does feel like time stopped as I stared straight into his eyes. 

Lunas are definitely some of the most dangerous to make jealous with the way they tend to be with their partners. That is the reason why they are the ones to choose the concubines, not the King Alpha. 

I don't know what to answer to him at the moment. He is looking straight in my eyes and I am a little bit … concerned, to say the least. 

Will I be able to outrun him if I need to? I wonder. 

"Orion?" He asked, waving his hands in front of me. "Talking with them again?" 

"Huh? Oh, sorry." I said quickly shaking my head, I need to pay attention to him. "Are you asking this question because you really want to know the answer or because you just want an excuse?"
