Hunger

The morning after, we woke up sore and caked in blood and sweat. We sent Altair to take a bath the moment we got up from the ground but he refused to go anywhere without me and … as I am also covered in blood, I agreed to bathe with him, much to the annoyance of the other two. 

I never did have to go to the bathroom while I was still just a spirit. And … part of me did not want to go to the bathroom, not wanting to look in the mirror where I will not be seeing anything look back at me. 

I tried it on the first day that we came to this cottage and just stared at myself in the mirror, not seeing anything and feeling distressed immediately. 

But now, as Altair is carrying me into the bathroom, he insisted on doing this, I refused at first but he was adamant and I did not care enough to argue with him, I can see myself in the bathroom.
