The Monstrous King and his sweet Evil Queen

In the mysterious realm of Kalvon, where shadows whispered tales of Kings and Queens, none were as infamous as King Jetaime. Whispers echoed through the cobblestone corridors and darkened chambers of the palace, painting a macabre portrait of a heartless sovereign scarred by the cruelty of fate. His legs, so the tales spun, were lifeless appendages, and his face, a grotesque canvas of boils. His was a visage that struck terror into the hearts of those who dared imagine it. Yet, destiny took an unforeseen turn on the eve of a grand wedding night. Princess Jaelyn, cursed and hidden away within the confines of Malavon Castle, was the unwilling pawn in a malevolent game of power. Her name, synonymous with evil, and her every step marked by the devil's touch. However, as she stepped into the grand hall to meet her monstrous groom, a man emerged before her, shattering the grotesque image painted by gossip. King Jetaime stood not as the rumored monster, but as a vision of unexpected sweetness, love, and undeniable handsomeness. The discrepancy between the tales and the reality sparked a whispered question in the minds of those who witnessed this surreal union — had she unwittingly married an imposter, or were the rumors nothing more than twisted fragments of a darker imagination? As King Jetaime and Princess Jaelyn embarked on their tumultuous journey, the chessboard of power and revenge unfolded. Locked in a dance of secrets and hidden motives, the two found themselves entangled in a love that defied the expectations set by the world. The King, who had never allowed anyone close, now placed his heart willingly in her hands. Princess Jaelyn, driven by the flames of vengeance, found an unexpected ally in the man she was supposed to despise. Together, they navigated the treacherous waters of courtly politics, facing a power struggle fueled by conspiracies that threatened to tear them apart. In the battle between love and destiny, the question lingered like an ethereal mist — was their connection a mere human maneuver or a divinely fated love? As the story unfolded, the narrative wove a tapestry of twists and turns, challenging the very essence of their existence. Could love truly conquer all things, or were some cases destined to be eternally hopeless? Two empty hearts, two lives devoid of love, collided in a dance of darkness and light. A monster king and an evil queen united to become one, their journey unfurling like a forbidden scroll. The world watched with bated breath as the saga unfolded — a tale of love, betrayal, and the relentless pursuit of a destiny that defied the predetermined life. Cover by Java graphics.

Operation successful

Jaelyn and Jetaime pretended to be asleep, with Jaelyn laying in his arms. As soon as she entered with the other officials and of course, consort Suva wouldn't miss that chance to reconfirm her suspicions, they turn quickly covering their eyes. "My king, it's time for morning court," one of the officials said with his back facing them.

"What time is it?" Jetaime said in his hoarse voice sounding like someone who just woke up. "8:00 am my king,"

"I see, keep it down the queen didn't have any sleep last night let her rest, why is everyone here so early?" Jetaime asks as he helps himself to wear his royal robe.

Everyone in the room had a smiley facing because they know what kept the queen awake all night, except Consort Suva who wasn't happy about her discovery. She place a seal on the door and it was intact. That means no one came in or out of the room.

'Is the king really infatuated by this girl that he is making her the queen?' she thought with a smile. To confirm their suspicions Jetaime slowly lift the blanket covering Jaelyn to give her a kiss on the neck, everyone in the room saw the blood stain on the bed, Jaelyn couldn't stay still having him that close to her, she quickly gets up and sits on the bed covering herself with the blanket. She was in light clothes after all.

"I will take care of her, my king," the old lady says happily as Jetaime nods and walks out majestically as the council members follow him. Once they were out of the door, the grandma asked sitting beside her on the bed, "How do you feel my queen?"

"My whole body hurts, I couldn't get to catch a sleep all night," Jaelyn said while everyone giggles and whispered among themselves which consort Suva found irritating.

"Hmm," the old lady clears her throat making the rest of the maids silent. "That's understandable, I will have them make you something nutritious, you will need to regain your energy for a night as well," she giggled.

"What! Tonight as well!" Jaelyn yells. "don't worry you will get used to it, normally the king has to spend most of his nights with you since you just get married," the old lady explains, Jaelyn frowns as the maids help her to get dressed and she was sent to the inner chamber. On their way, Demelza dresses as a maid and follows them.

"Madam Yina, will be with you soon," a maid said to Jaelyn as she stands behind the curtains, her heart wouldn't stop racing, she has no idea what was going to happen next and what Demelza had planned. The thought of their lie being exposed made her shiver. Once they had prepared her everyone left the chamber.

"Hey, you are finally here I was starting to get worried," Jaelyn said in relief when she saw Demelza, "Quick get behind the curtains over there, I will take your place for the inspection, we will switch back once she is done," Demelza says as they exchange cloths.

"What if we get caught?" Jaelyn was concerned, the maids will not leave her alone once the old woman was done. "No time to think about that, if you don't hide now then we will be caught," Demelza warns. "Okay," she did as she was told and went to hide.

Shortly after the old woman walks in and does her thing, she felt something odd but didn't pay much attention to it besides she had already seen and heard everything last night so she didn't give it another thought.

"My queen, you should take your bath and I will have them send you to your private chamber," the old woman said as Demelza hummed, "hm,"

"You must be too tired to even open your mouth, the king is really full of energy, and he should have gone easy on you. Don't worry I will tell him to be careful and gentle next time. I will also have them bring you some tonic to boost your energy," she added with a wide smile.

"Hm," Demelza hams again, "Did the queen lose her voice because of last night or she is trying to hide something?" Consort Suva's voice came through out of nowhere, making both Demelza and Jaelyn nervous.

'This old which can't mind her business,' Demelza thought thinking of a way to stop her from ruining their plan. 'Everything is over, she will surely find out the truth,' Jaelyn hissed as her heart raced inside her chest. Consort Suva was walking close to the curtains when Madam Yina stops her.

"Can't you see she is shy? Leave the poor girl alone, beside you shouldn't be here, now if you may, my lady, the queen needs to take a bath," she said making her furious, her tone put her in her place, and even though consort Suva wish to raise the curtains she still couldn't.

Demelza and Jaelyn both let out a deep breath. Madam Yina escorted her out, and the two switched back in a blink of an eye before the maids walk in to attend to her. Jaelyn was nervous the whole time and couldn't wait to be out of there. If anyone had spotted Demelza it would have been hard to explain.

"You really suffered my queen, see how pale and bulky your eyes have become," Pana hissed as she hands Jaelyn a clean towel. "The King…." Jaelyn tried to tell her not to worry about her but she interrupted her.

"The king is a beast my lady, a real monster he didn't even go easy on you," she added. "Pana, the King…." Jaelyn tried to speak up again but she interrupted her again.

"I know he is the king and I could lose my head for talking bad against him but still, I can't bear to see you in pain, my lady," she said with a soft sad smile.

Jaelyn tried to speak up again and tell her she is wrong about the king, in fact, everyone is wrong about the king but she saw a shadow who seems to be spying on them so she held her tongue and just smile.

"I want to lay down," Jaelyn said as they leave the bath chamber to her new huge chamber, not as huge as the king's chamber but it was equally huge, much huge them the one she had back home.

"the operation was successful," Demelza happily tells her husband Byron, "I know we could pull this off you and I are the best," Byron said planting a kiss on her lips.

"That witch Consort Suva almost ruin our plans, I wish I had added more spice to her drink," Demelza said with a smirk on her face Byron smiles he loves the idea as well the both of them can't stand her the same way their can't stand her sons.

"Make sure you don't come back here if you don't get a full detail of what happened between them last night,:" she said with a serious look pushing her husband away.

"what you know how your cousin is, see why don't we ask the princess rather?" Byron suggested.

"You mean the queen? seriously, girls don't like talking about stuff like that. She will feel embarrassed about it, she won't give me the full details. Now go before I ban you from our bedroom," Demelza threatened as she tilt her head asking him to leave.

"Okay," Byron reluctantly replied, she is the boss. he said in his heart, he was also curious about their night.
