"You're completely wrong…" Bruce denied the accusation. He had never met the woman before, how could she be his long-lost girlfriend?

"You're extremely good-looking, powerful, and talented. I'm sure plenty of girls would want a piece of you" Empress Lockwood swallowed the last piece of the dessert.

Looking at the seductive beautiful woman staring at him, Bruce subconsciously gulped. The situation was getting weird with his mother-in-law.

"MOM!" Meredith yelled.

"You all need to leave now!"

"Oh my, are you feeling jealous?" Empress Lockwood teased her daughter happily.

"Dad, do something!" Meredith turned to her father who was absent-minded the entire time as he slowly enjoyed the food.

"Huh?" Emperor Lockwood snapped out of his own world and saw his daughter angrily glaring at him.

"Wife, stop teasing our daughter. She's still sick" Emperor Lockwood said.

"Fine… She's very cute when she's like this. Don't you agree?"

"Ahem, no comments" Emperor Lockwood lightly coughed. He didn't want to get into his daughter's bad book. He too found his daughter adorable at the moment.

"Dad and mom, I will see you guys later" Meredith showed her parents to the door. She didn't want her mother to seduce Bruce any longer. Judging from Bruce's personality, he'd accept any pretty woman who winks at him.

"Get well honey" Empress Lockwood bid her daughter farewell.

"Goodbye, mother-in-law and father-in-law" Bruce bowed as the couple headed out.

"Take care of yourself, my son-in-law" Empress Lockwood giggled and left with her husband back to the Kingdom of Water.

"Your mom is a very nice person" Bruce enjoyed Empress Lockwood's company very much. He wouldn't mind if she stayed couple more days.

"What?" Bruce got scared as Meredith coldly stared at him.

"If you go after my mother, I'll cut off your manhood!" Meredith threatened.

Bruce laughed when he heard her threat. His princess was indeed jealous.

"Why would I go after your mother when I have the beautiful princess in my arms" Bruce hugged Meredith tightly. It had been a while since the two were intimate.

"What happened after I passed out?" Meredith asked. She didn't remember anything other than protecting Sophia. She herself didn't know why she jumped in front of Sophia.

"Isn't it obvious? Your super awesome boyfriend saved the day and defeated the bad guys!" Bruce proudly narrated the story to Meredith and made himself into a superhero.

"Pfft…" Meredith let out a light laugh as Bruce described his fight in an outrageous manner.

"So, the dragon turned into the size of a planet, and I smashed his stomach with just my gaze"

"Then, the demon summoned beings from hell just to get smacked by me in one hit"

"The angels found my face so handsome and my powers so blinding that they invite me back to their continent"

"Okay, Mr. Superhero, you can stop bragging now" Meredith rolled her eyes at Bruce. She wondered when her boyfriend was going to grow up.

"What happened between you and the woman from the other group of humans?" Meredith didn't feel comfortable leaving Bruce alone with pretty women.

"Nothing. She left without saying goodbye" Bruce answered honestly.

"Good, I believe you" Meredith saw no lies in Bruce's eyes.

"Did you obtain the Worldly Supreme inheritance?" Meredith completely forgot about the main objective of the mission.

"There was no Worldly Supreme inheritance" Bruce laughed when Meredith asked him that question. His teacher and others have also asked him. When he revealed to them that the trial was a scam, everyone was shocked.

"What a waste of time!" Meredith felt bitter thinking about the trial.

"Everyone in the group got stronger due to the nether pond so it's not a complete waste" Bruce nudged his girlfriend's thinking a bit.

"I guess you're right" Meredith sighed. Unfortunately, she fell behind everyone else and had to cultivate diligently to catch up to them. She wondered when she would reach the Divine King realm.

"Meredith, I have to leave now. My teacher is calling me" Bruce kissed Meredith goodbye and left her house.

Meanwhile, on another continent in the world, A magnificent palace is seen floating in the air. A portal appeared at the entrance of the palace with many people walking out of the portal.

"Young mistress, welcome back!" The guards saluted the beautiful woman who came out of the portal. She was the leader of the other humans in the trial. Her facial expression didn't change as the guards saluted her.

"Is the queen available for a meeting?" The woman asked.

"Young Mistress, the queen just came out of seclusion. You may request an attendance with her"

The guards escorted the group to the palace. Only the young woman was allowed to seek attendance with the queen. The others were told to go back to their homes.

The woman flew up to the highest floor of the palace and spoke in a soft tone to a chamber protected by countless runes.

"Master, I have returned. I wish to talk to you about my experience in the trial"

No one replied to her request, but she calmly waited outside the chamber for hours. Eventually, the runes outside the chamber disappeared and she walked into the chamber.

"Master, please excuse me" The woman walked into the chamber slowly and found a woman sitting on a throne. The woman is a peerless beauty that words cannot even describe her. Her purple eyes glowed brightly to accentuate her flawless skin. Her smooth silky black hair fell to her waist as she dressed in a beautiful purple robe. Compared to her master, the young woman felt that she was nothing more than a poor servant.

"What is it, Miranda?" The queen spoke.

"I want to tell you about an interesting person that I met in the Worldly Supreme trial" Miranda replied.

"Oh, why is he interesting to you?" The queen immediately lost interest. She had no concern for the younger generation other than her student. However, she still wanted to indulge her student.

"He's just an early stage Divine King but he managed to defeat high stage Divine King opponents as a human" Miranda began to explain Bruce's feats to her master. Miranda never found an opponent in the same generation as her until she met Bruce. She had a feeling that she'd suffer a terrible defeat if she went against Bruce.

"Miranda, that's good that you found another human who can match your talent"

"Though it's unfortunate that he's in another continent. Perhaps both of you could fight one another once the continental walls fall" The queen was slightly surprised at Bruce's capabilities. She hoped that Bruce would not die early so that he can push her apprentice to new heights.

"I look forward to that day" Miranda smiled.

"Master, I also found his technique to be quite unique. I have recorded the entire fight for you to see" Miranda handed over the recording stone to her master.

The queen accepted the recording stone and immediately viewed the fight. She wanted to see if Bruce lived up to the story of her student.

The Queen of the Moon God Clan changed her expression for the first time in centuries when she saw the fight. Miranda didn't know her teacher would be that shocked after seeing the fight.

"Miranda, did you happen to catch this person's name?" The queen no longer had a calm expression.

"Master, I believe his name is Bruce Pendragon" Miranda replied after thinking for some time. She had heard his name in others' conversations.

"It can't be…" The queen gasped when she heard Bruce's name.

"Master, is something wrong?" Miranda had never seen her master react this way before. Even when facing other Worldly Supreme experts, her master never changed her calm demeanor.

"Nothing, you may leave now" The queen bid her student farewell and closed herself for seclusion again.

Inside her chamber, she closely watched the fight repeatedly. Looking at the young man perfectly controlling all the elements, the memories began to flood her mind once again. She had a hunch that it could happen, but never would she imagine that something miraculous happened right now.

Staring at the young man whose eyes shined like the stars as he pummeled his enemies to the ground, various memories began to appear in her mind.

"There's no doubt about it. That's heavenly stars…"

The recording also had the part where Sophia hugged Bruce tightly to stop him from torturing the dragon. When the queen saw this scene, her eyes turned jet black. The continent began to tremble from her aura chaotically leaking out.

"You bitch… Get your hands off him!" The queen muttered as she calmed herself down.

After hundreds of years, her love finally returned to her. She would not let anything get in the way of reuniting with him.

Her purple eyes glowed brightly as the moon began to accelerate its lunar phases for the first time in centuries.

"Bruce, I'm coming for you now"
