The Misfit's fit.

"why does it always have to be her?!!!" Didi shouted, her voice cracking . She tried to hold the tears in her eyes but that didn't stop them from turning glassy. She swallowed the lump in her throat trying to absorb whatever force she could from her surroundings. "it's always her" she muttered in a small voice . "Its not like that Didi try to understand she needs me now!, I'm her friend you know? and don't make a scene your being dramatic" Kyle said trying not to shout . He had to appease Didi. Bailey needed him now. "Well your mine too..." she continued childishly but weakly as she knew she already lost. He wasn't even paying attention anymore . "..." " I'm heading out now , here's the money for the bill alright?...see you later." and Kyle was off. Didi struggled to keep her tears in as she sat alone in the restaurant..watching the door oscillations before it finally shut.

Real Crappy

"Yes! please wait a moment"

Bailey....

My hand froze on its way down, all sort of emotions running through me.

'click trnng nng' the door squeaked on its way to be opened.

******

"who was it?", Kyle asked Bailey as she stepped back into the apartment, to which she shrugged.

" must've been a visitor to one of your neighbor's "he continued.

Drinnnnnnggggggg!!!

" ugh , Kyle just answer your phone...it might be her" Bailey muttered the last part.

"hey hey hey, come here" Kyle gestured with his arms for Bailey to come to him.

When she placed herself in his arms , he held her tight and kissed her cheeks.

"you are and always will be my number one".

Outside the weather kept up the pouring and in just a matter of seconds Didi was drained.

She didn't even notice as the rain soaked up her hoodie and got into her snickers.

Well she never did see them doing something outrageous, Didi reasoned to herself, she was probably over reacting... plus for Kyle not to have answered the door , maybe he was really sick and she was helping him?

'yes. that's it ! ' she told herself, now partially worried she didn't check up on him and partially sad, she walked under the rain.

Maybe it was a gut feeling but her heart told her something was not right. Deciding to ignore it she kept on walking .

She boarded a lone bus back to her apartment and sat at the very back.

Relationships were built on trust after all.

' I should not have woken up from my bed ' , she thought to herself .

Opening the door to her apartment she felt discomfort in her lower abdomen, followed by a sharp pain.

'damn it!'.

She couldn't even find the strength to eat something . Everything just sucked today for her.

She headed to the toilet to take her bath and then straight to her bed.
