The Mana System Of The Apocalypse

Gods out looking for entertainment decide to have what they called Universal Supremacy. This is my story of how I became the new God. Like any other day or like no other everyone on the planet all heard the voice claiming to be our creator all at the same time. "Mortals your progress is too slow for me and we am running out of time. So to speed things up, I will be releasing mana to your galaxy. Grow strong and grow fast so that you may one day fight for supremacy and rule by my side." And that my dear readers is how I started my journey to becoming the new God.

Battle Of The Species

The den of snakes is comprised of all kinds of snakes. It made no difference to the species, as the strong rules overall, so they all behave in the presence of their leader. There are a few more king cobras among the den, but they are not as big as the leader. From the fluctuation of their mana, I could tell that the elements they use are not as rare as their leader either.

While on the other hand, the flamingo leader was ready to disown one of their own because it was a different color.

The king cobra leader gave the order, and the den of snakes hissed as they pounced on the flock of flamingos. The constrictor-type snakes would turn the scales on their body, the element they use as they wrap themselves around the flamingos. There weren't many elemental attacks being thrown around, but you can tell their element when they go to bite their prey. For most of the snakes, their fangs would turn the color of the element that they were using.

The flamingos covered themselves in flames as they fought off the snakes. The mother-father pair was desperately trying to protect their hatchling from harm. But the number of snakes that were going after them made their jobs hard.

"Dwayne, we have to save the baby bird."

"I know you want to protect it, but if we come out now, we would be in danger too, so let's give it a little more time. I promise I will not let that baby bird die."

"Ok, Dwayne"

I don't know when but a massive anaconda came down from the trees and strangles two flamingos simultaneously. The anaconda was green in color, like the leaves of the trees. This giant anaconda was 45 feet long and 2 feet wide. This was the very definition of a monster. It quickly wrapped itself around the unsuspecting flamingos and squeezed them to death. From the easy kills, I could tell it was on the verge of ranking up soon.

I did notice how it looks at the den leader that it was not satisfied with its position in the den.

The leader, flamingo and king cobra, were still in a staring match like they were waiting for the other to make a move first. You could tell that they both were keeping an eye on the battles going on around them.

The king cobra makes the first move. Space splits apart, and it appears behind the flamingo, ready to bite its neck. The flamingo sends its left wing behind it while shooting out a giant fireball at the same time. Forced to stop, the king cobra disappeared again and was at the right side of the flamingo with its tail slamming down. Opening its mouth as a massive burst of flames came out, the flamingo's breath attack stopped the cobra tail.

The king cobra hisses at the flamingo in rage, putting out the flames on its tail on the ground. The flamingo took to the sky and began to shoot fireballs towards the king cobra. Keeping its distance from the cobra and firing fireball after fireball, the flamingo has the advantage.

The king cobra was blinking all over the place, trying its best to avoid the fireballs from the flamingo while trying to think of a way to get it down. The cobra decides to take a risk; it blinks on top of the flamingo and wraps itself around it. Being caught off guard, the flamingo and the cobra were falling out of the air.

The flamingo sets itself on fire in an attempt to get rid of the cobra, but the cobra wouldn't let go.

Boom!

As they slammed into the ground creating a vast crater killing snaked and flamingos in the area. They both lay there in the hole, barely moving, and it was easy to tell that they both were close to death.

The anaconda seeing this, takes advantage of the moment goes for the kill of the king cobra and leader flamingo so that it can rank up and be the new leader of the den.

Seeing that the battle was coming to an end, we made our move too.

"Joe and Blaze, you know what to do."

"Bro, I got you."

"Michelle stay close to Crystal and Sakura; you guys can head for the bay bird because the parents are about to die soon."

"Thanks, Dwayne, you are the best."

"Sam, you and your barrel can go on a killing spree but listen to Joe and Michelle."

"Guys, it's the same thing as last time; save me ten of the best snakes left alive. I'm going after that king cobra leader because I want it as my pet. Let's move out and stay safe."

Blinking to the pit, I struck down at the anaconda before it could go for the kill. Covering my spear's tip with the time element, I stab it into the body of the anaconda. The area around the wound starts the age slowly, and the scales in that area begin to turn a yellowish-green. The anaconda screeched in pain as it sent its colossal head in my direction, hoping to slam its weight into me. Covering myself with my skill speed suit, I dashed out the way.

The anaconda now takes full notice of me and hisses as a warning not to get involved.

"Sorry big guy, but I want that king cobra to be my pet, and if I had another slot, I would have taken you too."

"Hissssssss"

I'm not sure it understood me, but I think I made it mad from the way it was hissing.

Because of the enormous body, I had to use multiple space shackles to hold it in place. As the anaconda was wiggling around trying to break free, I charged my mana for a strong attack. Noticing what I was doing, the anaconda began to try harder as the shackles I placed on it continued to break one by one. Teleporting in front of its body; my spear covered in space element, I slashed it at the anaconda with all my might.

Space was split apart from my attack, and it traveled a few feet through the air before it disappeared. See, that gave me new hope of an attack that I can develop with some training. The anaconda was split into two apart. Its head falls over on the floor and its body continues to wiggle uncontrollably for a while.

Walking past the anaconda and back into the pit I look at the king cobra that was slowly dying from blood loss. checking the flamingo seeing that it was still alive I stabbed it in the head and end its life. The king cobra looks at me without any fear in its eyes as it was ready for death because it couldn't fight back.

"I like the look in your eyes right now but I'm not here to kill you but to tame you. Before you disagree with what I'm saying listen first. You are strong but I can make you stronger and if you follow me I can take you to levels that you cant believe. I know all that I'm saying right now might mean nothing to you but is death worst than hope. I don't know if you have awakened your bloodline already but I know for sure that I can help you do and if you have I can improve it."

"Human is what you said the truth? Can you really make my bloodline stronger?"

"Oh, so you are a girl that makes things even better, and yes I can. I have a plant that can improve bloodlines but the fruits are not ripe yet."

"Good I will follow you and if you are lying to me I will kill you."

"Ok if you say so just don't resist my skill."

"Tame"
