The Effects of Eating
Mirage extended his hands at her as well and shook hands with her before saying, "Nice to meet you too..."
Then, Helena passed the basketful of fruits in her hand towards him and said with a smile, "Here. Accept this. It's my peace offering to you."
Seeing him looking at the basket in her hand in doubt, she can't help but feel irritated thus she immediately shoved the fruit basket into his hands and said.
"It's not poisoned! Anyways, I need to go. I still have work left to do at the front desk. Also, if you happen to need anything, you can press the small blue button on the nightstand and state what kind of help do you need."
Helena then turned her back at him and bid her farewell to him while walking away from him, "I'll get going then. See you next time."
Mirage just watched her walk out of his vision in doubt as he didn't expect that she really just came here to apologize.
