CHAPTER 27

"Are you sure you're gonna survive with that combat style?" Luxia, the mad woman said and smirked at the person lying on the floor. She's running rampant again as there were no missions on standby.

"Fuck." The person groaned as he received a powerful kick from Luxia, making him fly away. "This is why you can't underestimate girls." She said, flipping her hair as she smiled at the guy.

"What a show." someone said and clapped their hand. Luxia turned her head sideways, looking at the clapping person. "If it isn't the Joker. Glad, you came here." Luxia said, smirking behind her mask. "What do you need?" she asked the Joker.

"It was very unfair for you to fight someone way out of your league." the Joker commented as she removed her trench coat. "How about fighting someone higher in terms of your league?" she added confidently.

Lucia growled at her, clearly getting provoked by what the Joker had just said. "Oh yeah? So you're saying I'm out of your league? Why don't we try then? See who's the strongest." she said confidently, as she wiped the sweat on her forehead.

Joker walked inside the ring and extended her hand, taunting Luxia to attack first. "How unpretentious," Luxia smirked and ran to her, attacking Raella with a jab. Raella kneeled like a knight, grabbed Luxia's arm, and extended her legs in front, swiping Luxia's feet making her out of balance. It was an unexpected move and it shocked Luxia with Raella's speed.

Luxia regained her balance, backflipped, and nodded. She then once again charged at Raella. Raella then releases a low kick aiming for Luxia's stomach. Yet, Luxia caught it and tossed her but she was able to land safely by tumbling flexibly. But then again Luxia throws a cross punch just as Raella lands and is hit in her chest but Raella immediately retaliates with an overhand punch that lands on Luxia's face. Raella also threw a push kick on her making the distance between them go wide.

Luxia felt a pang in her face that was painful yet it made her smirk. The kick was also so hard that it made her stomach churn. "Surrender already?" Raella taunts her once again which makes Luxia go crazy. "Fuck off!" She shouted and charged once again.

The fight was so intense that it garnered a lot of people watching both fighters fighting for their lives. Everyone was betting on who will win the fight yet the fight shows that both of them are so strong that they could not resonate with each other's capability.

Everyone was cheering for both of them, shouting each other's codename while hoping one of them would be the winner.  Both of them were in their stance, breathing heavily as minutes passed without them knowing. "Pretty good for you to keep up a fight with me," Luxia said as she was staring at Ray who was calm.

"Is that so? You're heavily breathing." Raella scoffed and laughed. 'I wanna kill this fucking bitch. How dare she?' Luxia thought in her mind. She was out of the world and Raella was able to land a hit directly into her stomach. Making Luxia back up and was surprised once more. "Do you know that if you're in battle, you ought to be awake? What's with this behavior, oh great Luxia?" Raella said and walked near Luxia.

"Fuck." Luxia groaned and stood still. When Raella was about to throw a hit again, Luxia dodged it, raised her arm, and hit Raella at the back of her head, throwing a knee kick in her stomach causing Raella to cough up. "Don't let your guard down then," Luxia said as she made remarks once again to retaliate against Paella.

When she was about to throw a punch at Raella, everyone was quiet making her confused as to why the crowd was quiet when she was about to blow her punch to Raella who grows weak.

She looked around and saw everyone was bowing at the Lady who was watching both of them fight. As she was not focusing on the battle, it allowed Raella to do a backflip, jump at her, and boot her causing Luxia to fall on the floor. "Focus, you will never win the game without it," Raella said and looked at Andrea who was looking at both of them. She then straightened her back and saluted Andrea.

"I expect the both of you to investigate the pressing matters of the organization. I didn't know you were playing a child's game." Andrea said and looked at everyone who was betting on them.

"Was it fun to watch while disregarding your training? While I was solving the matters relating to the organization, you were all watching them both fighting? Why not fight me so that I can beat you all to a pulp?" Andrea added making everyone shudder in fear.

"The both of you, why not display this attribute when fighting with me? Good thing my busy schedule isn't that hectic. So why don't we stretch up?" She said and tied her hair in a bun, walking inside the ring.

"How can I, Madame," Raella said but then Andrea glared at her. "Having a cold spine, Raella? Are you scared?" She said and immediately engaged a hook on Raella but she dodged it. Luxia smirked and then proceeded to charge against Andrea. "How easy!" She thought but then was grabbed by her arm, threw her into the floor, and twisted her arms. It was loud that everyone heard the cracking of her bones.

"That arrogance of yours will bring you down to your grace, Luxia." She said coldly. Everyone's face felt like it was them who received the pain that Luxia felt. When Raella felt like Andrea wasn't looking at her, she sneaked into her back, planning to Swift her legs but Andrea noticed her and landed a bolo punch in Raella's body followed by a swift movement on her feet, making her fall into the ground.

"Surrender?" She copied what Raella had said but Raella was able to get back and was charging on Andrea. Meanwhile, Andrea was dodging her attacks. Luxia on the other hand was slowly regaining her strength after that brutal attack Andrea left on her.

Since Luxia was facing the back of Andrea, she immediately charged however, Andrea who felt her presence extended her legs, splitting as Raella's punch was directed into Luxia for her sudden charge. "What the hell?!" Luxia said when she was down once again.

"I forgot the fact that you exist there but I didn't see you there," Raella said making Luxia growl. Andrea who was in a split closed her legs on Raella's feet grabbed her waist and threw her in Luxia's direction making both of them fall to the floor. The Madame was way overpowered.

Andrea was about to charge once again but a familiar figure looms her and sighs. "Madame, your presence is needed." The shadow from the previous who was called Ace went to her side and whispered something behind Andrea's ears.

"I see," Andrea said and glanced at her right hand on the floor groaning in pain. Lucia received most of the painful attacks and Raella only received a minimal amount. "A mission for both of you," Andrea said to both of them.

"Ace will give you the description of who will you abduct. Bring me this person immediately. He must not die, I need him alive. He must be here before the clock strikes 5 in the afternoon." She said as she gave the information she required to tell.

Ace was handing them the papers full of information about the target. "Luxia will handle the external affair. Raella will handle the target itself." She added.

"Why can't I deal with the target instead?" Luxia raised a question annoyed. "The performance you showed me wasn't that convincing that I should give you the main job. Isn't that clear?" Andrea said making Raella smile behind her mask.

Luxia scoffed and glared at Raella for getting the main job. "I wish you success and do not disappoint me. If you will cease to function to do this mission, I shall feed you to the demons and have your body carcass." Andrea coldly said and left the ring along with Ace following behind her back.

"Fuck." Both of them uttered and glimpsed at each other. "What the fuck are you watching?" Lucia exclaimed at Raella but then Raella just stared at her and left her without uttering any single word of retaliation. That made Luxia feel stupid and angry at the same time. She wished for Raella to die early. She was wincing a lot when she left the training grounds due to the unbearable pain she had to get. The Madame is not an easy woman, as Luxia concluded.
