Elena suddenly felt anxious. She had never met a psychiatrist before. Once the car stopped and Xavier got out of the car, she froze in her seat and her body trembled slightly. Xavier noticed her nervousness and cleared his throat.
"Her name is Vesta. She is good and will take care of you. You don't have to say anything if you don't want to."
Elena turned to Xavier. "If I don't have to say anything to her... what's the point of me coming here?"
"You DON'T HAVE TO, but you might want to. You will know when you have met her," said Xavier. "I went to her once a week for several years. She helped me greatly. It was a lot of work, but we got results."
Elena trusted Xavier to know things better than her. So, she pulled herself together and nodded. Xavier had opened the door and waited for her to get out. Elena looked at the building before her and took a deep breath.
