"He told you to be his?" Louis's amazed voice screeched through the phone, echoing in Rafael's ears.
"Yes... I'm so frustrated right now. I don't know what to do," Rafael muttered, biting his fingers in anxiety.
"Ermmm... why don't you know what to do? You said he's your crush, so this should be something good, right?" Louis said.
"No," Rafael replied, still gnawing at his fingers, his heart weighed down with anxiety.
"What did you do or tell him when he said those words?"
"I... I'm not sure what I did," Rafael said, his voice trailing off as he recalled the moment.
When Marco said those words, Rafael scoffed in disbelief. How could Marco be serious? But as Marco continued to stare at him, Rafael realized there was no humor in his eyes. Marco meant every word.
He truly meant it. Marco wanted him—wanted Rafael to be his.
