Chapter thirty one
"Amelia and my boyfriend connived to take away my company from me." Then Vivienne facepalmed, remembering that they hadn't broken up officially.
Jenkins frowned, still confused. "What?"
Vivienne scoffed. She was already making a mental note of how she was going to go about the break up with Gavin. She definitely was going to call him. Returning back to Jenkins who was waiting for her to give him a reply, she shrugged.
"They had my secretary kidnapped and killed and when I was requested to appear in order to release my secretary, I was forced to sign a document of transfer of ownership."
Jenkins was speechless. But she could see the pure shock in his eyes as he stood to his feet and began to pace about the expanse of her living room.
