Ariel went back to four of her five jobs. She had cashed the check but only kept 500$ for the week she work. Then sent the rest back.

She was only paid for her half hour Mermaid show and not for the two

dolphin shows she did. But she had no right to complain. By quiting she put the company and park on a hardship.

She now had enough money to move but all the apartments were taken so she had no choice but to live in the shelter. She would keep checking incase one became available.

She walked the dogs in the morning monday through friday. She waited tables for the Lunch shift monday through friday. She worked the overnight shift at the convent store Wednesday through Sunday.

Last on Saturday and Sunday during the day she cleaned the city park.

She was now sad all the time. She loved swimming and being a mermaid but now she is just a hard worker with no future.

Marcus threw himself into his work. He worked hard all day. The only breaks he had was when Lily would call and they would catch up on what was going on at home.

He missed Ariel. The Aquarium park was not as big as back home but he seen how Ariel took to the dolphins. He had an idea.

He made a call to the dolphin trainer and had him call Ariel.

"Miss Thomas, I train the dolphins here in Harborview. I was given your name because someone seen your Mermaid show with the dolphins and we want to try it here."

"I don't understand?" she said.

"Would you move here to work with the dolphins. We would pay you to move here. You would get $100 Per show. Two shows a day, Monday through friday and four shows a day on Saturday and Sunday. That's 18 shows a week. What do you sat?"

"Yes, I love being a Mermaid and it was fun working with the dolphins. When do you want me there?" she asked.

"How much stuff do you own?"

"All my things fit in two large bags." She said.

"Then pack up and in two days on Friday pick up tickets in your name at the airport. The flight will be in the afternoon. I'll send the details by text as soon as they are made. Any question?"

"Will it be hard to find a place to live there or are there any shelters to stay in?"

"There will be an apartment ready for you. The rent here is reasonable."

When it was over she was so happy. These past three weeks had been hell. She notified everyone of her move and they wished her well.

While shopping for a bigger suitcase set, she ran into Harrison and Lily.

"Ariel your back, why did you not come over?" Lily said.

"I am only here for today. I had to pick up somethings I left. My father really needs me." She explained.

"I understand. I just miss you."

"Ariel, I'm sorry for everything. How about dinner. There is a cafe around the corner. You and Lily can catch up before you leave again." He said.

Lily pleaded with her until she gave in.

They sat in an awkward silence.

"Daddy I need to use the girls room."

"Do you want me to go with you?" Ariel asked.

"No, I can do it my self. It's just right there."

Lily left and Harrison and Ariel were alone.

"I really am sorry. It just surprised me that you had Kimberly's heart. Please forgive me." He said.

"I am not mad at you. I understand."

"Then come back to the park and as Lily's nanny." He said.

"I can't, I am leaving to work else where. This job is my dream job. I can't say no to it."

"I did not know. I am happy for you. Where are you going?" He asked.

"Harborview Aquarium Park. It is small but someone seen my dolphin show and they liked it. I will get 18 shows a week. I am very excited for this opportunity.,"

Lily came back and the food was placed on the table. Lily then went on about starting school soon and she had all her supplies and new cloths.

Lily did not want dinner to end she missed Ariel very much.

"Is your father better?" she asked.

"No, he really needs me to run the kingdom. I don't know if I can come back again." She then pulled out her shell rock. "Remember the story of the cave rock. Here is the rock I got. It was once a clam but when it died it got buried in the sand and after thousands of years it looks like a rock. I want you to keep it for me. I also got a water tight phone that will work in the ocean so if you ever need to talk you can call me. If I can't answer right away I will call back. "

Lily took the rock and hugged her. As Ariel walked away Lily started to cry. Harrison picked up his daughter and watch the girl of his dreams walk away. His brother was smart to take her away to Harborview.

He knew that he had to find a way to make her his. Not because she had Kimberly's heart but because she made his heart beat. To find a love a second time was something to treasure. For now he would let her go but not for to long.

"Don't cry princess, I have a feeling Ariel will be back in our life real soon."

"Really daddy, I really love her. I was hoping that one day she could even be my mommy." Lily said.

"We will work on that. Call her everyday so that she will have to think of you. I'll try to make a job she can not turn down."

Harrison carried his daughter to the car all of their shopping bags for school were already in the car.

They drove home. Lily sat in her carseat and looked at the shell stone. It was really pretty for a rock. She decided to put it in her treasure box she keeps under her bed.
