Sometimes you just draw the short end of the stick. Di Tou just happens to have drawn the shortest stick. Pulled out of his life randomly. Taken by a crazy old eccentric man not as a disciple, but as a body double?! And a janitor body double no less?! Grasping a system to find... It's a JANITOR SYSTEM!? Truly, how unlucky can one get?
So, the group, short one lazy old guard with a limp leg, and with the addition of an exhausted Guard, Wu made their way out the front gate and then traveled a short distance to where the battlefield had been. When they arrived, they saw that the other group that had been in charge of the front gate was already there and was going around with a couple of plows, hoes, and buckets of manure, trying their best to mix the blood into the dirt and get rid of the smell, lest it cause any trouble.
After saying hello, and a brief discussion, the roles were set, with their group dealing with the larger items like the bodies first before going back and helping the first group clean up the dirt and path. So, the group traveled a bit further to where the fox corpses were, which, although not much further, was still relatively close to the village.
